I recommend choosing a room with a town view as it is beautiful to wake up with such a wonderful view and enjoy a balcony. The hotel is beautiful and has an authentic atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and nice. We liked dinners, you can choose between 3 options and every day there are 2 soups a dessert and many vegetables for side salads, some cheese and other options. Drinks are not included in the price, of course. Bus stops in front of a hotel, however, we were there in February and buses seemed to be always full so we used car instead. Parkings in the ski areas are huge, so no problem with that. The hotel has its own charger for electric cars.

There could be more options for breakfast, however, I dont think this is common in Austria.

Breakfast was very nice, although maybe a few more choices could be added. Dinners are very good, we made the mistake of eating out in restaurants the first few days. The hotel dinner is great and in hind site there is no need to dine out, with such a great place in the hotel. Dinner for kids was included in our price so the pricing was good. Spa was very nice, ski rooms are great. Bedrooms were fine, we had an amazing view from the terrace. The children's game room was also great for children to play in the afternoons. Parking was easy. Location is very good for the ski lifts.

Everything was quite great. The rooms, equipment - had also a coffee machine in the room, the restaurant and food -- plenty of options both during breakfast and the dinners were super tasty and you could really eat until you cracked... There was a sauna that was very nice. There was a gym - this one could have been a bit better (was a bit small and sort of unkept) but all in all it was sufficient. The room for skis was big and functioned well. Location was also great, just in front of the bus stop.

- We booked two rooms for two couples for the same price and the same room type and we got rooms of different size and quality. Our friends got sofa, extra table and bigger room, we only had one table, was sort of unfair. - Although the location was great, beware that buses going to Hintertux are already often full until they come there and then they don't take you and you have to wait for another 10-20 minutes and hope that the next one will take you.

+ Full pension food was good, both for breakfast and dinner. There was always a choice of salads for dinner and 3 main courses. Breakfast croissants were buttery and crusty on the outside, warm and soft inside - perfect. + Bus stop is literally 1 minute away, one can go directly in skiboots. There is a ski storage room in the basement. + The sauna was very pleasant and far from being full, both Finnish and the Steam sauna worked well, however, we were really at the end of the season (almost April) + The room was nice and spacious, cleaned every day, with a Nespresso machine in it. + No issues with hot water or heating. However, one could wish that the water flow was a bit stronger. + The hotel is very well managed, the ladies in the restaurant were absolutely charming and caring, big thanks. - Probably one could wish that the Greek guy in the restaurant stops being arrogant and does not comment on the nationality of the guests.

Great location with spectacular view like a heven. Supper clean and comfy. The staff were supper friendly specially the hotel owner. I will definitely return to this hotel. As a tip, check 360 view of the rooms through the hotel website before booking the room therefore you will chose your desired room

The food(Dinner, and lunch) was not good at all we have gave the feedback to hotel managers in that regard and as he did not charge us for the food as a gesture.However the breakfast was good

The staff was friendly and always happy to help. The hotel is both kid- and dog-friendly, with plenty of parking available. Conveniently, there is a bus stop right next to the hotel that provides easy access to the nearby ski lifts and the glacier. The food at the hotel is delicious and varied, offering options to suit every taste. I highly recommend the Suite with Balcony for its spacious balcony, offering stunning views of the valley, as well as the impressive 75-inch TV.

Breakfast starts at 7.30. Even for people who check out the same day even it is said in the card that it is from 7.00 for those people.

The cleanness of the room, quality of amaneties, food was great. Location was perfect. The ski bus station was literally in front of the hotel and the trip to the skilifts took only 2 minutes. View from the room was fantastic!

I can't think of anything that wasn't right.

Top location. The ski bus to Finkenberg picks you up from the hotel. The ski bus to the glaciers stops in front of the hotel. Great food and service. Very clean and cozy. Excellently equipped gym. We will visit you again, it was a great vacation.

Very nice place, quiet, clean, great view, friendly staff, great breakfast, overall a very pleasant stay and we loved the fact that we could take our dog and the room was very spacious too with a nlgret view from the balcony! 😀

I guess this is probably more of a location issue, and maybe more in summer than winter, just be aware, there might be too many flies around, 1st day we let the balcony and window open and the room got a lot of flies, once we were aware and had the curtains always closed, it got better, but still always a few annoying ones around, and you could also see them in breakfast area, hotel entry, etc, again, for sure something they would have dealt with if they could, it's probably because of the top location, just be aware it can be annoying sometimes.
