Hotel is nice and big and staff are very, very nice. The food, both breakfast as well as dinner (we had a fondue night that we recommend) are extremely good. The wellness area is also very good with two heated external pools, sauna and so on...

The fitness center is ok in size but has only one machine of each that is not really enough for a hotel of this size. one treadmill and one bike. The hotel was far from full, and I needed to wait more than 50 minutes for the treadmill. There is space and it is a low investment so this should/could be improved.

1- Came here for the 2nd time with my family .. Excellent facilities , very good breakfast , clean and beautiful decorations. 2- Nearby nice attractions in the area but you will need a car to move around. 3- Staff very friendly and helpful except 1 waitress in the breakfast buffet (see below). 4- Very good dinner (Smoky Friday was nice).. charged us 17 € for bread 🥖 !!! in the dinner which is complementary in most other restaurants !!.. hotel desk was nice to take off most of it from the bill when we cheeked out.

1- No air vacuum in the bathrooms ! 2- Curtains do not block the sunlight in the morning ! 3- One waitress in the breakfast Buffett was very rude (and May be even racist) since she spoke very nicely with German / Austrian guests and was not even replying to our requests!.. (don’t know her name.. old thin woman with eyeglasses) .. I reported her to the hotel desk. 4- Room service is poor and very slow in the evening / night. 1 or 2 food options only in the menu when you order room service at night !!! (Very inconvenient for families with kids that check-in to the hotel at night).

We had a fantastic stay! The staff were incredibly caring and attentive throughout our visit. The cleanliness of both the rooms and the entire hotel was absolutely perfect. A special mention goes to the chef and his amazing dishes — during our one-week stay, the dinner menu never repeated once, which was truly impressive. Breakfasts were also excellent: in addition to the buffet, you could order from the menu. The Eggs Benedict on brioche and the fluffy pancakes with berries were unforgettable! Thank you for making our daughter’s birthday so special — we really appreciated the thoughtful gesture. Highly recommended!

The food was definitely fabulous, a 10/10. Despite many families with children there was a sense of privacy. The pool was nice (a bit chilly, but for summer it's perfect) and the spa area lovely. Nice bath products available in the room. Super friendly staff and nice "activities"/events at the hotel.

The bathroom in our room smelled very bad the first night (coming out of the pipes) and the first day we didn't have hot water in our shower (luke warm at best), but that somehow got rectified from the second day on. Also, outdoor parking for 15€ per day is quite cheeky when they have nothing but space to accommodate parking for all guests.

Staff was absolutely amazing. Good breakfast, room was very spacious and warm, great views from our room. Loved the cigar bar and entertainment in the bar. Spacious spa with several saunas.

For me the restaurants could have better quality of food. We had some sushi but did not like it so much.

I recently stayed at Kempinski Hotel das Tirol with my family and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the service and hospitality were exceptional. One of the highlights of our stay was the surprise birthday setup for my daughter's birthday. We hadn't mentioned her birthday to the staff, so it was an incredible surprise when we arrived at breakfast to find a beautifully decorated table prepared just for her. A special thanks to Griffel at the restaurant , who took the time and effort to prepare the birthday table—your kindness did not go unnoticed. I also want to extend my gratitude to Sara at the reception. She was incredibly helpful. Overall, our trip was thoroughly enjoyable, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We look forward to returning next summer with our family. Thank you, Kempinski hotel , for an unforgettable stay!

Everything was perfect. At check in, we were offered a welcome drink and a small gift for the baby, chocolates in the room. Parking was free. The room is big and confortable. They even put a crib, bottle warmer, diaper trash and some baby products, amazing!! The breakfast and dinner are excellent, gourmet level. We visited the kids play room with lots of toys. The salt water pool was heated and had amazing views. We will come back.

The bathroom doors are glass with curtains.

Staff and facilities very good and breakfast fabulous. Genuinely lovely hotel and enjoyed our stay. Lovely spa but over run by loud children in all the pools a lot of the time. Rooms luxurious and really very comfortable.

Great location but only just ski-in and out and poor snow at low level so ended up having to take a car to other lifts to access better snow. Hotel were not very well set up for this eventuality and I would have expected a better courtesy shuttle set up to the lifts and to the town. Something for them to think about at this level

This is a very nice 5 star hotel which is just far enough away from Kitzbühel to be away from the masses. The hotel was spotlessly clean - everywhere and the room is made up at least twice per day. The breakfast was exceptional. If the car park seems full just give your key to the reception and they will park it for you. All the staff (yes all of them) are incredibly friendly and demonstrated perfect manners. The Barmen really knows his stuff - I recommend you ask for a G n T - you won’t be disappointed.

I really can’t think of anything that we didn’t like.
