The room is big and comfortable with everything needed. Comfortable bed and couch seat. Big smart TV (no netflix account). Cleaning refreshments every second day. Towels,soaps,coffee,milk, trash bins etc. Which is very nice. Nice Balcony. Fully equiped kitchen. Quiet. Location is good, 5 min walk from a public bus stop, main street and a park..

The entrance is through a packed restaurant. So always you have to pass between tables as you go in and out. Usually when the hotel has restaurant its still has seperate lobby for convenience of the guests and the restaurant is on the side - here its just a restaurant you have to pass through to get to the elevator. The location itself is good within the city but its uphill no matter which side you go. The hotel is at the bottom of the hills around it. So better to be fit.

Terrible shower. One of the worst I’ve ever had. No pressure. Get rid of the 9l/min limiter. Breakfast area super busy and noisy…Xmas functions.Door leading to the balcony was stuck.

Checking in was easy. We arrived past the hour of reception time but their check in instructions was easy and secure. We stayed for a week and they were very diligent in changing the towels every 2 days and maybe? changed the sheets mid week/fixed the bed and vaccumed the room like its our first night. The room was super comfy and warm.

Common laundry is only til 6pm. How i wish they have 24/7 service especially their travelling guests are mostly out during the day and wont be back til past dinner time

The apartment was in an excellent location, just a short walk from both Kings Park and the City CBD - a 20 min walk from Elizabeth Quay and Barrack Pier, from where the ferry leaves for Rottnest. The room was comfortable, and well equipped to self cater. We had both a breakfast and a dinner in the innovative restaurant downstairs, and the food was excellent and well priced. It can be hard to get in for breakfast as it is very popular with the locals, and is not open for dinner every night so you need to book and plan ahead. The staff were very helpful with advice. Perth's free bus service has a stop two hundred meters or so away. With a bookstore in the same building and the buzz from the restaurant the apartments have a lively atmosphere. It also has a very convenient laundry. We will be our first choice for another stay in Perth.

Comfy beds, good location. The cleaning staff were amazing and replaced towels often, which we were not expecting. Basic amenities provided included: TV, free wifi, air conditioning, small bathroom soap, shampoo and conditioner, and towels. The kitchen had basic cooking pots, pans, and utensils, a kettle and cleaning materials. No bugs, can't hear neighbours unless they're really loud, The cafe attached to the hotel is amazing and the staff are genuinely so sweet, I had one guy recognise me and my partner and gave us a little wave every time we were there! There is also a small local bookstore attached to the building with the most amazing people there, really good to go down and have a chat with them!

Other than the toilet being like... weirdly small, it was a lovely stay. There is some mold in the bathroom ceiling, which wasn't a huge issue and is to be expected in bathrooms.

Riverview is just a little way (like a bridge) away from the CBD, so very convenient for that. Located in a great little tree lined street that leads to Kings Park. Room was great, very neat with a balcony and all the kitchen conveniences. Cafe and a small bookshop are part of the building. Cafe is awesome! Great food, great staff, and a very popular spot. I even ate dinner there a few times. Also great! Everyone, from reception through to the cleaning staff were lovely and friendly also. A most enjoyable stay.

I only wished the cafe was open more evenings. I went to a few other venues around the city during my stay, but the Riverview was the winner for me. The ambience, the staff, the food - a small menu, but so well done. And a very easy walk back to my room!

It is in a beautiful location my room was the "James Bond 007 Special" which was a one-off fun and very Lux. The staff are Fabulous. I was there for work on a Monday night so the attached (independent) restaurant & bar was not open. So, you know Go the Workers! But sad I did not staying Tuesday to Sunday to access the onsite bar and restaurant that night.

Breakfast - very yummy but had to order as take away and eat it in my hotel room as there were no tables at 7:15 am in the morning even though I was a hotel guest. Luckily I was booked into the hotel until 10am so took brekkie and ate it in my room. I often stay for work in Perth (as a remote Great Southern worker for designated Office Contact Days) and appreciate the unique and different but, for the money it does not really stack up for the facilities available. (Although it IS GREAT). There was also construction going on in the neighbouring building which started very early (I'm sure this is seasonal) but it woke me up before 6 am.

Perfect base for a week checking out Perth. The spacious unit was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. It was always a surprise to step out of the lift from the quiet of our room into a busy, popular breakfast bar. We didn't eat there, but I expect one would need to book. They do meals several evenings a week too. Just 5 minutes walk to the bottom if the street and over the bridge to a bus stop for 3 different free city CAT bus routes and several paid services . We could have walked up the steep street to Kings Park, but since we are lazy, we just took the short flat walk to catch the blue CAT which goes right into Kings park, as well as right into town. Town and Elizabeth Quay are also very walkable down hill.

The bathroom is rather tired and is planned for upgrade. There is not much leg room in front of the low toilet for a taller person. It is all perfectly functional though.

This is a surprisingly quiet hotel. It has a convenient lift (3 floors), laundry facilities and a superb restaurant/breakfast eatery conveniently located within the building. We had easy access to the botanical gardens on foot, but suitable free public transport nearby was a bonus. It may not be the most convenient location for everyone, but it's only 10-15 minute walk to central shopping or 5 minutes to a free bus stop. Bags were held safely as we arrived in the early morning hours before check in. The room had a complete kitchen to self cater. there were laundry washers and a drier available and the staff were very accommodating and helpful.

make sure you take your after hours code to enter the building with you if you plan on getting back after closing, otherwise it will cost you dearly for a call out to unlock the entry door. The restaurant and breakfast is quality and bookings are essential, it's so good.

My mum and I stayed here for my bodybuilding comps that were at the Perth Convention Centre. Location is great. Right near Kings Park. Loved it! Walking bridge over into the CBD and only 10 minute walk to Convention Centre. Room was perfect for what we needed with stove and microwave. Beautiful little balcony looking out to green trees and some tall buildings. Breakfast option is great having Mount Street Breakfast Bar at the bottom. They do good coffee!

Room wasn't quite as clean and crisp as the photos and is a little dark when you're on the first level. The bathroom didn't have a window to open for fresh air. The bathroom door is super heavy! And didn't close properly. I think it just needs to be re-hinged. Would be really great to have a discount for breakfast for guests staying at the hotel.
