Good breakfast ,comfortable room with nice view and marvelous location of hotel. Very friendly attitude of whole staff and professional, perfect massage.

There was noting wrong. We were satisfied of traditional atmosphere of this hotel.

Nice location with a charming view over Kurpark and Casino. Rooms with balconies are especially recommended for this purpose. Old-fashioned in a nice way with rooms furnished in my favourite Poirot style :) Comfortable, clean, and spacious room. With rather big bathtub. The hotel has its own nice cafe and bar. Cute and cosy. It's a pity they close rather early in the evening. Oh, and they even have their own cinema! With the possibility of "private movie seance" booking.

There was a little coffee machine in the room but no electric kettle to make tea. The fridge in my room didn't work but I suppose it'll be fixed soon.

Great location opposite the park and the casino and 2 minutes from the centre of town. A nice old style hotel.

Not a great breakfast. The orange juice appeared almost diluted a few days. And reception was unmanned after 7 pm. I have no idea what would have happened in an emergency e.g. a lost key. a hotel should really be manned 24 hours. Or if it's not, it should be highlighted on the website for worriers like me.

Excellent location. Very spacious suite with separate living space and bedroom. Nice view onto the park from living room. Garage parking possible. Very good breakfast. Great massage. Very friendly front desk personnel. Nice to have a coffee machine in the room.

We were surprised to find our suite unpleasantly cold when we entered. All the heaters were off which is unacceptable at this time of year, esp having known our arrival time. The bed was too soft and mattress worn out, needs replacing. Older furniture.

I liked the approach of the stuff and despite the language barrier we understood each other. Breakfast was varied, there was a lot to choose from. The location of the hotel is also excellent. A big plus is a coffee machine in the room with a sufficient amount of capsules and water in the fridge.

Take this as completely individual opinion. I do not like soft mattresses. And the one in the hotel was really soft. This is the only thing which bothered me. But as I said, it is purely subjective.

A pleasant place in the center of a beautiful little town. The spirit of the past is visible and stretches through the hallways, carrying the charm of romantic, somewhat forgotten times of balls, ladies and gentlemen, and noblemen.

I got up a bit later, around 9, for breakfast. There were no scrambled eggs, so I asked for some, but the lady kindly replied that there were none left. Aside from that detail, the breakfast was good—tasty and varied.

Our stay was relaxing, we received all the necessary information about parking and entrance in advance, breakfast was as promised, breakfast room in a beautiful room. The surroundings of the hotel met our expectations, too - everything at hand: the park, old town streets, restaurants, etc., and yet, the atmosphere was peaceful, not as hectic and exhausting as in cities.

Wonderful location, across the Casino and the Park where you could spend hours walking. Nice central location to also walk through the central town area. The staff were very helpful when we arrived a little late and a really wonderful breakfast. All in all, really worth the stay.

Location is ideal with great transport links. Plenty of small shops and cafes within the local area. Staff were very helpful and friendly during our visit. Our room was very spacious and clean. A nice variety of foods at breakfast to suit anybody. We would definitely come back here again!

Everything here was great! An iron would've been nice in the room as well a selection of both sparkling and still water (we only had sparkling in our fridge).

The location and view are lovely as well as the architecture. The bedrooms are large and I had a veranda with a full bathroom and bathtub.

The reception closes at 7 and there is no restaurant or bar. The pillows are poor and I need 3 to feel comfortable
