The hotel indeed exceeded our expectations. The superior double room with extra bed was very spacious, and had an additional benefit of a view to Mariahilfer street. The room had all the amenities, with a spacious bathroom. We slept very well at night, as the room had very good noise isolation. The breakfast had a good range of choices, and there was always a lot of free tables to choose from. While the check in time is 3 o'clock, the reception gave us a room a couple of hours earlier, which definitely was a big plus, as we traveled with a child. And, of course, the location was excellent, with U3 station right next to the hotel, which gave you quick access to main attractions, and with many shopping options all around you. To sum up, we had a very comfortable and great stay, which definitely added more positive emotions to our visit to magical Vienna.

Sofa - There was a sofa bed in the room, when it was used as sofa, the sitting cushion kept sliding out, which sitting there made it uncomfortable One staff named Elisa - Not great customer service provided by her, she kept interrupting my sentences, and did not provide the solutions to the problem we had.

The location is very good. The staff is well trained.

The management of NH needs to look at the hotel furniture including the beds and the cleaness of the bathroom.

The parking garage is easily reachable. The garage is spacious with plenty of parking spaces. The hotel can be reached through the elevator from the garage. The hotel staff was very friendly, especially Tomas at the reception, who was very kind and professional. The rooms were clean and modern-looking, with a street view. We did not have anything to complain about regarding the room. Breakfast was very good. The breakfast room is a bit crowded and small. The location of the hotel is superb.

Noise from the hallway can be easily heard in the rooms, but not a single noise from the street. The overall price of 260+ euros for just one night is overpriced.

Very good four-night stay in apartment unit #212. Large size, very spacious and clean. The apartment is further back in hotel but has a great tranquil view of the park behind. Very quiet, beds are very good. Very good shower. Very good Wi-Fi. Declined the daily housekeeping as I don't need it. Very good towels, soaps, shampoo, lotions are provided. The cooling/heating system works well. Very welcoming and friendly staff, easy check in, very central to the subway line. Very good and varied breakfast with a very attentive and smiling dining room staff.

The gym is a major disappointment. It's not a gym but a room with a treadmill and bike machine and nothing else. We bought daily passes at Clever Fit nearby. The breakfast room could use a second coffee machine as there was always a crowd. A true smart TV would be welcome so that I can cast YouTube, Netflix, etc. Despite issues, I still highly recommend.

The room was very spacious with a separate sofa and desk. Very comfortable. Location was very good too. Within walking distance to lots of places. Also, the subway was right there and easy to use.

Our room was not ready until 5:00 pm. Apparently some people checked out late. It seems they didn't have enough personnel. Mira, the receptionist was excellent. The next day our room was not made and we found out late in the afternoon when we returned. Mira was all alone at the reception area, but she went out of her way to bring us fresh towels.

The breakfast was OK and the staff was very kind. The hotel is located right on the famous Mariahilfer Str. and close to an U-bahn station.

It was cold, and we've got an electric heater, but only for the second night. The main elevator was broken and we had to use the stairs or the second elevator (not very easily to locate), but only to the third floor, and then back to the stairs. We were told that this was an emergency solution due to a broken piping that caused flooding and damaged the main elevator.

The hotel is in a great location and the garage is right below the hotel. The rooms are spacious, the staff is very friendly and the breakfast is excellent!

The mattresses are very hard and the cleanliness of the room is not satisfactory. Hotel is pet friendly, but the hotel's policy is that the dog is not allowed to stay alone in the room except during breakfast, which is very inconvenient if you want to tour the city without taking your dog.

Great rooms - modern and highly functional; good blackout, very comfortable bed, decent breakfast (able to eat on the rooftop terrace) and excellent TV. Location is great for shopping and getting around - 30 seconds from U-bahn 3. The latter connects directly to the CAT airport train (though a fair walk when changing). Fair value for money if booked in advance, bearing in mind it is located right in the centre of a top European city.

There is only one main lift - had to wait a bit sometimes.
