Comfortable beds, aircon was on when we arrived, very comfortable leather lounge in our apartment. Great full size fridge. Toilet separate to shower with additional sink in toilet. Excellent location. Buffet breakfast the best we have had in a long time, looked after by friendly staff. Have to make a special mention of Bless for her friendly & beautiful customer service. Enjoyed the pool, not too deep.

Room servicing was not very clear. Security bond of $300 not mentioned in booking.com conditions or welcome email received one week prior.

Breakfast options were great, huge choice. If anything had run out or was getting low, milk, juice, butter etc the staff replenished it immediately.

The bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan, & the bathroom doors had to be kept closed so that steam from the shower didn't set the fire alarm off. Consequently it was very stuffy . The window would only wind out about 6cm, so little to no fresh air. Also grab rails over the bath would be handy, a bit dangerous for some older people which I am & have arthritis so climbing in & out of the bath to shower was a worry and I had to be extra careful.

Superb location for accessibility to event! The friendliness, helpful and professional front desk staff I’ve ever come across. They all worked for solutions to any issue that we faced. Spacious apartment, what was advertised on booking. Good utensils and cooking equipment, great breakfast!

With only one air conditioner (facing into only one room) and being on level 1, it was absolutely stifling in the bedrooms. With the Western Australian summer, and our reason for travel being an elite sports event, it was horridly hot. Attention to detail with cleanliness wouldn’t go astray (carpets were gross) and don’t drop anything behind or under the bed or couch 😬

Third time I have stayed here. It’s in a great location within walking distance from the city centre, kings park and public transport. It has all the facilities you need on an apartment so you can cook meals and do your laundry but also has the benefits of hotel service such as sheets changed and clean towels, access to a pool, gym and tennis. We also got breakfast included which had excellent choice and was a bonus as we could fill up in a morning go exploring and not worry about eating again till tea time. Staff were very friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Unfortunately this time round we were situated round the back of the building and not too far up so we didn’t have a great view from our balcony but we were so busy exploring it didn’t really matter in the end.

location - next to freeway but noise less than expected, convenient for the city room - small apartment - good space bed very comfortable washing machine & dryer dishwasher - though not very effective - powder supplied? staff able to help with requests for extra towels etc.

very small fridge, freezer could not freeze water in 24 hrs no cleaning product or cloth to keep kitchen & bathroom benches clean (staying 8 nights, service every 4 days) mean curtains in bed room - facing east so that the sun crept in each end every morning TV difficult to navigate

We had a spacious apartment, with an upgrade to two bedrooms, which was ample when hosting family and friends. Having breakfast and parking included in the pricing was another added bonus to this fringe of the city accommodation. Being located at the rear of the building meant that this apartment was quieter than those overlooking the freeway.

The apartment was more than adequate for our stay, although the corridors and rooms could benefit from a 'freshen up'. In addition, it may seem trivial, but there was no knife that could satisfactorily chop vegetables, such as onions and only a glass chopping board, which proved challenging when cooking meals.

The hot breakfast selection was good. Would have been better if at least 2 cook dishes change everyday instead of weekly. Great to have parks around the hotel for morning walks. Nicely equipped kitchen.

There is only one aircon, which is in the living room. Even with a standing fan, the other two bedrooms can get pretty stuffy at night during summer. Didn’t want to open the road facing windows as it’s noisy. A ceiling fan would be more ideal if there isn’t an aircon in the bedrooms.

We found the Nesuto Mount Apartments to be an ideal spot for a Perth holiday. We chose this place based on its proximity to the CBD and to King’s Park and also because it has rental bikes on site as well as a gym. The location was fantastic, right on the western edge of the CBD and just a short 5-min walk up Jacob’s Ladder into King’s Park. There is also easy access onto the Perth cycleways, just across the road from the apartments. Our room was comfortable and modern with a small kitchenette. We had a 1st floor room with no view, but we did have a large and sometimes sunny courtyard. I would’ve preferred to have a room a bit higher up, but our room was still good. The Wifi was excellent and the TV has full Sky programming. Everything was clean and well-maintained. All the front desk stall were friendly and helpful with all our queries. We rented the hotel bicycles on 2 occasions and had some amazing rides along the Perth cycleways and out to Fremantle. The bikes were good quality and in good condition and cost $10 for 4 hours. The gym had a number of good quality cardio machines, a multi-gym, and small number of weights. We had breakfast included and were very impressed with the small buffet – a great selection of both hot and cold dishes. Overall, we were super-impressed with this place and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended.

I wish we would've had a higher floor and better view

Very happy with the one bedroom apartment with balcony on the 6th floor. Apartment had everything needed for a short/longer term stay. Balcony was a nice addition to sit and have a wine and admire the view of the Swan River and City. The hotel is right on the Western edge of the City and there is a free bus service around Perth City almost outside the hotel entrance. The free secure carpark was much appreciated except that the parking spaces are very tight. We had breakfast included in our package and this turned out to be a real bonus. The breakfast service was excellent and the array of food was plentiful and of a high quality.

Only issue we had was the air conditioning system. The unit was located in the bedroom and had a sign posted not to set any cooler than 22 degrees. This is fine during the day but way too hot for us for sleeping. Also the way the ac is located meant virtually no cooling gets into the living room/kitchen thus both rooms were stuffy. We travelled in early Oct when temps were 15C to high 20'sC. Hate to think how hot it might get in summer.

The apartment was a good size 2 bedroom, beds were comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and very accommodating - they assisted us as we arrived early and allowed us early access, use of the car park and facilities. Breakfast was great!

The apartment was very tired, the carpet was marked, and the decor was old. The back outdoor balcony was unusable as it was dirty. It could do with a good refresh and refurbishment. The apartment / lounge room had only one air con, so the bedrooms were quite hot.
