Staff are nice especially the one who works at night, i missed my check in time, but the night staff helped me to check in eventhough its late, he was so nice and patient with me, i love my room its so comfortable with a little view of the city, the bed is clean, soft and warm, the linens smells good, the room has a decent amount of space, with cabinet, study table and safety box, i love it, i will definetely stay again w8th them, also its so secure, you cant get in to the premise without a keycard, so outsider cannot get inside without permission, also, people that stayed here are so nice, there were so nice to help me when i check in. I slept peacefully in here, i feel relaxed, i dont want to leave actually Lols

Just call them after you booked and ask for the check in and check out time to avoid the hassle, the info at booking.com is misleading i thought i can still check in past midnight but unfortunately the reception is close at 7PM.

I think was good price-quality rate cus the location its perfect. I spend one night on a private room! it’s walking distance from the airport train line that’s make it perfect if you have to do stuff in the Cbd and you don’t want to go around with taxis! I’ll come back xx

It’s a little noisy the area.

Never dissapoint me, super clean, fresh linens and tidy room, shower area and toilets are clean, its quite at night and some of the people staying here are quiet nice and well mannered. Ill be staying here again and again.

Its understandble that the location of the Inn is in CBD, people around the area are too loud at night, i hope that they will updgrade the windows and make more sound proof Other than that its still.fun staying here i feel relaxed.

Kitchen facilities weren’t cleanest, but hostel doing everything they can to enforce tidying. Not much room for food storage as lots of long term residents. Laundry room needed exact change (3x $2 coins) and not the tidiest.

Did realise about breakfast wasn't show or told people were or what times for bfast

People sleeping in the same spot every night near the toilets in the lounge area., I thought he might have been homeless . And other guest tell an other guess that they should go to bed as he had fallen a sleep and was spoilling the enjoyment of people watching TV due to him snoring .3 to 4 days in a row . When I rebooked and stay an exact extra week was asked to pay more money due to being put in to different rooms

This hostel is amazing compared to many hostels in Perth! we had a private room and it was super clean, so central and close to everything. had perfect facilities!

The bed was a little uncomfortable, gave me a bad back after two nights but not really much of an issue

The location was great. The Kangaroo Inn is on the high street of Perth and therefore very close to a supermarket, restaurants, shops, a metro station and the train station and the harbour where the ferries to Rottnest were leaving from. The price for my single room was also good for being in Perth. Loved the aircon and the tv. The women‘s bathroom was always clean. I always got a good night‘s sleep.

The smell when I entered the second floor for the first time, but later I didn‘t notice it anymore. The kitchen was not so nice, but it was ok.

Beds were comfortable and everything was a good value for money. Would genuinely book again.
