Good hotel, friendly and welcoming lady on reception, very good breakfast, access to spa. Enjoyed my stay.

Reception is only on daylight hours, wasn't a problem, but prefered to stay one night in Vienna and avoid late arrival. Also, the booking is always non-refundable. It's their full right to avoid any risks, but makes it hard to plan in advance.

The hotel met all our expectations. It is located in the immediate vicinity of the center of the beautiful town of Baden. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The thermal baths are connected to the hotel by a corridor so you can go for a swim in a bathrobe. The breakfast was buffet style, high quality and varied. There is a large and well-maintained park near the hotel, ideal for hours spent in the fresh air and walking. Parking in front of the hotel is an additional advantage, at a reasonable price. All in all, we will come again.

This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel. We really like the location: close to Vienna, in the center of Baden. The hotel has an entrance to the mineral pools. The rooms have bathrobes and towels, and there is no need to go outside to the pools. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. There is wonderful soap and shampoo. There is a mini bar with a fridge. Amazing breakfast. The hotel has a trust bar, where you can grab a snack or a drink at any time. Tea is always free.

We lived on the first floor, so when the window was opened, the smell of smokers came

Inside, it looks like a museum; you can walk around and enjoy the decorations. We loved the free billiards and table football. The breakfast was very good with a variety of dishes. The price includes access to the thermal springs and pool. Overall, we liked it, but personally, I found the water not hot enough. At first, it was hard to find the spa complex connected to the hotel by a corridor, but after that, it was easy to locate. On Sunday, it was quite crowded. However, on Sunday, we were lucky to park for free in a public parking lot just below the hotel's paid parking area.

Quirky hotel in Baden with great pool and wellness facilities. Its only a 5 minute walk to centre of Baden, next to a lovely park and 10 mins from Baden's fantastic outdoor lido. Very impressed with the facilities for people post-check out, as they have a dedicated room with changing spaces and hairdryers, etc to freshen up if you check out in the morning but aren't leaving Baden until later in the day. Good breakfast, nice bar area with pool table and chess table.

Nothing really, we liked everything.

It was absolutely marvelous! Unfortunately, we only stayed for a night, but it is definitely on our comeback list. We booked the most luxurious room in the hotel and it is really worth it. Absolutely huge suite, with extremely comfortable beds. Barhroom is imense and you have all the facilities in it. The Therme Spa was the highlight of our stay with everything that you need in it for some well deserved relaxation

If I have to be picky - some parts of the suite were dusty

Historical ambience and design of the hotel is simply stunning, feels like you are a guest of the Count in the 19th century. Very comfortable bed! Different options for pillows are provided. You can choose between softer one or an orthopaedic one. Rich breakfast! Everything we expected was included. Parking right at the entrance of hotel, but was full in the evening already. Nice spa complex included in the price!

Parking was an extra fee, but its fine

The hotel is very beautiful and special. You feel like in the 18th or 19th century and you are just waiting for Ernest Hemingway to poop out from one of the rooms. Beautiful lounges, old leather furniture, hunting trophies etc. 24/7 self-service bar is a great idea and the breakfast is very good

No AC in the rooms, rooms need a slight refreshment, bed mattress is way too soft, I couldn´t sleep in it, so I used the sofa. I forgot my jeans in the room, they didn´t bother to contact me about it

This was our third stay at this hotel. We stayed as a family once again and were very satisfied. On the last day, we had an early morning checkout, but the staff handled it flexibly and kindly. Our 7-year-old daughter was also very happy and said she wants to come back again. The front desk staff, in particular, were kind and friendly. We will definitely visit again in the near future.

A fabulous, quirky, hotel. Loved everything about it. I found it very relaxing and the environs are gorgeous. Baden itself is a beautiful town, with amazing parks.

I can't honestly find fault - I would only be being picky. It was welcoming, clean, comfortable, great breakfast, on Baden's doorstep so also very central. The only minor issue was not having a view from my room. On the other hand, the room was exceptionally quiet, so very peaceful.
