The hotel is decent and quiet, with no incidents during our stay. Cleaning was done every other day: they replaced toilet paper and towels, although I’m not sure about the floors. The location is excellent: it’s 10-15 minutes to the metro and 10 minutes to the nearest store. There’s a lake and a park right across the street, which is very convenient for sports activities. The area is clean and beautiful, and it’s also close to water activities and excursions—just a 10-15 minute walk away. The staff works according to a set schedule, which is clearly stated on Booking. We informed them in advance about a possible delay, but we ended up arriving on time. Still, the staff was polite and agreed to wait for us without any issues. Deposits are accepted only by card, and this is also mentioned in the rules. I had an issue with the deposit refund: the bank returned the money only a month later. However, the staff was friendly and tried to help by sending documents and explaining the process. Despite the delay, I was satisfied with their work and appreciated their sincere willingness to assist.

My stay at City Waters Motel last weekend was truly delightful. From the moment I walked into my room, I was struck by the cleanliness and cozy atmosphere. The room itself was immaculate, with comfortable beds, fresh linens, and a spotless bathroom. The attention to detail in housekeeping was much appreciated. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any questions I had, making my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I’m already looking forward to returning. The combination of a comfortable and clean room with amazing views is hard to resist!

My only concern was the limited parking space. The carpark was small, and maneuvering was challenging. However, this is a minor issue that didn't detract from my overall experience.

There was tea and coffee but no milk. Didn't appreciate having to walk up to the supermarket to get some. Had a query regarding check in as all of group not arriving at the same time. Impossible to contact staff on day or arrival. Could not get through on the phone just put on hold and then hung up on and despite leaving a couple of messages nobody got back to me.

Our family went to Rottnest for the day, so City Waters was perfect walking distance to the ferry and walking distance to all the attractions. Great price and very affordable.

Our child had an accident on the bed, so I stripped the sheets. Seemed to be coffee sort of stains (I hope) on the mattress protector. I thought I'd check our other children's linen and stains on their mattress protectors, too. The linen was clean, and you wouldn't have noticed if the bed wasn't stripped.

When I booked, I was a little sceptical, mainly because it did look dated and the price was so reasonable. When I arrived, I was so pleasantly surprised at the accommodation that we even had a bath. The room was very clean. The premises were gated and only accessible via the room key, so we and our car were safe. The kitchen was adequately equipped with all we needed to prepare meals. One of the children was a little cold, the air-conditioning worked very well.

I would have liked to have another pillow and one of the children wanted an extra blanket. The only downer issue was parking. But for us it was not an issue we were early and it is stated up front that it is a first in gets parking.

Location was great walking distance To where I had to go kitchen was well equipped. It’s good had a great view of the sunrise.

Bath tub to narrow at the bottom hard to stand flat. Should have a safety rail install for elderly people someone will fall. no elevator. I was on the top floor. I have bad feet. It’s good thing. I Had to walk up them only a few times

The location was very helpful as we did not have a car and so for walking and public transport it was excellant.

The receptionist should have started work earlier to fit in with guests leaving requirements. 8.30 - 9 am would have been more convenient.

The location is great, right at the CBD facing Langley park. You are near big hotel (Novotel and Pan Pacific) where most tours could pick you up. The jetty to Rottnest island is also within 10 minutes walk

Not much, the facilities are clearly old, but as long as they are functional we don't find it an issue

Very clean with a clean coat of paint in side the unit, a respectable interior with all that you can ask for. And a great location for us to walk to the city centre

The tv is a little old,i couldn't connect with my phone. But that is okay as I wasn't there to watch TV. The bed was a bit hard

Everything was functional and very clean! Location is great, coffee shop 1 street over, near restaurants and there's a park just down the road. Staff were amazing and checkin was quick and smooth :)

Beds were a tiny bit dippy but still comfortable, shower head was unusually low, but water was great!
