The restaurant was great the only disappointing part was they run out of food and alcohol

Just the restaurant part the room was good and the the about parking no one knew what was going on

Lovely and clean, well set out and amazing pillows. Staff were super sweet and friendly but were a little hard to understand at times due to heavy accents

24hr room service was very limited but the butter chicken was SO freaking good! We ordered a pizza for lunch and it was still quite cold in the middle but the kids still tucked in. Also be patient with the car park it's a bit of a squeeze for bigger cars but we managed with a van & a Ranger

Very close to all amenities, easy access to restaurants and shops. Very close to Royal Perth which was important as I was unwell and needed to attend hospital appointments during my stay

Nothing to not like. The staff, Yogesh and his whole team are the real gems of Mercure on Hay. Their excellent care and professional customer service have definitely won my heart to return and stay at the hotel in the future.

I liked the whole experience! From checking in to checking out, I liked the location and the facilities overall!

I wished there was a microwave oven in the room, this was the only thing missing; also perhaps maybe take out the bath tub or re-lay or re-form the lay out so that there is a combined shower and separate bathtub.

One of the few hotels that have a balcony, rooms are comfortable enough for Perth CBD. The hotel is undergoing renovations, but no noise issues the time we stayed. Good quality tea and coffee, comfortable bed. Room was bit tired but I guess they will undergo a reno soon. Convenient location, a block from main area. A solid 8/10 due to bed comfort.

Limited parking, we parked on the street as we knew we'd have an early start and parking didn't stay until 8am. Wasn't broken into, so that was a blessing,

Clear access and presentable from the outside. We'll lit entry and reception. My room was clean and tidy, which made for a comfortable stay.

I booked an extra night and I was changed more for my 2nd night then the first?

The location was perfect. Close to Elizabeth Quay, The hop on hop off bus stop, The Mint We arrived very late and was easy to find and off street parking for taxi. Check in was quick.

Bathroom needed some TLC. Light was coming in under interconnecting door all night (that we didn't use) Breakfast a bit disappointing.

It had an amazing view and the beds were super comfortable the room size was great and the staff were very kind and oh don’t start on the room service I would leave the room a little messy and when I came back my stuff was folded and the beds were organised and clean it was amazing

It was great the location was near public transport and a 5 minute walk away from all the major convenience stores

Location was perfect for my stay. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Bed was comfy, the view from balcony was amazing. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Check in and out were smooth. Really enjoyed my 6 days here!

Spillage on the carpet after came back from work, as the room was cleaned-up every day, it could be from housekeeping work. Not a major issue at all. The heating function did not really work at times and you cannot turn it off if it gets cold.

Brilliant location for everything in Perth although not noisy. Room was good with a lovely view from the balcony. Breakfast was amazing and the buffet was well stocked with great coffee on tap! Onsite parking was a bonus!

Bar closed fairly early so we had after dinner drinks at another hotel
