This was my second time staying at Simeter. This time, I brought my family of five. It was so comfortable. The staff treat you like family. The food is incredible! The setting is beautiful. Will stay here again and again every time I visit Spittal an der Drau.

There is nothing I didn't like.

We liked that the hotel was out of the town in a very peaceful place, still close to the ski slopes. The room was spacious, quiet and the bed was really comfortable. We booked the accommodation with half-board, and we were treated like a king. We were really satisfied with the varied breakfast, while dinner exceeded all our expectations: a four-course dinner was served , with very tasty, varied food, you could choose from 3 main courses, vegetarian option included. We were amazed by the way food was served, and were also happy to try local food. The portions were exceptionally big as well. We also liked the " private" sauna sessions. Hotel Landhof Simeter was a brilliant place to relax during our skiing holiday. We got everything that made the day after skiing perfect. We are absolutely grateful to the staff.

the very friendly and service minded staff, the location in the middle of the nature. You should be aware you need a car to get to the hotel though. ( or taxi) I was wrongly directed by "maps" to go by foot and ended up on a hiking and mountain bike track to get there. I highly recommend the hotel if you like the countryside and want to enjoy the typical Austrian style

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was continental and delicious all produce being fresh.

As it was very warm, it would have been nice if the rooms had air conditioning but this is just us being very picky. As the hotel was very traditional.

Great country Gasthof in a very quiet spot on the side of the hill up from Spittal. Excellent family place, staff, bathroom, room with balcony and mountain view, great breakfast. Had a lovely tasty dinner here as well.

A steep push up the hill on a cycle, but ….

Location easily accessible, with a nice view on the Grosseck. Clean, nice rooms, very friendly people, they have even organised some fire works, small ones just to make the Christmas spirit. Very pleasant.

Loved the location, the staff was good, and the breakfast was nice.

The wifi was just not functional. Couldn’t get a reliable connection for my meetings in either my room or the lobby, and the place was rural enough I couldn’t get a strong cell signal to use that instead. The only major issue was the wifi.

If you want a place away from the city busy streets, in the middle of the nature, somewhere where you can relax, then this is it. Absolutely gorgeous location with amazing views. Especially from the corner rooms, and those with balconies it is amazing. All in all a memorable experience and I would go back there in a second.

To get to the hotel, you need to drive on a few very small streets. You may be tempted to think that you made a wrong turn or that those streets are dead-ends, but they are not. Keep going and the view is opening up soon and you can see the hotel and the mountains.

The place is beautiful, our room had a breathtaking view of the mountains with a nice balcony! The breakfast was well served and delicious, full of homemade dishes. The owners were super friendly and patient.

Its location and setting: breathtaking! The hotel itself has two sections, an older and a newer building. we stayed at the older one, nevertheless: clean and neat. Staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Quality in serving, both dinner and breakfast were tasty and rich.

1. There are 2 roads leading to the hotel. If you take the shorter route from the A10 highway - it goes through an unpaved/mountain road - which does not feel very safe. 2. Smells of the main kitchen stays in the hallway. Once entering in the rooms, one does not smell it anymore.
