We had such a fabulous stay at Mullaloo B & B. We absolutely loved it ! Karen is such a wonderful super host nothing was too much trouble for her. She was so kind, friendly and helpful and we felt so at home and relaxed in her gorgeous home. She really cares about her guests and ensures they have the best time. The room was very cozy and the bed extremely comfy with pristine clean linen. Karen offers a fantastic choice of breakfast and we loved sitting by the gorgeous pool overlooking the ocean pure bliss ! The location was perfect, so close to the beautiful beach and lovely bar and restaurants. We would not hesitate to recommend, thank you so much for looking after us Karen x

Nothing whatsoever to dislike

Karen was an amazing host! Very welcoming and always happy to help out. The breakfast/drinks bar was brilliant. So much choice and a great coffee machine too! House was very clean and spacious. Bathroom was very big and modern. Room was lovely even though i was in the budget room! Bed was comfy, fridge was a great touch, enough storage and clothes hanging for a week and a nice big window. The ceiling fan definitely helped! The garden was stunning and got some amazing views of the sunsets. Pool was too cold for me this time of year but looked very nice and would definitely have been straight in if it was hotter. Overall, amazing amenities, comfort, cleanliness etc. couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Wish i could have stayed longer!

Great location, short walk to beach and local hotel. Walking and cycling track along beach front. 4 minute drive to local IGA, hairdresser. Easy 25 minute drive to Perth. We had the ensuite room that was supplied with good quality shampoo, conditioner and soap. King bed, very comfortable, quite location. Sliding doors from bedroom and ensuite open out to deck area and pool. Great for morning coffee or afternoon wine. Large range of breakfast options to choose from. A lovely place to come back to after a busy day out exploring.

Mullaloo B&B is a must if you're travelling to Perth! The accomodation is a five minute walk from Mullaloo Beach and a 10 minute walk from the nearest grocery store. If you rented a car, there is plenty of room to park. The property is also located in a quiet neighborhood area. The host Karen is arguabley one of the best hosts I have encountered while travelling. She ensures that your room and shared bathroom is always clean. Karen will also take the time to chat and make great recommendations on what to see and visit in Western Australia. I was so pleased with the accomodation that I decided to book two additional nights. I felt at home during my stay. The rooms offer plenty of space and are equipped with mini fridges. The breakfast provided is plentiful and Karen always ensures that food items are topped up. Please disregard any negative reviews about this property as you will most likely not find an accomodation in the Perth area in that price range with such a kind hearted host !

We will never forget the moments spent in Mullaloo with the wonderful Karen! ♥️ The house is absolutely beautiful and even though we rented the smallest room (budget), we didn't feel it at all! We spent most of our time on the pool deck which was fantastic. Additionally, we had a landing at 5 a.m. and Karen let us come home right away and use the room because it was available! It was very nice because we were rested and could start sightseeing immediately! Thank you ♥️♥️♥️ Breakfasts have many options to choose from, during the weekend Karen baked delicious banana bread ♥️ We felt like we were visiting our Aussie aunt (which we don't have 😜) After staying at Karen's place, we traveled for 3 weeks in a campervan and we were supposed to return it immediately and go to the airport , but WE REBOOKED TICKETS to go to Karen again for another week, because it was so good the first time. ✨It was a brilliant time and we will definitely return to Mullaloo to the same house! Karen, we love you and thank you for everything!!!!

Karen was a suberb host!! She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at home during my stay in Mullaloo. What was meant to be a Bed & Breakfast quickly turned into what felt like a nice family away from home, where Karen shared her cooking, baking, and unexpected lunch and dinners. Karen opened her wonderful home to me and shared her space including a beautiful swimming pool. The room I stayed in was very bright and well-lit so I got a lot of sunlight in the morning and throughout the day which I love. I worked from home during my stay on the kitchen counter and by her swimming pool to change up the views. The house is a very short walk to the Mullaloo beach which has the smoothest and softest sand! Overall exceeded my expectations and will definitely be returning whenever I come back to Perth for a visit! <3 LOVE YOU KAREN!

The property was clean, well-maintained, and had a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions and beautiful surroundings.

There wasn’t anything major to dislike, but perhaps a small improvement in soundproofing between rooms or could make the experience even better.

We loved Karen and her house. We felt like home and didn't want to leave. Everything was easy going. The accommodation had everything we were looking for. An amazing beach is a 5 minute walk away and a 24/7 supermarket is located nearby. Amazing sunsets! Good to know: The train station is reachable by car only as it's too far to walk. So you need to get a taxi or other car sharing services to get there. Buses are available but they are not the fastest way to get around.

Definitely the best b&b I've ever been to and I travel a lot. wonderful Karen, I felt like at home with a lovely Amur Karen . A place for people who love silence, peace and atmosphere. Karen baked a delicious cake for our damages, brought me from the airport at night, and drove us to Hillary. I am in love with Perth, I will 100% go back to Mullaloo - paradise on earth

Karen is an amazing host and very attentive/helpful giving recommendations about travel and activities, the location is great, just 10 min walk to the beach and I felt comfortable and happy with the accommodation throughout my month stay, would definitely visit again!
