Fantastic location...particularly liked the coffee shop for breakfast just across the road, the Greek cafe(!) 100m away, the corner store at a nearby arcade which included a chemist - unbelievable, what more could you ask for? Add to this Perth's fabulous taxi drivers who are courteous, conversational and prompt and you have instant access anywhere in the city.

The only possible complaint was the weather but for the first time in my life our plans seemed to fit the intermittent sun. Thus, very enjoyable Margaret River and Rottnest Island tours in the sunshine and a quite rainy day with the unbelievable Terracotta Warriors in the absolutely fabulous Perth Museum.

Could have had a few more kitchen utensils and decent tea towels. Stingy with dishwashing liquid and dishwasher powder

I booked this property solely because of the heated pool. The pool was not heated and was freezing...I was told by reception the Hester was not working, no mention of this when I booked, and don't think he really knew . Very disappointed

Got a phone call in morning to say 2 bed apartment had water damage so moving us to 2 rooms, except there is 5 of us, as per the booking, so they said we will ring you back which they did and said you can have 3 rooms, I enquired if it was at no extra cost, which they said we will ring you back in 10 minutes, but I drove 2 hours to get to hotel with no call back. Turned out they had a 2 bed apartment for us but when we got to the room, the 5th bed wasn’t there so we had to request it be set up, which they did in a timely manner

got upgraded on arrival to a 2-bedroom apartment. very spacious with an open plan living, dining & kitchen area. Living room led out onto a decent sized balcony (enough for 4 people to sit around a table). Kitchen fully equipped with 4-ring hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer & dishwasher. Large dining table. 2x double bedrooms & a single bathroom with shower (over bath), sink & toilet. Utility / laundry room with washing machine & tumble dryer. All toiletries provided as well as laundry powder, dishwasher powder, washing up liquid etc. Pool & gym area located on top floor. pool towels available at the pool so no need to take your own. Maybe one downside is there is hardly any car parking available around the hotel, whether for short or overnight stays & the hotel car-park, if spaces available is quite pricey (AUD$60/night)

upon arrival to the Hotel, we had just completed a 3600km drive, we were tired and the booking was last minute. the staff were very helpful in terms of the room and parking. Information was provided clearly and any issues the staff at reception went out of their way to clear it all up for us. Hotel room was clean and large enough to fit a family that co-sleep. Hotel location right smack in the CDB on a surprisingly quiet street.

the outside "smoking area" felt unsecured and the fence surround the door on ground floor had missing panels exposing to easy access.

Excellent and friendly customer service. We appreciated the unexpected but very welcome housekeeping service partway through our stay and the complimentary extended checkout. The room was perfect for our needs and we loved having the option of both a bathtub and a shower. Beds were very comfortable and room temperature was perfect.

Unfortunately the pool and gym were closed for maintenance during our stay but we had plenty of opportunities for exercise by walking along the river and also into the main parts of the city.

When I first got to the hotel there was a problem with my room. I let the reception staff, Ashwani, know and he not only fixed the problem but provided me with an upgrade. I liked that Ashwani was so attentive and concerned. Whenever he saw me downstairs he always communicated with me regarding the issue and made sure that I knew that he was on top of it. Another individual that I would like to mention is Michelle. She was very patient whilst showing me the different room options available, never once dismissing my concerns and preferences. Adi, the hotel manager left a very lovely card in my room as an apology. Overall I thought that the hotel was ok but the staff more than made up for that as they were exceptional. Also, the location of the hotel is a bit far from the city but it's close to the water and an excellent IGA.

The gym is a bit sparse and the pool is in the same room so the hours are limited. I also feared falling in to the pool whilst walking toward the exercise machines.

The location! A 24x7 convenient store 5 mins walk away. Apartment is very clean and super well equipped. You name it. They are all there, like at home. There is even a dryer. I went into deep sleep as soon as I hit the pillow. So comfortable. The food at reasonable quality and price offered by the panda bar and kitchen at the hotel is handy. Urban espresso offers not only good coffee and cakes but also presentable hot food - we loved overloaded omelette! The staff are friendly and helpful especially Adi who went extra miles to find our car in the car park for us. On site parking is handy. It’s not hard to book simply because it’s super convenient location. You can go to the city in free bus. I like the swimming pool and gym equipment at one place. Hubby likes swimming and I like gym-ming so we don’t need to go separate ways.

Swimming is a little shallow only 90cm -1.2m. Not suitable for tall people.

Room was spacious and the view was pretty cool especially at night. The apartment had a washer and dryer which was awesome, i can not fault the room at all. plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Queens garden and the perth mint are also with in walking distance. you could walk to the mall in 20mins. Pool is not deep which is great for the kids.

Unfortunately the oven wouldn't turn on which i wish i know before buying something that needed an oven.
