The staff were excellent in helping us with an early check in on a very wet day. The rooms are a good size and the beds comfortable. We use our own pillows so I'm not sure about them. Good hot shower. Excellent location, a very short walk to the beach and plenty of shops, supermarkets in the area and a few minutes drive to Hillary's Boat Harbour.

The price is high for what you get but I think it is just Perth being Perth with all accommodation being expensive.

Staff were exceptional, with the owner even helping me with my washing. The service of the rooms was well above standard and the staff made my stay feel personal and special. While this accommodation would definitely not suit the ‘instagram set’, the location and cleanliness is well above what I have experienced in so-called 4-5 star hotels. I will definitely stay here again in my next visit. Fantastic family owned business, good price point, clean and an excellent location. That’s all I need.

Parking is an issue with less parking spaces provided than rooms available. However, a combination of on street parking and ‘happenstance’ resulted in my only having to park around the corner on one occasion. Facilities are a little tired, but the owners are slowly renovating.

The view from our terrace was exquisite! An ocean view indeed :-) we felt very much at home thanks to Amanda's wonderful caring personality. The included laundry service and daily cleaning made life to easy especially as a Mom of a little one that needs constant presence. the bed was super comfy, the kitchen provided for our basic needs - supermarkets and restaurants were in convenient walkable distances and the public transport was just a minute walk away - everyone super friendly and helpful. We're looking forward to coming again <3

Firstly, you can't beat the place for location! I walked everywhere... Beautiful beaches, close to all amenities cafes and Hillary's Marina. Next, the comfort level of a good night's sleep. The beds were very clean & mattresses were supportive, and comfortable. Very good value for money especially considering its right on the coast. I booked a balcony room which had a lovely view northwards of the ocean.

The only thing I could point out is that you mention when booking, whether you are a smoker or a non-smoker being as the rooms are close together.

This was for my parents the last 5 days of their holiday in Perth - they loved it! it's a hidden secret - great for their independence visiting the local shops and cafes just a walking distance away - a short walk from Froth Brewery and the shopping centre, it's a brilliant location and the staff at the venue really professional and eager to please my parents were very happy and it was the perfect way to end it, really glad we chose this motel, thank you x

Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the beach (Would recommend a small beach next to Watermans Bay Playground) snorkeling was great in there, also a BBQ available to cook some prawns and sausages. Also, the bus stop was just a few steps from the motel, bus took us directly to the train station and the city afterward. Vel and Amanda were super friendly and helpful. Our room was on the first floor, spacious enough, with a modern powerful aircon, a fridge, a kettle, and a 32-inch LCD TV. The Bed was quite comfy, there was also a table with 2 chairs, two bedside tables, a small armchair, and a veranda with another table and two extra chairs. The room got cleaned pretty well, every other day + added new towels, tea/coffee and changed the garbage bin every day (always asked if we needed anything else)

Nothing that I could think of at this point. Some of the beaches had rocky ground, had to look for parts where most people swim to find the sandy ground and avoid the rocks.

The location is excellent, only a quick walk to the beach. The motel met all of our expectations, with two rooms being booked. The room with kitchen contained all of the necessities required to make the stay comfortable. There are a few rooms with a small balcony, lovely way to cap off the evening, watching the sun set over the ocean. The owners and employees were lovely, and helped us with our washing and gave us tips and information on what we required. The price point was great for the amenities and location close to beach.

Parking can get busy, so you might have to park out the front.

Great location as it's 50 metres from the ocean with all the seaside walking paths, eating locations (Scarborough or Hilary's a short drive away), many beaches to pick from and easy road access from the airport (30 mins only).

The rooms are very simple decor and look a bit bare. The whole complex is looking run down and looks old and uninviting. It does need some patching, painting and little fresh ups to go with the location. Even though it's looking run down, it's very clean and the staff are there to help.

The location is fabulous. We needed to book an extra night and We'll was very accommodating. It was helpful being ground floor after surgery. Our second stay here, if you're wanting a fabulous shower, comfy bed and clean, this is the place. If you want fancy, it's not for you. I need a comfortable bed, the shower here is a massage in itself. FABULOUS! The staff are friendly.

It's just dated.

It was close to everything, convenient, great value for money, and if your out all day but just need a no frills accommodation it’s awesome.

The Walls are thin and the people next door decided to have friends till 3 am. I got no sleep and was wrecked the whole next day. Midnight should be the cutoff for guests visiting. Or take the party elsewhere.
