I had an exceptional experience staying at Crown Plaza IHG Perth. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism, making me feel right at home. The check-in process was seamless and efficient. My room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with comfortable bedding and stunning views of the city skyline. It was the perfect retreat after a day of exploring Perth. The amenities in the room, including fast Wi-Fi, a well-equipped bathroom, and thoughtful touches, made my stay incredibly comfortable. The hotel’s facilities are outstanding — I enjoyed relaxing at the outdoor pool, working out in the fitness centre, and dining at the onsite restaurant, which offered a delicious selection of local and international dishes. The service throughout the hotel was consistently attentive and friendly. Located conveniently in the heart of Perth, Crown Plaza IHG Perth provided easy access to major attractions, shopping, and transportation, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. It's in a good spot but it has become too expensive for the condition of the hotel it really needs a make over , some of the carpets are looking very old , they are cutting cost on everything , you have to ask reception for bathroom bits and bobs like cotton rounds etc , empty mini bar , breakfast you have to order for hot food there is no hot food buffet only continental, we were charged $15 for breakfast for a 5 year old she ate half a piece of toast . There was no lift to our room so we had to drag the cases up the stairs , the staff were nice tho they helped . Just a little bit disappointing I

Crowne Plaza Perth provided good value for money in terms of the accommodation standards and close proximity to Perth CBD. I booked a room with twin double beds which were very comfortable to sleep in. The bathroom had both a bathtub and a shower which is always a bonus. Gusti Restaurant was a good onsite restaurant to enjoy drinks, small bites and pizzas after a long day out and about exploring. The customer service provided by reception staff and Gusti staff was of a high standard which I was very happy with. The highlight of Crowne Plaza Perth is its pool deck which overlooks Langley Park and the Swan River. It was fantastic to relax there and have a swim in the infinity pool as the sun went down.

While my room was clean there was a takeaway curry left in the mini fridge when I entered the room for the first time. On my first night staying at Crowne Plaza Perth I was awoken at midnight by an incorrect room service delivery of two toasted sandwiches that was intended for another room in the hotel. Fortunately when my mother and I raised these concerns with reception staff they were rectified. We didn't have any other concerns with the accommodation.

Nice room. Very comfortable bed and lovely view over the river. Great atmosphere to enjoy a drink on Friday evening with live music on the deck. Pretty good location for the city and with some nice eateries within walking distance.

I don't love the shower over the bath. Bath seems impracticality small and a bit of a risk for older guests getting in and out of the shower. Bath probably good for families though. Covered vent in bathroom needs attention, as it was heavy with dust.

We had a late night flight from Perth and the staff were really helpful in directing us to hotel facilities we could use to help fill the day, storing (and unstoring) our luggage, and ensuring we were comfortable. The gym is big enough to manage a decent workout and there is a free laundry for guests with very clean machines, and complementary powder. Amazing!

It was all fantastic. Although, I gotta say that the TV is not intuitive but we worked it out in the end. They had free to air channels and you can login to your own subscriptions.

No USB points in the room Wireless phone charger on alarm clock did not work Hole in one of the bath towels Misinformation about breakfast we were told it was $34 each when actually 2 x adult breakfasts was included. No warning signs around the pool to advise to NOT jump over the overflow at edge of the infinity pool, although we understand it’s parents responsibility there was a few children playing in that part.

The facilities are nice and the staff is super great ! the outside pool make the difference with that beautiful view. Gym is a little small but has everything you need any to work. The hotel lobby is very nice and welcoming.

I had the room for people with reduced mobility, it’s not like it’s was bad but the bathroom is not what you expected, it’s easy to slide with all the water on the ground, it’s not comfortable. Not sure why I had this room, maybe it was the last room of the hotel at the moment. I don’t watch TV, but it was quite old too but it’s all good !

The staff were lovely and super helpful. Always polite, no matter if it was at the restaurant, checking in, or even just coming and going for the day. I loved the option to not have the room serviced (I was only there for a short time, didn’t need the effort or energy!) The restaurant offered a great selection of food and the facilities (gym, pool) were great, even if I didn’t have time to use them! The bed was really comfy (and I’m very fussy!)

Not much - the only minor thing was that I noticed it was less modern than some other places I stayed. But the room was still very comfortable, spacious and clean!

When I checked in on the 20th Oct, 2pm, your systems were down. Your staff member, a young blonde woman, gave exceptional service to a client checking in who was very difficult and clearly a drug user. He pushed her to her limits, demanding better service when he didn't have funds for the cashless deposit of $50. He kept manipulating her about upgrades for approx 30 minutes. Please check in with her and reward her. She left for a few minutes after he left and was clearly upset. Then returned and carried on. 5 stars to this wonderful young woman. And accolades to Philip in the bar, I have known this gentleman for years, so polite and affable, what a superstar. I owned my own business for years, staying with you and know the angst of finding and keeping great work colleagues. You've certainly found them. Reward them!❤️

We had a pleasant experience overall. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was convenient for us since we had a car, although parking was a bit pricey. Fortunately, our car rental company is just down the street, which made parking easier. During our stay, my kids had a little mishap at night, and we needed new bed sheets. The staff responded quickly to our request and even followed up with a courtesy call the next day to check if everything was alright, which I really appreciated. I also really appreciated the self-service laundry room; it was a lifesaver, especially after my son got sick and needed to have his clothes cleaned. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel for its excellent service and family-friendly amenities.
