For owners our advice: Please sit down in Your apartment and be as a guest. You Have sent all nessesery info, paid local tax and You are standing in front door what is closed. There is No information How to get in. We were lucky, there we working people who helpted us. And then we got finelly Mail where was all important information. We didnt feel welcome. How to dry clothes. Apartment has pore ventilation. And missing condition at all. Please check hair drawer. Its impossible to use it. All lamps and plugs are working ? And for guest be aware which side You apartment will be. The house is beside motorway and You can’t open the windows during night, its very nosy. If its cold is ok but if its hot, … All these are small things but all together they play important role.

We were pleasantly surprised by the apartment. It is conveniently located and close to the city center and ski bus. The apartment has 2 bathrooms, which was a great advantage. Check-in is fast and easy, there is assigned parking space in the garage. There is everything needed in the apartment, TV set is in each room, good quality new coffee machine (coffee beans and cream for coffee are provided).

In the bathroom, the one, which is in the bedroom, it would be good to have some curtain for shower, as the water goes all over the bathroom and we were worried about it. It was a bit of noise from the street, but not an issue at all.

Location , cleanliness and the quality of all furnishings and fittings was exceptional! It was warm and the ski room was fabulous We loved the coffee machine , coffee was fabulous ! It was quiet , we could not hear the other apartments , quick response from the hosts when we needed the heating turning down , brilliant keyless entry system , could not be better ……. However I do think the Cosy apartments are really o my big enough for two adults , a little inconvenient if 4 of you are there as 2 people have to come through the other room to use the loo. Probably have been better to design with one shower and two loos rather than two showers and one loo

The apartment was very modern and every corner was clean! The host was also very nice, helpful and responsive at answering any questions we had. I'd totally recommend these apartments if you're coming to Mayrhofen. They have different sized rooms for number of guests. As a couple we stayed in the cosy no.3 and it couldn't have been more perfect :)

Nothing to dislike.

Every part and corner of the apartment is stylish and beautiful. Super clean and provides everything you need and more. Imagine even coffee beans are available and I have enjoyed making my morning fresh coffee every day. The river is few steps away and you can enjoy fresh air and have morning walk. The owner will send you very clear check in info which will make your check in very smooth and easy. This apartment is beyond expectations and for sure will be my next choice when ever I will visit Austria

This property is perfect size for a family of 4. Not too big not too small with plenty space to hangout together + a terrace. There literally is everything you might need from high quality coffee machine to citrus squeezer. All aspects modern& spacious! Our family dog loved it too! There was a huge dog bed prepared for him. Above all the host was super friendly and helpful with everything. We felt so well looked after, thank you!

Everything was perfect - The apartment was beautifully decorated and spacious, in a convenient location with underground garage parking provided. Josi was amazing and provided clear instructions for check in and already provided a quick reply to any queries. She even provided us with local hiking suggestions which turned out to be one of our favorites!

Small thing; but would be great if there was a platform or holder in the shower for personal toiletries

Everything. Best property I stayed in Austria. There’s a massage chair which is so helpful after a tiring day from skiing. The garage for parking is sheltered and near to apartment. The apartment itself is along the road and nearby SPAR. Good quality speakers for music or movie too!

As a luxury apartment with slippers, and everything provided. Maybe could top it up and end it off with disposable toothbrush kit

My boyfriend and I had a fantastic week in Mayrhofen! In addition to the beautiful, modern interiors, the apartment had all the necessary furnishings and the kitchen was clean and well equipped. The apartment is within walking distance of the Penkenbahn and the city center. It is easy to find places to eat as well as a supermarket, pharmacist, local stores.... The car can stay for free in the spacious parking under the building. The communication with the hostess went smoothly and without problems from the first to the last day. On request, we even received nice recommendations for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I definitely recommend this apartment!
