Room was pretty well equipped for a family, a smart tv would have been nice to watch something other than normal TV, room was clean (except for the dirty sock under the bed that one of the kids found) Breakfast was a bit basic, my kids don't really eat highly processed cereal, a toaster would have been good

The car park, I have a large car and I couldn't see the car park was so small from the entrance, I went in only to find someone else was coming out, I nearly couldn't turn around to get out. A notice on the entrance or some info in the email would have been nice to know. The rear car park looked really insecure, no lights, no cameras (that I could see). I got up early to check my car was OK as it was on my mind all night.

The cleaning staff were really good. The room was clean , the only problem was we asked for a rubber mat for the shower but they didn't have one. The breakfast was okay.

When we arrived, we had to get the key from the key safe, we tried for about 3/4 of an hour but could not open the safe. We rang the emergency number but she was no help. Luckily another guest came out of his room & tried for about 15 minutes to open the safe, he told us that he had had the same problem. Finally he opened the safe for us.

Useful room with fridge, kettle and microwave. Some breakfast things delivered every day, cereal, juice, etc. Staff so helpful and so polite and friendly. There's a nice little sitting area and plunge pool in the back. Washing machine can be used for a small fee. Very handy having the free city bus stopping in front of the hotel to take you into the centre.

Very clean, very good location. Close to Kings Park, hospitals, UWA, Northbridge. Decent sized room. Easily as good as a more expensive motel room. Complimentary continental breakfast--cereal, tinned fruit and orange juice, tea and coffee--was included.

It's an older motel so bathroom, etc, was not flash. But cleanliness made up for that. There were no staff onsite and restaurant,etc, were closed, but that was due to COVID, no fault of the managers. Only thing I was slightly concerned about was security, because multiple doors to stair access were all open (i.e. access to stairs was not only through single main entrance but on sides of the building), but we didn't have any issues. Not sure if there was a lift.

Wad thankful for Earlie check in late checkout. Free city cat bus out side hotel. Gluten free cereal option. for breakfast included. With large jar juice although choice of pineapple juice would be better. and alternate milk. Pool was refreshing to jump into was humid hot weather at the timewe stayed. Great location parking on site. Shell garage and conveniant store next door. Near king park. Resterants. Although sunday they are closed. Near the factury outlets Watertown. Near two major hospital. No trafic noice at night or sirens. Room looked over pool. Air con good love the white Louvers on windows. Only microwave for cooking crockery cutlery ptovided ask if not in room

Need dish cloth and tea towel. altetnate milk needed watch the beds they are on coasters which is good but one of the beds coaster needs attention as bed moved away from wall when sitting watching TV and friend fell between wall and bed on floor smell of cigarette smoke stong comes through vent no lift if you have alot of luggage thats heavy

The room was knit and cleaning, bed was very comfortable. overall, it's a good option to stay in Perth CBD overnight.

The plug of fridge wasn't been plugged in properly and we just found that on the next morning, so we didn't have the milk and juice for breakfast because it might go off already. It was a shame because they only provide a combination of all-in-one shower gel without separating shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Because of Covid better than nothing breakfast was acceptable Rooms lovely clean hot water staff so helpful they make me want to stay again

Police sirens you can’t control that. Maybe some fire extinguisher at the end of the landing incase if a fire Plus maybe some rubber insulation on the inside of the front door to stop the door slamming as someone below me did slam his door all the time especially at 0715 am

Excllent priced room. Plenty of "real" milk and fresh juice and continental breakfast in the room. Close to Subiaco restaurants, hospitals etc. Comfortable bed.

Hot pancake breakfast not operational due to the restaurant, bar and room serviced closed due to covid. No staff at front desk, key was in a lock box. Same when leaving. Bathroom needs upgrading, and lower edges need a good clean (sit on toilet and can see all the dust under basin)

The location and parking availability.

I stayed 2 nights. My room was next to stairwell, hence noisy till early morning hours as people returned from night out and had bit much to drink. The next morning the staff walkie talkie was used 7am on the stairs where the cleaning supplies room was also located. So, noise was an issue.

Room generally clean, comfortable bed, reasonably priced, close to the amenities we needed access to in the city.

The parking was a challenge for us because we had a big 4x4 and there were a few other big vehicles which made the parking difficult to get in and out of. Previous customers used towel still hanging on the back of the door in the bathroom.. Shower recess has mould starting to build up in the grout.
