From the moment we entered staff were welcoming, caring and kind. We have enjoyed breakfast and meals on previous occasions but this time stayed for the ANZAC Service so left early.

T’was perfect.

I stayed for 10 days. The location was perfect for me, close to the Elizabeth Quay train and bus stations & ferry and yet in a quiet location within the CBD. The facilities within the hotel were very good - bar and restaurant on the top (10th) floor and an excellent cafe (which I used every morning), on the ground. I had an 'Essential' room which was unusual in having no view from a window but it didn't impact me at all as the room was bright enough. Plenty of power and USB charging points, strong WiFi and a Nespresso coffee maker. Excellent shower - rainfall and handheld both with excellent pressure. Although appearing to be a double I think it was best regarded as a single - again, it was fine for me. Amazingly although positioned next to the elevator the room was very quiet, I never heard the elevator moving or indeed the people in the next room. The well equipped 'Workplace' on the 9th is a really useful amenity and free for guests to use. And the Staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. I visit Perth every 18 months but this was my first time at the Quay and I will definitely return on my next visit.

Slightly odd the absence of a bathroom door, but travelling alone it didn't matter and after a day or two you get used to it!

The hotel had recently been renovated to a very good standard. We upgraded to a Quay view and a bigger room(707) which was really good. We had a huge wet room and a door in the bathroom! Fantastic huge bed and very comfy. The view was great but it looks like it won't be there for long as there are building works going on right in front of the hotel. Guests might get the view for another year maybe. You also need to be up as far as the 7th floor to get above a large tree right outside the hotel.

Our original room was tiny with no actual window as it faced on to the building next door. It also had no toilet door. A design feature we were told, a lot of the rooms had no door. Unfortunately we had no access to the rooftop bar for the first 2 days as there were private functions taking place there. It was Xmas time right enough!

The breakfast was one of the best I have ever enjoyed....seriously! Hands down, the best Avacado Smash EVER!! The staff were beyond compare......nothing was too much trouble! Any problems or questions quickly dealt with and issues resolved with integrity and consideration. They really couldn't have been more gracious, and EVERY SINGLE staff member made us feel welcome, and 'valued'! Location was incredible (and with matching views); we took great joy in 'parking up' right next door and spending our time using our feet (and the ferry system) to get around all weekend!! Quite nostalgic to visit Perth Zoo this way after not having been for about 20 years, and then following it up with a day-trip to Rotto via the Swan River! Our room was beautifully appointed, spacious and comfortable..........and THAT VIEW!! I slept with the curtains open on the first night so I could see Perth in all of its colour and glory as the night progressed into morning. We will most certainly visit again!!

Even though the parking is right next door (a Wilson's car park which you can get reduced fees for through QUAY), you have to walk out of the carpark (after taking an elevator to the ground floor, if you're on an upper level) and into the hotel lobby; its a bit of a pain with suitcases etc. An amazingly spacious bathroom with all of the frills (including a beautiful free-standing bathtub), but NOWHERE to hang a towel (other than over furniture etc.). TV proved impossible for us to connect (stream) subscription services to (this may have been impacted by our 'aged' inability to play nicely with technology); I think it was a SMART TV, but we couldn't work it out!

Great central location with easy access to attractions and transportation. Nice bars and restaurants within walking distance. Room was very clean but too small for a couple with medium sized suitcases for 3 nights. The location and price balances out the cramped and unusual set up of the room.

An open plan shower and WC just inside the front door is an innovative concept, but not to my liking. If you have just come out of the shower or are using the toilet, you hope that you don't get room service (or visitors) knocking at your door!! The bedroom was too small to comfortably move around the room.

Our breakfast was included in the price / room package that we chose and included any hot breakfast on the menu plus a hot drink. The breakfast size was huge and had an excellent choice. The room we had which was the King Room Loft was huge and a really very big bathroom. Very clean. We also had a room service dinner and were very impressed with the prices which were cheaper than the meals we had at our local Pub just 3 nights earlier. Parking was also free.

We couldn't find a way to get from the car park at the back up to Level 8. The lift only seem to go to Level 6. We ended up walking our suitcase up the ramp to the car park.

We had an exceptional stay at Quay Perth and enjoyed every moment of it. We were delighted to receive an upgrade to one of their best suite rooms, along with a lovely surprise bottle of champagne to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. The room was spacious, modern, and offered stunning views over Elizabeth Quay and the Swan River. The location is perfect—close to all major attractions and public transport. Thank you so much for making our stay so memorable. We loved it and will definitely be back on our next visit to Perth!

Nothing.

Breakfast was great. Portion size was generous and flavours were on point.

Wouldnt say negative, just minor improvements. A manual exhaust fan on a switch for bathroom maybe. An actual towel rack or extra hooks in bathroom for more towels. May sound silly, but an actual toilet brush available beside the toilet for when you need it. And maybe the lights in the room on separate circuits/switches so they arent all on at the same time if you dont want them all on. We even looked out of our window and saw the roof of the breakfast bar from our room and thought if there was a way, it could be a great option for an outdoor rooftop bar/breakfast bar etc. As stated, not negatives, just ideas for minor improvements in time.

Breakfast was lovely and well priced. Quick service and happy to adjust to individual needs. Fresh food - serving sizes varied from day to day. Pleasant coffee.

We stayed with Quay for several days and unfortunately were only able to visit the RoofTop bar/restaurant once for lunch. We recognise that this was due to venue bookings for events but it means that in-house guests are limited - we ordered room service which was great but there is only 1 chair in the room which makes it awkward to eat a meal/serve a drink.

Staff were exceptional, offering to store baggage before/after checkout, order a taxi etc. I was always greeted when entering or exiting the building. The room was simple but perfect. Coffee machine, kettle, adjustable ducted air controls. Had some blissful sleep in what felt like a sound-proofed room with good blind coverage. Great location for easily walkable journeys to public transport, food and leisure options. Even when I had ‘do not disturb’ on, staff left a bag with a top up of fresh towels, and water on the door without interruption.
