The room was really practical, clean and comfortable. I chose that location as it was close to the business event I was going to, and it was perfect for that. It wasn't too far from a supermarket (5-10 mins walk) and very close to a great cafe. The kitchen had everything we needed, minus a dishwasher (which would have been a bonus).

It was very clean, but the room and furniture were a bit run-down, unfortunately. It needs a bit of TLC and some new furniture. Our fridge wasn't working, which we didn't realise until the next morning, and so we had to throw out some food, but someone came to fix it (it had tripped out or something) as soon as they were notified.

I liked the very polite and helpful staff. They made sure I had a front room after I requested that. It was efficient and their ability to accommodate for my needs was much appreciated. I stayed for 6 great nights. Great staff and great location. I have stayed for a similar period a few years ago and the high standard remains. I do recommend this excellent, well managed and well placed hotel. See yous next time. Thank you.

Location worked fine with us. Walking distance from downtown area and the local train station (including the airport station line). The room was big and comfortable. Nice balcony with table and chairs. Cooked in it. Has an oven.

Our third stay here. Previous one, 5 years ago. Nothing "visible" seems to have changed (as far as what we saw). It really needs some extra "loving care". Had to ask for a thorough cleaning of the refrigerator and oven (lately it has been happening in many properties).

Location excellent / Transport - light rail and trains close to apartment / Shopping centre almost next door / Room great layout and spacious / Huge TV (all you need is knowledge to run it / own balcony with view over city.

The studio apartments only have have the showers in the bath, which is ok for the agile, but scary for the not so agile. It would appear the 2 bedroom super apartments are changing. The only studio room with walk-in shower is the handicapped one on the first floor.

check in was quick and they have all our details ready. It's a very short walk to the church, the hospital and about 15 min to Hay St mall. lots of nice cafes around. It's value for money

The parking space was difficult to manouevre. The shower knobs were difficult to turn but maintenance fixed it within the day. You can hear people next door, walls were a bit thin. You also have to go up a flight of stairs to get to reception, which wasnt a problem for us, but would be for older people.

Clean and well presented, plus great price for arguably the best room/view in the building. Staff were exceptionally helpful. We found ourselves stranded in Perth after a previous booking (at a different hotel) through a different agent was cancelled without our knowledge. Staff at All Suites were understanding and helpful when I rang to check our booking was indeed confirmed. Room was clean and adequate.

The door to the balcony was on a lean, meaning it could be locked but left a gap at the top wide enough for a finger to fit, middle of winter this meant a draft came in constantly and was quite loud. The second bedroom had the bed split into two for our children, however this meant the door was unable to close, hitting on the bed. The gap remaining was roughly 30-40cm. Other small issues requiring maintenance to do a look over the room.

was very central position, to public transport walking distance to shops, cafe and restaurants. we came to visit family and to attend The World Prayer Assembly 2023 at the convention Center, walking distance. The staff were very accommodating, the washing machine although was new had an issue with pumping water out, staff fixed the issue promptly. The cleaners for got to vacuum our floor, again the staff jumped onto it without any dramas. We stayed a total of 17 days, a great experience would book again. Perth is a beautiful City.

Maybe a little table for the balcony would have been great for our coffee in the morning. Nothing much to fault, after all I’m a glass half full type of person ha ha.

I love this accommodation. It is centrally located and I have returned for about 15 times over the past few years as it suits my needs perfectly. There are some areas that are in need of upgrading, and staff promptly respond to any requests for maintenance issues.

Dishes are too large for food preparation when in a double/twin bedded room.

The rooms were comfortable, view from the balcony was excellent. All Suites has a great location, very close to the CBD and Elizabeth Quay - bus service just around the corner. Enjoyed our meal at the Japanese restaurant on site.

The second bedroom had no window and was quite airless, my bed was on a bit of a lean and not very comfortable. The shower was over the bath and quite difficult to get in and out of for me (elderly person with artificial knees). The door to the balcony could not be locked - not SUCH an issue on the 10th floor. Have stayed here before a few times and the other apartments were far superior.

The location was excellent, just a 5 minute walk to the river and to the Red Cat bus stop. The room was large and well air conditioned tempereature reached 41 in perth during our stay. There was a good level of kitchen utencils and plates but that could be improved. could do with replacing. The bed was good and reasonably comfortable . Washing machine needed the plumbing changed but that was done very quickly for us.
