Great location to stay for a weekend, within walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Plus the sunset night market on Saturday was full of food trucks and stalls well worth a visit. The hotel (5th floor) had views of the ocean and Rottnest Island. Underground parking available for $15 per day.

The hotel overlooks wasteland with quite a few homeless people using the area. Traffic can also be noisy.

Amazing location with a beautiful view of the ocean right from our balcony. Plenty of space for a family of three with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The cleaning service of the room during our stay could have been better. No hoovering done on the carpet. I would have been happy to do this or clean with a brush but none provided.

Brilliant location with a block to the beach, spacious & clean. Comfortable beds. Liked the reusable bag for groceries 😄

We had requested a cot twice before we arrived and room didn’t have one so we asked again, they brought up within hour and set up however no cot mattress & sheets so luckily had our own sheets. No HK came in for our room but maybe because it was a Sunday. The overhead lights on the beds were broken and didn’t go. When we returned from beach with our hot lunch, our room keycard lock had run out of battery. After testing the cards, they came up and changed the battery in it. Guess it was just unlucky that it ran out on us as never experienced something like that before.

Location excellent. Studio room allowed the possibility of self catering but many food outlets around.

Damned coffee machine with never worked properly for me after day one! Had been so pleased to have it but …….. Hotel not really geared up to respond to maintenance problems.

Our morning flight was cancelled and we were rescheduled for a flight in the evening. All it took was a phone call to the hotel and we were told how to access our room after hours.

I would recommend that the afterhours access information clearly informs patrons which door access to use. Our information said "use lift 3" however this was not clearly defined with signage at the doorway entrance swipe. The beds were very comfortable, however one roller had broken off on the side my husband slept in. It was clear this had happened before - there was evidence of glue. Perhaps this bed should have been replaced? We appreciated the daily room clean, however one day our towels were taken and not replaced. Luckily we noticed this early enough to get towels from reception and so was an easy fix.

Bed size, bathroom was clean and big. Good toiletries. Great location.

No caffeine free options for tea/coffee (Peppermint would be nice). I asked for a beach view and got put on level 1 so mostly I saw the roof. Check in was confusing with how I was charged (guy said he was only taking out the deposit but then charged me for all of it, which is fine but when I said I already paid the deposit and I'm happy to pay the rest he got confused). TV ledge was a bit broken. Stains on chairs were gross.

Room spacious, well equiped and met expectations for comfortable apartment stay.

Was expecting water facing apartment but got one at rear of building. Process for viewing TV more complicated than simply turning it on. Pay TV (Foxtel) not included but was for other similarly priced apartments we stayed at in Perth area.

The price for the amount of space is unmatched and the staff (cleaners and front reception) went above to be accomodating and kind.

There are things like broken door handles and marks on walls and carpet that detract from the overall look and feel of the place as well as functionality (bathroom door stuck regularly when trying to get out)

The 2 bedroom apartment was quite spacious for a family of 4 adults. Really appreciate having a full kitchen as well which meant we were able to make meals and re-heat food in our apartment giving us a choice if we didn't want to line up at the local eateries being it was the weekend and all so very busy time at Scarborough.

The location was great and within walking distance to restuarants, grocery shops, bakeries, excercise facilities, beach, coffee shops so made easy to get around. The apartment was lovely, very clean, comfortable and nice relaxing space.

Bed was too small don't think double beds are the answer should either be queen minimum or larger or tiwn beds. A little disappointed in the staff and their lack of willingness to help
