Upgrade to 2 rooms was much appreciated. Unit reasonably clean. Some dishes used had to be washed before we used them - not that big a deal for me. It happens. Staff were ALL lovely. Loved being able to leave lugagge on last day.

Kitchen was hard to use. Bench taken up with hot plates & no room for anything much at all. Made washing & drying dishes quite a procedure. Less kitchen items than expected too - not really fully equipped as advertised. We made do. Could have asked for things that were missing, I guess - but felt perhaps this is something that should be checked by staff before rebooking rooms? I know some people decide to help themselves & understand that, but ... more in the way of cooking utensils would be nice. Couch not comfortable & only a 2 seater. Bathroom very poky - for 2 people who are not that big, we made it work. Others might struggle.

The room was excellent. Good size, two comfortable beds, TV, desk, table, cutlery and crockery, fridge, soap, microwave; basically everything you need for a short stay. The air-conditioning was at the right temperature. The room was clean and quiet. No smoking around. The hotel has an emphasis on saving water, which is good. The towels can be reused. The breakfast was excellent. Was able to check in very late at night. The hotel restaurant was excellent. All in all, an excellent hotel stay.

Would have been nice to have 2 large bottles of bottled water in the room each day. Would have been nice to have a little flexibility on checking out a little later. Staff perhaps can be more knowledgeable on tourist and transport options around. But maybe I am asking for too much!

Close to free buses and city Center plenty of eaterys.Room was good for cooking in spacious and lounge was ok to relax on also being close to our car hire company only a short walk Convenience Store 24hr also close by

Location, hotel facilities, cleanliness, all good

Forgotful maybe. We stay 6 nights in family apartment, 1 night bathroom no floor towel, 1 day no replenish dish wash. Luckily we frequent travel where ready with small bottle. Our room is near to lift. 1 lift is quite noisy where we can each time the life i operating.

close walk to malls and to Elizabeth key. our room had a side room with two single beds and big wardrobe, could close the door for privacy or to block out the snoring! had a balcony each with was nice to get fresh air in.

the step into the bathroom, got me a few times. beds was ok, you would never get 100 percent happiness out of anyone on beds as everyone has different preferences.

We stayed here for 3 nights whilst on a WA touring holiday. Limited secure parking is available here (non reservable), with other spots available at the hotel across the road when it is full up. We were lucky enough to get a spot each day though. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was busy they time we stayed with school groups booked here, but it wasn’t a problem. Hotel was still quiet, just a bit busy at breakfast service. Breakfast itself was great, lots of choices, hot and cold. Our room was fairly basic, but clean. Bed was comfy for a good sleep. The shower was nice and hot. Hotel is located handy for sightseeing- 5 min walk to the Perth Mint, plus dining options. Also only a 10 min walk to No Birds car rental so easy to drop off the hire car and walk back to hotel ready for next morning’s uber to the airport. Would happily stay here again

Only negative was returning in our car each time not knowing if we would get a car park or not.

When I reported the bathroom rail were broken, later in the day, on returning back to our room, all had been repaired

Even though I had stated my husband used a walker, we found the door way into our room was only just wide enough to pass through, with me holding the door open, he had to go over the end of my shoes to get in. The door is VERY hard to open and took all my strength to open

Good central location and friendly staff. It was really good to see that they have returned to what would (pre-COVID) have been regarded as a 'normal' room servicing routine with full daily servicing. Room was well-provisioned with microwave and basic pots and cutlery and the toiletries and tea and coffee making stuff were topped up daily.

Nothing stood out as being really bad. The TV was adequate but a newer, larger one would be an improvement. Perhaps they could look at including breakfast at a more reasonable rate - usually I try to pre-book breakfast at my accommodation but the price differential on a room with breakfast as compared to the same room without breakfast, especially for a single person, dissuaded me from doing it here.

The location was great. Close to cafes and parks. I cannot comment on breakfast as the booking did not include this.

My partner reported hammering noises during the first night of stay. I had thought I booked the hotel because the accommodation price included the breakfast but I may have misread the screen at the time of booking so ended up having to go elsewhere for breakfast. Price for continental breakfast was expensive.

The restaurant on the ground floor as well a mini shop. Close to public transport and shopping. Affordable accommodation and good sized rooms, comfortable beds.

Other guests were too noisy especially after 10pm. Traffic wasn't a problem but a helicopter flying around was very noisy.
