Our room 201 has a wonderful panoramic park view, But I am so sorry to tell you that this room was extremely Hot (like a Sauna room) and I really appreciate the Hotel Staff efforts to find another room But unfortunately No more rooms available. At the end, We accept this room because we got 3 Ventilation Fans (Not so helpful in this Suana room ;). Thanks again for everything and All the Best. We really love (At the Park Hotel)

Location is amazing, close to the city centre and just next to the park. Breakfast is good, dinner in the restaurant is also nice, staff in the restaurant on the evening were excellent.

We received a completely different style of room what we have booked. Size of it was OK, but the design was not so nice what we expected for, based on the pictures of the room what we have booked. Corridors ugly and your feeling is that the carpet is dirty, also the room wasn't clean enough.

Very good location. Arty hotel and we loved that there was a live music during evening at the restaurant. Also kind receptionist allowed chech-out at 12.00. Convenient parking.

We have been travelling in 10 different hotels last 2 weeks and everywhere there has been a possibility for porriage for a child for breakfast. It was very strange that the lady in the breakfast said that at Art hotel it is not possible to make porriage it is just milk and oats or whatever. So this we didn’t like as my child wants to have porriage for mornings and in every other hotel he has had it.

Location is very good, close to the casino park and in the center of Baden. It has a big free parking. The hotel is really clean and has style. The area where we had breakfast has a nice view towards the park.

We did not have air conditioning, but I understand that some rooms have. We were a family with 2 kids (8 and 10 years old), so we could find only 2 separate rooms. When we arrived, they wanted to give us rooms at different floors. Fortunately, my wife insisted and they found at the same floor, but not close to each other. The rooms look like a 3 star hotel (especially the beds). The breakfast is so and so.

I've late checked-in here, but the reception personnel was really friendly. Wow, this is actually a really nice place to choose as accommodation while in Baden in winter or close to Vienna. The room was incredible and the view from the room was breathtaking. Plus a rich breakfast even for the vegans.

I have nothing here, nothing I disliked. However, it should be noted that we paid around 175 euro per night for a matrimonial-bed room, 40 minutes outside Vienna by train, which to me may sound like a bit expensive.

Perfect location at the town’s main park and Casino. Only 2-3 minute walk to the city center with nice cafes and restaurants. Nice hotel, good rooms. Pillows are all with feathers, but you can ask for special anti-allergy pillows for free. Nice staff, good breakfast.

Parking isn’t free. Even though the hotel has its own parking lot, you still have to pay 15 € for parking per day, which is quite high.

I think we have chosen the best hotel in Baden. The hotel is close to the city center next to the park, in a beautiful green environment. The buffet breakfast was very varied and delicious. The staff was very nice and helpful, especially at the bar. About 2 minutes' walk from the border of the paid parking zone and we found a free space in the non-paid zone. You don't have to pay for parking in the paid zone from 12:00 p.m. on Saturday to 8:00 a.m. on Monday, so we were able to park even closer to the hotel. Just a perfect hotel.

There was nothing I didn't like. Everything was perfect.

Wonderful hotel. The suit was very big, comfortable and stylish! Shower, bath, and toilet, all in separated rooms. Nice open views of the city from the very big panoramic windows! The lovely stuff, the great breakfast, and the beautiful stylish all times furniture makes the hotel stay, a wonderful experience! We also enjoyed very much the local Italian restaurant Ristorante il Cavallino Baden. Highly recommended!

Baden is a very sleepy town, and the famous thermal center turned out to be no more than a regular swimming pool with an extra outdoor warm sitting, over crowded jacuzzi.

The location of the hotel physically made me tear. The bathrooms are incredibly clean (I do have my own method of checking the cleanliness of the premises) spotless! Great staff, great breakfast.. the experience was out of this world!

I wish I stayed longer

As always the front desk staff undermines the excellent review and the otherwise very friendly and helpful staff. Surprising, every time I stay here....
