This hotel truly took our breath away. This place is heaven, and for dog owners, it's a paradise. We arrived with some skepticism due to recent reviews we had read on Google, but all our doubts were dispelled. Our stay at this hotel was an amazing experience from start to finish, and we wouldn't change a thing. We only regretted that we stayed for just one day, but we will definitely return for a longer visit in the future. Dogs are warmly welcomed, pampered, and spoiled here. They can go practically anywhere with you, except for the spa area. In the room, we were greeted with bowls and treats for our dog, a blanket, waste bags—everything was just perfect. The surroundings of the hotel is magnificent.Everyone here is incredibly kind and friendly, always ready to help or offer advice. The check-in process was probably the fastest I've ever experienced. The room was also fantastic: very spacious, with a beautiful balcony overlooking the park. The room also had a minibar with some basic non-alcoholic drinks and beer. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, which is served buffet-style, all-you-can-eat. And the buffet was simply amazing. There was a wide selection of salads, several main courses, various sides, cheeses, and desserts—the choices were extensive. What’s important is that every dish was of very high quality and delicious. We enjoyed our meal tremendously, and it was an indulgence well worth the money. The next day, we also had breakfast at the restaurant, again buffet-style, and it was wonderful. Once again, a very wide selection, with everything we like. In conclusion, our stay at Hotel Krainerhütte was an amazing experience. This is exactly how we imagine a hotel should care for and pamper its guests. This hotel can proudly boast its four stars from Hotelstars Union, as it fully deserves them. We can definitely recommend this hotel, whether for a short stopover or a longer stay.

There was nothing wrong with our stay. The only issue might be that they pampered us so much that now we’ll expect the same standard from other hotels, which might be a bit of a problem. :-)

Our stay at the hotel was excellent. The location is convenient, the rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet, with great heating and instant warm water. The breakfast was high-class, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. Although we didn't use the conference facilities, they seemed remarkable and are worth considering for future needs.

The bed was a bit crackly, and the pillow was softer than I prefer. Adding a hot water maker to the room could enhance the overall experience.

Amazing area for vacation with a dog! Beautiful well maintained park with hammocks, chilling areas and even meditation rock on the river. Very calm and peaceful. It seems also like a great wedding spot. Breakfast was fantastic and you could bring your dog to the restaurant. I think because I stayed over Sunday and the place was pretty empty (apparently as other guests told me it’s super busy during weekdays as serves as a business conference/enagagement center too) they upgraded my room to much more fancier one. The view from the room at the garden was great and the the room was clean and well decorated. I loved the huge windows overlooking the park - my dog was watching it over at night 🥰

That I didn’t decide to stay longer. The temperature in the pool was a bit too cold.

The breakfast was great with a wide selection to chose from. The rooms are neat, clean and comfortable. The location was great. Nicely tucked away in nature but just a short drive from the city center and the airport.

The shower head wouldn't stay in place so you would have to hand hold it while showering. There was no aircon but there was a fan in the room. The dinner menu is a bit pricey but there are restaurants a few minutes away with cheaper options.

The hotel was good and it has met our expectations. It is about 30 minutes drive from Vienna and so made it comfortable to be around the city whilst enjoying nature. The nearby Baden bei Wien is very beautiful. The stay was good, breakfast was excellent and it is has been a good value for money.

On the whole everything was good and there is nothing in particular to complain about. However, more effort should be done with regards to cleanliness since at some points the hotel (seminar area) was a bit untidy and the rooms could be better kept. All in all however, the stay was very good.

The location of the hotel is exactly what you need if you are planing some sightseeing or business trip next morning. Really nice place for a short stay. Outstanding breakfast with all varieties to choose from, highly recommended.

There was nothing that I would see as negative about my stay, even when the Hotel sauna was out of order the day I stayed, there was offered another option where to use this service, so in overall I was very satisfied with my stay.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! The breakfast was great! The location is very quiet and nature around is amazing.

The building we were staying has no barrier-free access and we had to carry our child's pram up couple steps to get into the building. It's really questionable how a new building can be built without barrier free access... They turned off the hot water at around 11:00pm and whole night there was no hot water. I would like to think that a 4-start hotel can afford providing their guests hot water at night.

Great location, beautiful garden, cool swimming pool, excellent breakfast and dinner, the chef of the kitchen, Laci is the king! Every colleagues, staff at the restaurant are kind and helpful. Close to Baden, where you can find many choices for foods, coffee and entertainment. Strongly recommended place. I’ll come back definitely.

Everything was good.

The hotel is in an excellent location from where you can go on a variety of trips in the area. The hotel has free parking. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was varied and delicious. A wide variety of different types of food and excellent service.

We recommended the staff to add a coffee/tea set in the room. The Sauna was quote small and the swiming pool was spartan

The hotel is situated in a stunning location with expansive, meticulously tended gardens that create a peaceful atmosphere. The staff, particularly Mr. Amir, a friendly waiter originally from Iran, stood out for their exceptional hospitality, making him the most welcoming waiter we encountered during our stay in Austria.

That we had to leave the place again. Our stay was just too short!
