Great location, close to lake. Perfect breakfast, nice hotel staff, really good and friendly restaurant.

Heat in the room is a real problem in summer months. Missing A/C. Sleeping with window or door open is almost impossible as hotel is situated just on the main road and traffic is really heavy also in night hours.

Everything simply perfect. Nice new rooms, delicious food and friendly staff. We spent there only one night on our way, but this was really pleasant stay and we'd love to come back.

We loved everything about the place and had a great time! I highly recommend it to everybody. The room layout is great for a family with 2 kids.

Good room and breakfast.

There was no heating and it was a really chilly day, we arrived with wet clothes and it was an issue how to dry them.

nice people at any time of the day. Fast service, we can recomment the accomodation for a stay with children.

Rooms were spacious and clean. We could "dream" of a A/C in the room, but the view and location of the hotel and room is breathtaking.

clean rooms. first night we stayed in a smaller room but because I specifically asked for the room with the wall between ( family room ) we changed rooms next day and it was a great, clean, big room and beautiful bathroom. hotel is good , but would not stay a whole week anymore . a few days is enough.

no airco or frigobar in the room. very hot ! exces to swimming pool is thru the restaurant which is bit strange at night When people ar having dinner and my kids walk thru with a floaty.

Children loved the animals in the barn. The hotel is in the centre, 5 minutes walking from the lake. Plenty of parking lots. Billa grocery is just 1 minute. Lovely restaurant with huge terrace and Austrian food.

Our room was very loud due to the traffic of the main road. My bed (or the carpet nearby (?)) had a weird scent - maybe I am wrong, they were not 100% clean

Hotel has really nice garden with the pool, there is nice restaurant with terrace to chill. Breakfast is tasty.

I would say information in general. Location next to the road and the noise from it can't be changed - that is how it is. But information and care would improve the ratings. There is no reception, just combinated with restoration and they do not give you much details unless you ask about everything. The book in your room is just in german. Because I did read the reviews I knew I can get a local card with free entrances and sales otherwise there is no information you can get it. Same with breakfast - just because people next to us ordered some eggs I discovered we can order something extra apart from the buffet (no information about that).
