Awesome facilities. Room was great with everything you need including basic kitchen, office work space, free wifi and room service. The view was nice and the window was able to be open slightly letting in the breeze which is a huge bonus in a hotel. Public transport is right outside including free cat bus into the city centre.

A few of the staff were unhelpful and rude. They made me feel bad for booking via booking.com and mentioned it several times. A few of my interactions left me feeling quite frustrated. This is a shame as this would be a 10 star review if the staff knew that customer service is one of the most important aspects of a hotel stay.

Big comfy bed, well located, nice pool facilities, quiet, practical.

Was told we could pay for a rollaway bed for child in studio we booked then the day before received a message that this was incorrect and we had to pay to upgrade our room. After I complained they upgraded for free but this should have just been done anyway as I had checked this with them and been given the wrong information. It is also a question on booking.com and answered that a rollaway bed in the studio is fine so be careful. The room was good apart from the kitchen which was worn out with a broken bin non functional dishwasher and barely anything in terms of equipment.

It is very child-friendly. The amenities namely the kitchen, washing machine and a separate dryer came in very handy for the family. It also has a dishwasher, which makes cleaning the dishes very convenient. The exec apartment gives the feeling of living in a home away from home. It is a 25 minutes Uber/DiDi ride from the airport and the RED CAT public transport offers free rides within the city of Perth. It is also close to a number of playgrounds that are within walking distance. If you drive, they offer on-site parking for 30AUD per day. Although they said spaces are limited, there were ample parking spaces available during our stay. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay and would come back here the next time we visit Perth.

Nothing, it met our expectations.

We have stayed in many hotels around Perth, and Fraser Suites is the best by far. The building was gorgeous and well located, the room was clean and well styled, and there were so many little touches that far exceeded our expectations. The best part of our stay though was the service - every staff member was friendly, attentive and welcoming. It was a pleasure to stay here, so much so we have booked another stay only three weeks after the first.

The only drawback would be the inability to reserve parking. In saying that, there was ample street parking when we arrived and it wasn’t an issue for the duration of our stay.

the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. i had booked a studio by mistake for the earlier booking,thinking it came with a washing machine and kitchen, only to discover it didn't. They didn't have a public laundry room so i requested to switch rooms. Unfortunately they were full then, but managed to get me a room for this booking. Despite it being a bigger room , they upgraded me at no extra cost

I was surprised to find that not all rooms came with a washing machine and dryer, and they didn't have communal laundry rooms for guests staying in these rooms

We loved the location and setup of this hotel suite. It was perfect for our family. The two bedrooms were separated enough and a cot was kindly provided to allow family to sleep a dream. We had to use a chair to prop open the adjoining doors as our children couldn’t open them. The entrance to this hotel is a little dated outside and missing that grand entrance feel. We loved the dining options and highly recommend the breakfast here. Restaurant dinner seemed to take a while to place our orders and for food to arrive when we have small children it was noticeable but the food was 10/10 and worth the wait! Still the best pasta my daughter says she has eaten. Overall we would return for the food options anytime! The pool was heavily chlorinated and the excess chemicals were being topped up while we were there swimming. It didn’t look appealing to swim.

Hotel and staff were lovely, top marks to the sweet girl (possibly Indian) on the front desk who gave us some tips for great quokka pics!

Nothing I didn't like, but I would LOVE the CCTV of my boyfriend racing to grab the jelly snakes from the shop on Friday night if you have it, please? It would have been around 11am, and he ran so fast to the (closed) door, he bounced off it! Good footage for the wedding, ha ha. Also happy to sign a disclaimer that we're not going for insurance etc. Was the funniest moment of my life. Luckily he saw the funniest side. The shame was intense tho ;-)

A lovely apartment to stay in. Bed was comfortable, shower pressure was good. Facilities were great pool/spa and gym were nicely accessible. Rooms serviced daily and ammenities replaced. Staff at the front desk super lovely and welcoming.

Didn’t have any bowls other than one large salad bowl, so for self catering purposes it made things difficult. Accessible parking is super limited therefore street parking was our only option which proved to be difficult on the weekend.

Location, convenience

Kitchen sink and tap setback too far so I couldn't reach it comfortably. I'm 152cm, so not considered abnormally short. There were 4 teabags, 4 coffee satchels, and only 3 tiny milks. Doesn't match up. No water bottles provided, which was annoying. Parking is difficult, as there are more guests than car parks. Parking in the street is the only option when they're full. We missed the cut off time 3 times for moving the car, at a cost of $65 each time. For that reason alone, I would not recommend the hotel.

Fifth time staying at Fraser Suites East Perth, very clean comfortable rooms/ beds, hotel facilities pool spa sauna gym excellent, and the staff are highly professional. Manager surprised us with a birthday bottle of sparkling wine !!! We drive up from the Southwest and love parking underneath, then take the lift to our floor/room. The coffee downstairs was particularly good and the room service steak sandwitch was really yummy 😋 will return again.

Upset crying baby, so we shut the secondary door and then it all went quiet again. Lovely xxx
