The reception staff is very helpful - shout out to Rosemary, who was very helpful and made us feel very at home. Kings Park Motel is indeed a home away from home: having a microwave oven and a decent sized fridge, with plates, bowls and utensils allow us to have simple meals in the room when we do not feel like venturing out. The facilities are great: laundry room, pool, lounge, free parking. It was a truly great stay.

I read in other reviews about the dated furniture but honestly, I have no problems with them. Everything was in clean and good working condition.

The room was very clean and super comfortable. It was perfect for my one night stay. I didn't use the pool facility but I had a look and it was very tidy and clean. There was also a club lounge room which was a room with French doors facing the pool fence. The room had a modern lounge suite with a huge TV on the wall and also a dining room table again very clean and spotless awesome for a family. The staff were friendly but also professional. I had a room on the bottom floor and there were no vacancies left and I could not hear anyone in their rooms throughout the night nor up and down the stairs etc, it was super quiet and had an amazing sleep!!! The property is older but has been done up and maintained. I highly recommended to stay there!!!!! 5 outof 5stars ⭐

We booked this motel because of its proximity to Kings Park ( we attended a concert in the park). The room was clean and had a queen bed and a single. There were tea-making facilities, a fridge and microwave.The bathroom was small but clean and had plenty of hot water for showers. This was a traditional-style motel room and was pleasant and met our needs. A short walk away was the neighbourhood of Subiaco, which has many trendy cafes, shops and restaurants. We used the train stations at Daglish and Subiaco to travel around Perth and Fremantle.

We had no complaints about the room.

Room was modern and very clean, beds very comfortable. We had a view towards Kings Park. Even though it was facing a busy road, the room was quiet. The kitchenette had everything we needed. There was a street light in front of the room, but the curtains were really good, so we didn't notice. We had a very pleasant stay. And late check-in was easy enough as well.

Other guests came in quite late and were a little noisy, which could be heard in the room and woke us up. It wasn't overly loud, just happy chatting people coming back from a night out. But this noise was more impacting than the road.

Great people who run this family style motel right in the center of everything thats Perth with free bus stopping right outside the motel and across the road the mighty Kings Park walk and views We had an excellent stay there for a week

Pool was great for sitting to read and relax but some solar heating would have made the water swim able in winter

managers changed my room to help with my difficulty climbing stairs-great! Also provided extra pillows-Some 5 star hotels baulk at that. Arranged very early morning taxi and were absolutely wonderful. Very impressed that while beside busy Thomas St could not hear a thing (and I'm very noise sensitive). Also could not hear any neighbors despite hotel being fully booked. Very clean and inviting and exceeded expectations.

So super clean, comfy bed, pool and guest room were great. Wonderful location. Great value for money. I stayed at Crown Towers recently, and have to say my experience at Kings Park Hotel was ten times better. The 3 biggest comparable standouts would be the fact that my room at King's Park motel had a view, and it was cleeeeaaan, and I could put things in the mini fridge.None of which I can say about Crown Towers. Oh and there was free parking right outside my door.

Nothing really. I like the old motel style a lot. They have renovated rooms if retro is not your thing.But the important thing is the bed ..and the bed is good and big and clean and comfy.

Great location close to Subiaco , exceptionally clean and tidy for its age . Kindly upgraded to a family room when our room wasn’t ready (due. To air conditioner replacement ) Carpet was modern and in great condition , in general the rooms were very nice for its cost . Definitely served its purpose very nicely for our trip . Had Great communication regarding arrival times etc , beds comfortable and room spacious enough .

Definitely a bit dated but that’s all . (Those bedside tables with the built in radio/alarm need to be retired and replaced )

Kings Park was the perfect location for us. Near the CBD, Kings Park, Subiaco, and all the places we wanted to visit. Having the small fridge, microwave, dishes, kettle, coffee sticks and fresh milk (waiting in the fridge) was wonderful! We were able to have a quiet breakfast in our room each morning before going out to conquer the day!

The location is excellent, a 10 -15 minute bus ride to the centre of the city and the bus stop is right outside the motel. King's Park with it's kilometres of walking tracks through natural bushland is directly across the road. The staff were great, exceptionally helpful. Our room was one of the older rooms, but everything worked and and was in good condition.
