The staff were friendly and went out of their way to take us up to our room, to greet us, to be available whenever we needed them The room has everything anyone can need for short or long stay. Free wifi free Netflix free tea coffee sugar soap body wash shampoo Kids play area gym room there too Safe, security cameras indoors and outdoors The doors locked easily with electronic card. The pool was awesome and the kids favourite part of the entire time in Perth Good location; across the road from a mall Free bus goes to city centre bus stop just out front 1 minute bus ride to art centre My room safety deposit came back fast. Was the last place we stayed at, first to return full deposit I will be going back to stay at Perth city apartments when returning. Thankyou so much Eddie and team for looking after the little ones and My myself, it has been a pleasure to meet such an amazing person. I was happy with the room and the services and honestly can't really fault anything.

I booked two nights for myself and my four children and after reading some reviews I was worried I had booked the wrong place to stay however my experience far outweighed my expectations. Eddie was polite and friendly. Our room was clean and tidy and smelt fresh. The beds were very comfortable. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the room though I only used the dryer for our towels. The kitchen space was fine and had everything we needed. The free parking was an added bonus, though the car park spaces were a bit narrower than I'm used to. Booking a Saturday night meant it was a bit noisy from the traffic below. The building seems old and there were minor things that could be tweaked to improve the overall look of the place. The sign on the front, very small damage to the carpet in the hallway and paintwork around the room door. But these things are just cosmetic and not important to me and certainly did not impact our stay which was comfortable, enjoyable and I never felt unsafe as some reviewers inferred. Other guests I encountered were quiet and polite when I greeted them or smiled at them. I look forward to staying again. 🙂🙂

I like that it was convenient and easy to find and plenty of parking space. We checked in after hours and eddie was there to guide us all the way through he was extremely quick with his communication and anything we need he was one text away. Overall very happy with our experience there.

Parking little over priced but safety over anything I guess. $30 for extra hour for late check out is expensive but happy overall with the experience.

Confirmation not done through booking .com ,collected 300 aus dollar as deposit which was not in booking .com , both fan in rooms not working properly, also TV reception bad. hot water kettle is not clean properly. Unteltials cleaning is not good. Little more care on cleaning ,even little rent increase. Bathroom and toilet together which is delegate to use

rooms were huge and so spacious!! felt very homey, lots of thoughtfulness to detail — from providing cooking tools, utensils + a full stove, a washing machine/dryer in the room (with a drying rack and plenty of hangers), to vacuum and mop/broom, to 3-ply toilet paper (unheard of in hotels)… truly felt more like an apartment than a hotel. we were so comfortable our entire 3 night stay. also minutes away from a major train station for extremely east access to airport/the city/Rottnest island! staff was super friendly and helpful, offering assistance whenever we needed it. will definitely be back whenever we are in Perth. none! perfect stay

The staff made sure we are all comfortable. We are very thankful coz he was very accommodating to our needs. We kept the place neat and tidy after our stay and we got our bond back.

We had to pay for parking but that’s alright. We understand we are in the city and that’s how it works. But it would have been nice if parking fee is already included in the total cost for the stay.

Friendly, caring staff. Variety of conversations had with other Guests. We could have our dog stay with us.

Isn’t a dislike, rather a suggestion. To have more than 1 pool noodle at the pool area, so more than 1 child/person can have one available for their use.

Very comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful. Very clean and what we needed for our time in Perth. Location was awesome for what we wanted to do whilst here. Would stay again. Deposit transferred back to us the afternoon of leaving Thankyou Eddie Rach and Pete

I was pleased to be able to stay with my dog at an affordable price. Also the location was quite good as its close to shops and a nice park to walk through. The staff were friendly and polite.

There was some dog poop in the courtyard. Maybe advise guests to pick up after their dogs.
