Having the washing machine and dryer close to us was fantastic. Being close to the free bus stop to Kings Park was great and we were able to part the 12 seater across the road without hassle. Couple of convenience stores close by and a very short walk to Subway. Beds were comfortable. Handy having a dining table, cooktop and microwave. Convenience items onsite too for purchase. We splurged with breakfast on the last day and there was a satisfactory choice - option to ask for gluten free bread and poached eggs a bonus!

Filthy smokers sitting outside the entry. Trying to get everyone on board the 12 seater quickly before the cabin filled with smoke was a challenge.

Upgrade to 2 rooms was much appreciated. Unit reasonably clean. Some dishes used had to be washed before we used them - not that big a deal for me. It happens. Staff were ALL lovely. Loved being able to leave lugagge on last day.

Kitchen was hard to use. Bench taken up with hot plates & no room for anything much at all. Made washing & drying dishes quite a procedure. Less kitchen items than expected too - not really fully equipped as advertised. We made do. Could have asked for things that were missing, I guess - but felt perhaps this is something that should be checked by staff before rebooking rooms? I know some people decide to help themselves & understand that, but ... more in the way of cooking utensils would be nice. Couch not comfortable & only a 2 seater. Bathroom very poky - for 2 people who are not that big, we made it work. Others might struggle.

The room was excellent. Good size, two comfortable beds, TV, desk, table, cutlery and crockery, fridge, soap, microwave; basically everything you need for a short stay. The air-conditioning was at the right temperature. The room was clean and quiet. No smoking around. The hotel has an emphasis on saving water, which is good. The towels can be reused. The breakfast was excellent. Was able to check in very late at night. The hotel restaurant was excellent. All in all, an excellent hotel stay.

Would have been nice to have 2 large bottles of bottled water in the room each day. Would have been nice to have a little flexibility on checking out a little later. Staff perhaps can be more knowledgeable on tourist and transport options around. But maybe I am asking for too much!

The twin single bed room on top seventh floor had a balcony and opening door and aircon/heat too so better than normal hotel rooms with no opening windows. Also a good kitchenette. Good view down to the river too recommend this room.

The bathroom is partially renovated but dated and could be cleaner also very small. The bedding is sheets blankets and bedspread but were clean so ok.

Close to free buses and city Center plenty of eaterys.Room was good for cooking in spacious and lounge was ok to relax on also being close to our car hire company only a short walk Convenience Store 24hr also close by

Perth had less homeless people visible on the streets. Clean up is a pleasant surprise. There was lots missing at breakfast. Watermelon was the only fruit available. A bowl of seasonal whole various fruits might be appropriate when exotic fruit is scarce. No muffins, pastries or grain/seed bread. Coffee machine has improved. Thank you.

Location, hotel facilities, cleanliness, all good

Forgotful maybe. We stay 6 nights in family apartment, 1 night bathroom no floor towel, 1 day no replenish dish wash. Luckily we frequent travel where ready with small bottle. Our room is near to lift. 1 lift is quite noisy where we can each time the life i operating.

(WE were in the city for medical reasons) The location allowed us to drive to all our appointments. However, taxis and buses service these and tourist needs from this venue. Good Breakfast, The rooms were quiet and comfortable and boast of facilities to make you independent for cooking or preparing a meal.

close walk to malls and to Elizabeth key. our room had a side room with two single beds and big wardrobe, could close the door for privacy or to block out the snoring! had a balcony each with was nice to get fresh air in.

the step into the bathroom, got me a few times. beds was ok, you would never get 100 percent happiness out of anyone on beds as everyone has different preferences.

The location of the hotel was excellent. Close to Langley Park, Barrack St Jetty and convenience stores. Also close to the Perth Mint and a shirt bus ride to Kings Park,

The Comfort Inn is a little tired being an older building but we were quite comfortable, the room rate was reasonable.
