Comfortable. Good room services

Even though I had a free child space I was hugely disappointed that a bed was not provided in our room for our 12 year old daughter. I found this to be hugely non-customer friendly and when I asked for a bed was told I would be charged. This has left me questioning whether I would visit the Parmelia again. I also felt the gym has very limited equipment and needs an upgrade. Lastly, the digital key card was very hit and miss and I often found myself stuck in the lift moving between floors called by other guests because the digital card would not register in the lift. This also happened at my hotel door with several frustrating attempts before getting in.

The convenience of connecting rooms. Great breakfast. Amazing location. Very friendly staff. Very little not to like - it was a great and super comfortable stay.

Having connecting rooms ready at the outset. When we arrived at 6 pm, they didn't have one of the two connecting rooms ready and gave us two rooms on the same floor but a few rooms apart. Adopting some supply chain management practices can help them prepare rooms in the order of arrivals and have them ready especially since they had agreed to our request at the time of booking. This is just a piece of advice and a very minor complaint in an otherwise amazing stay.

It was conveniently situated.

The TV Chanel’s were limited if one does not have streaming facilities/devices. We found some of the reataurant very uninterested. We had to ask for our table to be set and also for them to clean the mess that was on the floor under my chair and table. We actually saw one of the waitresses putting a chair with food on it under the table 🤷‍♀️ The lady actually refused/turned her nose up and the manager/supervisor ending up doing it himself. There was no breakfast tea available and someone had to go off to another restaurant to fetch some more which took a long time.

The breakfast, the location is good. Check in was OK- gave our Hilton member number - wasn't updated in our account.

There were no valets available when we arrived - we had to go find someone - turns out they were arguing about who was in charge... checkout was a lot better - our car arrived quickly. The rooms here are really tired - our room didn't have the regular furniture & we had to eat our room service on our laps on the bed.. We have stayed here many times - but don't feel that we want to stay here again - the rate is too high - the rooms are too old.

Arrived late at night so 24 hour reception was essential. Staff were friendly and efficient. Room was comfortable and clean. TV easy to use with a good spread of Australian channels. They looked after my suitcase after check out so that I could walk around a bit.

In room dining was available but none of the meal options were. Messaged to ask why. After 45 minutes with no response closed the chat. 10 minutes later the phone rang and Sandwich and coffee were ordered. After 24 hours travelling could do without the stress!

Breakfast was great. Loved the idea of the juicer. Was a bit busier on the Sunday than the Saturday, but still had plenty of food and tasted good

First day we arrived, first thing we did was go to the pool. Didn't think anything of it, but the next day the same can was there and hadn't been cleaned up. Our room was also serviced on the Saturday, but they didn't take away the dirty cups. Lastly, I'm assuming it maybe be a health and safety hazard, but bigger bar bells in the gym would have been nice. Also a hot tub by the pool would be awesome.

The lovely Carol and the front desk was warm, friendly and caring, she is most definitely an asset for you and made us feel very welcome and looked after. Like the nice touch of the sms as a welcome and for ease of communication. I also found the vallet parking and friendliness of the team wonderful. Buffet breakfast was great, although I feel like a 10am finish is a tad too early after a big night out.

Buffet staff are not friendly (especially from Thailand) and pan cake machine is very old and never produced an eatable pan cake. Also, the gym is small.

We were fortunate to get an upgrade to a king bed but thought the room was going to be bigger. However, still enough and very comfortable. We had breakfast which was cooked well and had a lot of variety. Being near the Convention Centre meant an easy alternative for parking and easy access to our desired location (the C Restaurant) as well as the city centre and Swan River. We used the pool which was nice and refreshing, and not crowded.

There was a balcony which we would have like to access but the sliding door was bolted. We thought this may be a safety issue to prevent people using the balcony. There wasn't much not to like.

location amazing. Food absolutely delicious - freshest oysters and best cooked fillet! Rooftop pool the perfect temperature and the perfect way to start / end each day. Staff wonderful, helpful, professional, friendly.

Slight inconvenience in not being able to pay for the room by phone when my partner arrived before me and was unable to access the room. Staff were trying to email me but had taken my email down incorrectly. Not a massive problem by any means! - but just caused a little stress at the time while I was trying to finish a project and get out of the office :)! Bath was a little small but it was really lovely to have one, thanks to staff for working to accommodate our request 🙏🏼!
