Beds were fantastic. It was quiet. We were super close to the park and other tourist stops that we just walked.

The buffet was a bit meh. The fact that to get coffee and eggs were an additional charge was a bit misleading. $25 for coco pops, bread and fruit is ridiculous. Breakfast includes eggs not just congee or sausages in a stew. Same goes for coffee. I expected the rooms to be small that's fine but no space to put your luggage and the door to the bathroom was heavy and it had a gap. Get new doors and close the gap. Ppl can see right in. The bathroom had mould and rust everywhere too. People get rowdy in the corridors at 4am was not appreciated. And disrespectful. The advertising for the property didn't line up with what I got. You need to do better. Don't ask me to pay a premium for a room and not offer the above.

The bed and pillows were so comfy. The room was very clean and smelled lovely. I found the hotel nice and quiet. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I liked how they had a lounge set up in the lobby which made for a good place to have a wine.

It has on site parking…but, there are only 6 bays for the entire building. $30 a bay per night, being very steep. If you miss out on a bay there is paid street parking, keeping in mind it will interrupt your plans because it can only be booked in 3 hr blocks. Dealing with parking added to the stress of why we had come to Perth.

We attended a conference at Kings Park, and the location of Tribe was perfect for walking to and fro. The cafe downstairs is very handy! Good price and the beds are very comfortable. Great mattress topper!

The rooms are super small. There is minimal distance either side of the bed to move around. The bathroom is also tiny with limited vanity and storage space. There is also no shower screen so water mess is unavoidable. The hallways are very dark, and a little tired. Could do with some brightening up. If you're only staying one night, this is a great place, but extended stays are not recommended if staying in the standard Queen room.

Perfect location for getting around, exceptionally clean, and ideal for young professionals. The shower amenities were high-quality, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, my experience with payment was a bit inconvenient. I paid in full via Booking.com, but upon check-in, the property informed me that no payment had been received on their end. I offered to pay in cash, but due to their cashless policy, I had to settle with my card again. Really enjoyed the funky aesthetic and friendliness of staff, we felt very comfortable and welcomed. The room was exactly what I expected in terms of functionality over frills with a wonderful view of Kings Park. The wonderful vibe, interesting architecture, and unique touches was a delightful bonus. We slept very comfortably, which is rare as we are both fussy insomniacs and the breakfast was a lovely and varied spread.

The water pressure was a little too low to be satisfying with the big showerhead but it is plenty strong when directed through the handheld showerhead.

I loved the architecture which was visually appealing and made very clever use of space so that it felt spacious and luxurious without unnecessary opulence. Furnishing details in the lobby added a sense of fun and provided an atmosphere in which guests were inclined to mingle. The architectural library available for all to read was a bonus for a solo traveller. The bed was exceptionally comfortable to sleep in. Friendly, helpful and informative staff were the best part of this experience.

The bed, although comfortable, was a bit too high and required a little jump for me to get onto even though I am close to average height for a woman at 168 cm. I was disappointed that the towels were changed after only one day which I thought wasteful given I had a booking for only 2 nights. This contradicted the environmental ethos that was espoused.

Quiet room, pretty, if a bit on the small side. Bed was comfy. Good water pressure in shower, nice shower gel and shampoo etc. Staff all very pleasant and helpful. We ate almost exclusively there, and the food was really good. Sparkling and still water on tap was appreciated!

Room was superficially clean, but a bit dusty, and the bathroom tiles on the shower floor and silicon around the sink looked a bit dirty/damaged. Some damage noticeable in corridor walls

I have now stayed here 3x ... I like that upon checking in 3rd time , I was upgraded without asking and given free breakfast and when I asked for a quiet room the lady at the desk was so kind and understand/ receptive ensuring my stay would be ok. I once ( not this stay ) did have an issue with another employee , I did send an email to the manager , it was received quickly and addressed effectively-- I appreciate professionalism and courteousness as I travel most days of the year. I like that there is a Nespresso machine in the room, a heater, its quiet, clean across from the park designed by Australians now owned by a French company.

Staff were friendly and were very helpful. Purposely booked close to Kings Park for a concert I was attending, and it was easy to get into the city and other areas of Perth.

Having access to Netflix or even YouTube on the TVs in the rooms would have been nice. As an iPhone user, I only had access to free to air and not all the channels worked. Would be nice to watch something I'm actually interested in after a long day of travelling around the city.

Nice property, centrally located, reasonably priced. Coffee machines in the rooms are great and rooms are nice and quiet. Plenty of street parking in the area too which saves on paying for hotel parking.

The whole place is beginning to look very tired, corridors and walls around lifts are very badly scratched from the housekeeping trolleys. Walls in the rooms are also quite badly scuffed from luggage and lots of chipped paint in metalwork in the bathrooms.
