Located right opposite the beach. Great position for sunsets. All furniture was modern and very comfortable, the bed and sofa in particular. The unit also had a safe. Usable sized heated swimming pool. Lovely maintenance man kept the bins and communal areas clean.

The kitchen and bathroom were dated. Didn’t use the bath as it was stained and the filter was full of dust and goodness knows what else! A mix of residential and holiday; residential hung their washing on the balcony, holiday lets couldn’t. Smoking allowed on the balcony which meant we had to keep our doors closed to avoid the smell from others and it coming into the unit (where smoking wasn’t allowed). Very backward.

Excellent location. Just steps away from beach and close to lots of restaurants and a supermarket. Easy access to secure parking. Staff were amazing with communication when booking, organizing a late check in and supplying highchair and cot. Room facilities were great we could cook meals for kids, do washing and drying and nice view of the ocean from balcony. Also had a little courtyard overlooking pool. Room was spacious enough that kids (1 and 3) could play. Really great size and location for the price we paid - corner apartment.

Room decor is a bit outdated Low water pressure in shower made hair washing quite difficult. Dishwasher broke on last day - I'm sure maintenance will fix it was just a hassle hand washing everything before we checked out

The locaiton was excellent and only a minute walk to the beach which we faced. It was warm when we travelled but the quiet fan in the room made a big difference. Loved the water and the accomodation was very close to good restaurants and eateries. As we landed on Thursday night our bonus was the weekly night food and treasure market. It had a large variety of food from different parts of the world.

Parking was limited but we managed to park the car close to our accomodation on the ground itself.Loved the clever gantry which dropped when you pressed the button. Bigger cars than an outlander would be challenged to park. Street parking had limited times.

Fantastic Stay! We spent an incredible week in this beautiful apartment, and it truly felt like home. The location is unbeatable – walking distance to all major attractions, restaurants, and shops. The apartment itself may not be so modern but it is clean, and equipped with the fundamentals. The beds are comfy, and the private balcony with beach views is the perfect spot to relax. The staff were friendly, responsive, and went beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Our car did not meet the height clearance and they were kind enough to place a cone to reserve the outdoor parking for out vehicle. We can't recommend this apartment highly enough. If you're looking for a hassle-free, comfortable, and memorable stay in Perth Scarborough, look no further.

The hotel has a fantastic location, right next to the beach, making it easy to enjoy stunning sunsets each evening. There are also convenient amenities nearby, including a Coles supermarket and a variety of cafes. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Our room was clean and well-maintained, offering all the essentials for a self-contained stay. It was cleaned once during our week-long visit, which was adequate for us. The hotel features a heated pool, although we didn’t get a chance to use it due to cooler evenings and being out during the day. Ample parking is available, with some spots under cover, which was a nice touch.

It was a well equipped property with a comfortable bed and everything you need for a long stay. The view from the balcony was lovely, looking out to sea. It was in a good walking location for cafes, restaurants and the beach. It was a very vibrant beach area with lots going on. The Thursday night market (mainly food) with lots of music to watch the sunset was very entertaining. The WiFi in Room 305 was very poor. A short drive away to Karinyup Shopping Centre (a very large Mall) which is worth a visit.

Loved the location right across from beach, close to restaurants/cafes. and the unit, spacious enough for 4 people. Loved the option of 2 pools, one being heated. Clean rooms with everything you need in the units.

Not much besides bedroom light didn't work so be good idea to regularly check things like that before guests check in. Could do with more power points in bedroom. Had to unplug our only light source - the lamp in order to access the second power point to charge phones at night. Very noisy early in morning due to cars leaving and rubbish trucks I think? Walls seemed paper thin. Night was ok though, nice and quiet. We were lucky with parking and got a good space however if it got busier there, there would be no way I would get my car into the tiny undercover space, but you have the option to park near reception which has more space for larger cars.

Probably needs a refurb in some areas and one of the pools/ bbq areas under construction (we were advised about this prior to arrival-very fair), smaller pool was still available and staff provided wristbands to use a public swimming pool just across the street/ an awesome new complex

Location, so close to the ocean and the shopping centre, bars, cafes etc. The house was sparkling clean and fully equipped, especially the kitchen. Beds are very comfortable. Loved the spa in the downstairs bathroom.

Parking is a bit tight, we were staying in one of the Collections apartments and sometimes you could not park if coming back later at night. However, there was parking near the reception which was closeby. Everything else was perfect.

Great location, loved sitting on the balcony watching the ocean and people outside. Easy to pop to beach, shops or go for a stroll. Spacious comfortable unit. Friendly helpful girl on reception. Good communication from reception. 2 free parking spaces per unit.

Unit was old and dated, microwave bottoms worn off, lounge suit old, dirty, front door allowed wind to noisily blow through.
