Great location, next to botanical garden and kings park. 15min walk to elizabeth quay, 20min walk to city center. Lovely, quiet green area, easy to get around. Hotel is nice, not too big, great breakfast cafe on 1st floor. Also laundry and tiny gym on 1st floor. Room is good size for few nights, clean. Good value for money, friendly and helpful staff.

No window to open, not convenient when cooking or fresh air (although there is good vent/aircon) No shops nearby (closest woolies in citycenter) If you stay at the backside of the hotel you look into other peoples appartments (and vice versa) Had to keep curtains closed to feel private.

Staff are friendly. Great location, beautiful views of water and surrounding parkland in close proximity. Secure building, parking off site. Having access to a car is recommended for day trips to coastal areas, countryside and shopping centers. Food shopping is within walking distance. Uber, Taxi Service, Bus, and Ferry Service are available. Cafe in building has healthy early morning options and is served with a welcoming smile. Great variety of food options and restaurants in surrounding areas. Room and modern bathroom were a good size, with fridge, cook top and microwave. There is an option for an adjoining second room. Great when holidaying with a family member or friend to give space and privacy. Perth has many hidden treasures and secrets that are there for you to discover. Enjoy!

All the staff were so nice, lovely and helpful. The washing machines facilities were very good and also quest providing washer liquid was a very nice touch! The room was very clean and nice and the cooking facilities were also very good. We also loved the coffee cafe inside the hotel which was amazing and the staff in there were brilliant! The location was very nice and also very easy to walk into town and back! Also being right next to kings park was perfect as well! I would definitely return here and recommend quest to anyone as it was fantastic valve for money which is rare to get now!

Nothing all very good

I’ve booked for 4 nights in a one bedroom apartment which is fabulous and especially the washer and dryer in the bathroom. The room is spacious and well designed, we could stay here a very long time. The location is right next to the Jacob’s ladder to Kings Park .we walked to central Cbd in 20 minutes. The cafe on 1st floor has delicious food. We booked another stay in a few weeks time.

Due to the water leak we were put in a temporary unit just for the night but it was not checked and the glass was not clean and no towels at all. The reception staff was very good to bring the essentials upon request along with a bottle of bubbles, complimentary breakfast as well. Our booked unit was fixed and we moved in the next day.

The staff were wonderful. The 1 bedroom apartment was perfect for our needs - travelling with a disability can be difficult, and the bathroom was easy to access. We took a shower chair with us. Onsite cafe really handy, and location backing on to Kings’ Park is awesome. We are ex Perth locals come back to visit adult children and this was the ideal base. It would be great for business trips also.

Minor things - with 2 days over Christmas of rooms not being serviced we ran out of teabags, laundry powder etc BUT we could have gone downstairs and asked for more and they would happily have provided.

The hotel's location is very convenient, between King's Park and Swan River. The room was clean and well-equipped. The kitchenette came with everything my family and I needed for a comfortable stay, including a stovetop, microwave, and fridge. There is also a cafe on the first floor that serves amazing iced latte.

The bed was a tad too soft for my liking. There is also no on-site parking and limited lots for street-side parking spaces. While they provide parking alternatives, it is kind of pricey if you are out and about during the day.

Excellent facilities, on site coffee shop was amazing! It was great to be able to do laundry whilst there. Staff were really helpful. Being able to leave our luggage prior to check in and have it taken to our room ready for us was really appreciated too.

Being only given one security access key was a pain when one of us wanted to leave the apartment and the other didn’t. Minor housekeeping issue with the aircon vent closest to the door being very dusty which triggered my asthma, but the rest of the room was immaculate.

Perfect location for an event we were attending. Staff very helpful & welcoming. We were given a complimentary bottle of wine which was so thoughtful as the bottle shop next door had closed ! The kitchenette area very handy. Layout of room good on level 3 luckily not so close to the Jacob’s ladder stairway so more private feeling.

Only had one hand towel. Toilet not soft close! Very loud in middle of night! Tiles on floor in bathroom at entrance had black marks on! Room was smaller than I’d thought but good enough for a one night stay. Would have liked to be on higher level facing the mounts bay road not the ladder area - for more privacy & view.

The location was great if you weren’t looking to be in the central part of Perth, you had a cafe next to the hotel so great for mornings you can just wake up and go straight to the cafe next door a plus also was having a bottle shop right next to the hotel as well, the rooms were amazing with a stove,oven, dishwasher and microwave with a massive and fridge and freezer a great get away and affordable as well, I love the idea of having a kitchen in a room if you are trying to save money on going out every day I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I arrived very early of a night flight, exhausted, check in time was not until 2pm so I was thinking to drop my large bag off in the luggage room and go for a coffee somewhere. However, when I arrived the front office manager found a room for me and gave me an early check-in. Not all hotels do this and he could have easily turned me away, I just feel that this sort of customer service goes a long way. He was also very knowledgeable about the local area and very polite and friendly. Aside from this great customer care, the room was well maintained, clean, tidy with all modern appliances and the bed was incredibly comfortable, I had a great nights sleep.

Slightly out the way from the centre of the city, although I could see how this could be an attraction for others.
