Breakfast was good in good standard for hotel like mercure, service was good as well and expected. Everything is good except it just me when I stay in a hotel or anywhere except ny own home I can't sleep at the first night because I am not used to with the pillow or the bed.

Hmmm you didn't give us enough towel because we booked for 4 people. 2 adult 2 kids but you gave us only 2 big towel with the set. So we needed another 2 towel. The cleaner gave us new towel but she also gave us not enough. She was probably confused. She was only gave me two big towel with the set and one still hanging for the old one and she took one away lol all I needed was 4 big towel. That's why I asked her only two but it was unnecessary for her to take one away. Oh well no big deal.

Was pretty good for the price and comfortable we had a good sleep. Which I think the facilities overall were very reasonable for the price

The shower pressure was low. also the room didn’t have a phone so I could call room service. the Buffett breakfast at the hotel restaurant Beccaria was terrible most of the food was cold (sausages were literally cold and looked like they weren’t cooked) other things luke warm and clearly not fresh, when I told this to staff they didn’t even change any of it which I’m pretty sure it was not in line with food safety laws and hot food holding times and temperatures , it was still 8am in the morning , I chose not to eat any and only had toast as I’m pregnant but I still paid.

We stayed 1 night to go to Disney on Ice, The staff were excellent! I think it was the manager who checked us in and was so easy and friendly while we were also trying to keep 3 + 4 year olds in line!She also saw us multiple times in us coming and going and really made the kids feel special in their Disney on Ice outfits :) We had a higher floor room which the kids loved, they love seeing how far they can see! Ordered room service for dinner and food came in a reasonable time and tasted good! The breakfast had great options and was easy to navigate with the kids.

The pool was warmer but we are in winter so was still a bit cool to swim in for me. My 4 year old loved it! But the access to the pool was a bit tricky with the kids and making sure they got up the stairs safely.

Room was very clean, bed super comfortable and just right, not too hard and not soft. Pillows had good variety to choose. Loved provision of a microwave and utensils in room although we didn't use it is a thoughtful idea. Room was warm and quite soundproof. Car park was included and easy. Breakfast was included with lots of nice options. Convenience store 50 metres away and many takeaway within 5 to 10 min walk. Will choose this hotel again and if noticed Virgin airline staff checking in and out which is a positive.

Eggs and pancakes were are very long wait and buffet only put out a very small dish of scrambled eggs that emptied in 2 mins with only 5 adults taking a scoop. Must do a continuous production of eggs for a busy morning service that offers only 1 type of egg. Coffee machine didn't work well and died but coffee flavour good.

Mostly clean. Beds very comfortable. Room service/housekeeping staff were very efficient. Excellent location - walking distance from wharf, trains, busport and shops.

No do not disturb door sign - didn’t want housekeeping but they replaced sheets and towels during our stay whilst we were out. Iron was dirty, wasn’t cleaned by previous guests/staff left brown marks on clothes - when I used the ‘self clean’ function, brown dirt, grease, grime and filth poured out of the openings for 5 minutes straight !! No doona cover? Just wrapped in bedsheets? Weird choice. Also the mattresses didn’t have fitted sheets so whenever I moved, the sheet would become untucked.

The room was a good size, and the beds were comfortable. Buffet breakfast was tasty and great, lots of choice. Rooftop pool was lovely. Short walk to the CBD shops and the free CAT buses to travel around the city for free.

The bathrooms could definitely do with an upgrade but functional. Rooftop pool needed more shaded areas/umbrellas, the seated/shaded area next to it was closed off, possibly for refurbishment? Our keycard in the lift didn't work after the normal check out time when we had a late check out till 2pm, a few other guests had problems with this too.

Room was spacious, bright, bed was comfortable.

I did not like that the cleaner washed the cups, plates and cutlery in the bathroom wash basin with no washing liquid and dried with the towels, I was in the room when this happened, and it stopped me using them as I did not think it was hygienic. which was a shame as I thought it was a nice touch having them there if needed.

Location was very central for all the things that we wanted to do. The heated pool was great for the kids and breakfast was perfect. The price was very good with the inclusion of breakfast and parking.

Service was a quite slow when requesting anything. Had to call twice for additional towels as there were only 2 even though we booked as a family of 4 and they still took 2 hours to arrive. Plug supplied didn't fit the bath and glasses were all different sizes which just indicates a lack of attention to detail.

Just staying the one night with wife and 2 kids for a basketball game. Got a twin room with breakfast included. Parking was included as well but I forgot to ask about it and ended up paying the day rate at the Wilson Parking car park across the road. Don't do that. Very expensive. Room was clean and tidy, beds comfy and shower and toilet all fine. Got a pretty good rate for the night so can't really complain about anything. Breakfast was just ok. Nothing special but was included in the price so it's pretty good value. All the basics are there.

Nothing to complain about. You get what you pay for which is a comfy bed for the night. Wilson parking across the road stung us $37 for the night. If parking isn't included in your stay, go to the much cheaper City of Perth parking at the Concert Hall a small walk away.

The rooms are very spacious, the breakfast was nice and the location is great If you want to explore the city. Many attractions in a walkable distance, Perth mint right next door, Elizabeth quay also not far and a really great south African restaurant (very fancy) with yummy food and drinks

The Vallet parking was a bit awkward mainly because there is no bay to stop the car so you have to hope to get a parking spot, but in the end it wasn't a problem at all just a bit hard when we arrived and didn't know where to park.
