The staff were very accommodating in helping me , they offered to upgrade my room when I realised the shower was over the bathtub, and I had elderly parents. it was a great location for what I needed and very spacious apartment. the included breakfast was very yummy and plentiful, the staff were lovely.

There was some little fixes that need attention like fixing broken tile in bathroom and shower head maintenance. The soap dispenser I felt was in the wrong spot either to be moved under shower head or to far end of Bath tub as I kept hitting it making me feel unsteady on my feet as I am not in anyway short or skinny. Maybe a hand rail of some sort to help steady ones self when getting out of a wet tub. There was no evacuation plan in the room encase of Emergency. Not disabled friendly as there are steps to reception no ramp.

Nicely equipped with a kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer. Nice comfortable bed and couch with smart TV. I paid for breakfast, which was really good buffet. Staff were polite. Hotel offered luggage storage.

The WiFi did not work at all. Had to data share from my phone to use netflix on the smart tv. Not great when you are paying $240ish a night. The shower bath is very steep, could do with a hand rail, there is room for one. I noticed some sus brown marks on the wall by the toilet grossed me out so I cleaned it myself.

Everything. Check in was excellent, apartment met our expectations. Breakfast was very good, staff all helpful snd friendly.

The 1-bedroom apartment was well-equipped and spacious enough for two adults, with a large bathroom and laundry area. The washing machine and dryer were very convenient, and detergent was thoughtfully provided. The kitchen had most utensils needed for a short stay, and the balcony was a good size with comfortable outdoor seating. A secure undercover car park was included and located close to the entrance, which was very convenient. Location was good near kings park and Elizabeth Quay. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and would happily stay again.

It wasn't a big deal but if i had to list con's, During my 6 night stay, housekeeping was only provided once on the 5th day. Ideally, this should have been done no later than the 3rd or 4th day. The shampoo, conditioner, and lotion came in very small tubes, and only one set was supplied until housekeeping. While additional items were available at no cost upon request at reception, it would be a greater experience and better service to have provided more supplies upfront given housekeeping on 5th day.. Housekeeping also first attempted to clean the room at 9am, which felt too early. A courtesy note was left to ring reception for replenishment of items. I requested for them to return and to their credit, they did return later upon request and completed the cleaning to satisfaction.

my one bedroom apartment was large (probably 50 + m2) and well furnished. Table, chairs tv, dishwash machine, washing machine, comfy queen bed, small balcony, sink, plenty plates and pots. ALL the little things were there, coffee, tea, milk, sugar, kettle, toaster etc. Housekeeping was really good and most pleasant. Lovely large breakfast room with quality buffet breakfast. It is an extremely well run and clean operation and managent has thought of everything. Very well organised. Nice people. AND its an easy walk to the CBD and the Perth CBD bus station and the train link to Perth station. If you dont like walking there are in and out bus stops 50 m from hotel. Busses every 12 minutes and FREE. The complex contains an all weather tennis court and has a pool. The other guests were quiet - the establishment has a busy turnover. There is a bit of traffic noise as is usually found with CBD hotels and apartments in cities but not enough to disturb my sleep. And I am a light sleeper. The establishment can call taxis for you and I used this facility occasionally. Not once did I feel I was being ripped off by a taxi driver called by the staff of Nesuto.

Comfortable beds, aircon was on when we arrived, very comfortable leather lounge in our apartment. Great full size fridge. Toilet separate to shower with additional sink in toilet. Excellent location. Buffet breakfast the best we have had in a long time, looked after by friendly staff. Have to make a special mention of Bless for her friendly & beautiful customer service. Enjoyed the pool, not too deep.

Room servicing was not very clear. Security bond of $300 not mentioned in booking.com conditions or welcome email received one week prior.

Breakfast options were great, huge choice. If anything had run out or was getting low, milk, juice, butter etc the staff replenished it immediately.

The bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan, & the bathroom doors had to be kept closed so that steam from the shower didn't set the fire alarm off. Consequently it was very stuffy . The window would only wind out about 6cm, so little to no fresh air. Also grab rails over the bath would be handy, a bit dangerous for some older people which I am & have arthritis so climbing in & out of the bath to shower was a worry and I had to be extra careful.

We appreciate the secured parking for our car. All the amenities were well thought through and made available for us. Room was spacious and the overall stay is comfortable. Location is fantastic as its near the city. Breakfast was decent as well.

Not enough cleaning services. We stayed a total of 10 days and only had full cleaning once. Staff told us that cleaning only once a week. Which also meant we had to constantly clear our own trash everyday. The apartment itself is also a little dated but that said, its still comfortable to stay.

Superb location for accessibility to event! The friendliness, helpful and professional front desk staff I’ve ever come across. They all worked for solutions to any issue that we faced. Spacious apartment, what was advertised on booking. Good utensils and cooking equipment, great breakfast!

With only one air conditioner (facing into only one room) and being on level 1, it was absolutely stifling in the bedrooms. With the Western Australian summer, and our reason for travel being an elite sports event, it was horridly hot. Attention to detail with cleanliness wouldn’t go astray (carpets were gross) and don’t drop anything behind or under the bed or couch 😬

Third time I have stayed here. It’s in a great location within walking distance from the city centre, kings park and public transport. It has all the facilities you need on an apartment so you can cook meals and do your laundry but also has the benefits of hotel service such as sheets changed and clean towels, access to a pool, gym and tennis. We also got breakfast included which had excellent choice and was a bonus as we could fill up in a morning go exploring and not worry about eating again till tea time. Staff were very friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Unfortunately this time round we were situated round the back of the building and not too far up so we didn’t have a great view from our balcony but we were so busy exploring it didn’t really matter in the end.
