I don’t even know where to begin the praise for this place! Everything was excellent! From the room, to the spa, and the staff, my God, the staff! Nicest people you could ask for. The fact that it’s adult only ensures that you get plenty of rest and quiet. But this does not mean boredom! Let me detail our experience. We booked a standard room. When we arrived, they told us they upgraded our room which was the first pleasant surprise. Then, seeing we had a dog, they asked if we want to dine in the restaurant or in the lobby bar, because dogs were permitted in the lobby bar. We had breakfast in the lobby and dinner in the restaurant. Then, each one of us got a vacation card, which we could use for all kind of activities, like the lift, rafting, museums and so on (some were for free, others discounted). In the room, the first fill of the minibar was free (like whaaat??), we got a bowl and treats for the dog. The toilet is in a separate room from the washroom, which if you’re the lady in a straight couple you know is a plus 😅 the shower was huge and they have the nicest toiletries (even lip balm!). The room was also super quiet, or maybe we did not have any neighbours. In the restaurant, we were always seated at the same table, which was really nice. For the breakfast you can order 3 kinds of eggs, there’s cheese and salami and the others, but also muesli, fruit, baked goods and jams. Oh and some super crispy bacon! The dinner is 5 course, and for the soup and the main you can choose from a variety which is really nice. The food is top notch! I still think about the lamb I had and the mango and chilly sorbet (that made my mouth hot and cold simultaneously). The spa is nice and quiet, there are 2 pools and a jacuzzi. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy and relax. And lastly, the staff. Everyone, from the reception, to the guys from the bar and the restaurant are super professional and nice. Everyone loves dogs and will pet them at any chance.

Maybe the fact that there were not that many shelves in the wardrobe and not much space for the robe and towels to dry.

Beautiful views, nice spa area with great saunas and steam bath, as well as indoor and outdoor pools. Reasonable prices in the bar with great drinks, delicious dinner and fantastic breakfast with free flowing bubbles. Perfect to recharge. Tons of activities in the region, attentive and very friendly staff.

The road quality leading up to the hotel is a bit lacking, but that needs to be fixed by legislation :) Some hotels have even nicer views into the valley, and the basic rooms are not huge in floorspace but have great amenities and still feel spacious.

Location is fantastic for skiing, right at the slope in front of the ski lift and apres-ski bar. The skiing locker is located at the perfect place, well organised and easy to access both from the lobby and from the slope. The room was nice, adequate size, clean and comfortable. Wide choice of food at breakfast buffet and nice 5-course dinner. Staff is excellent, somebody is doing their job very well in the human recourses. Spa area is very nice, excellent indoor and outdoor pools. A nice touch is an outdoor hot tub with possibility to order from the bar (compliments well deserved for young bartender Roko). The cherry on the cake is the massage given by a young physiotherapist Marina who is obviously dedicated to excellence. All together a memorable experience.

Maybe just a few more parking places would be nice because the parking area seems to be just a bit too small.

Very nice place in the mountains, near the ski lift. Staff friendly and professional, one of the best quality of food what we had and the service in the restaurant on top level. Nice wellness area and the pools.

In the room 203 no enough place for the clothes (wardrobe, shelves, ...) and no space where to put suitcases. Opposite is hotel kids friendly - very noisy till the night. One of the swimming pool could be opened earlier from the morning for swimming before breakfast.

We loved the hospitality expressed by the manager Patrizia during check in and during the whole stay. We were upgraded for a deluxe room since it was our first time there. Our mini bar was filled one time with beverages and some snacks. There was a coffee machine in the room a d two bottles of mineral water. The hotel is updated and very clean. The breakfast was emazing with forseco salmon omlettes made according to your taste cheese and cold cuts fruits creasl and vegtable. Dinner was great with 5 dishes served on white tablecloth and by 5wonderful waiters Vitali, Michael and Sean. In the afternoon tea and cakes made by the amazing chef patissary who prepare wonderful cakes for4 dinner. Out doir swimming pool 2 saune and an outside war. Sea water and a jaccuzi are offered. We got a torist card for free use of cable car and a picolo express train usage in the surrounding. The restaurant is runned by herr Helmut with vey high standards.

There was nothing negative

Everything from the beginning to the end was amazing. The staff are super friendly, especially the Croatian crew. They are helpful and always smiling. The hotel is really nice, it has a lot of facilities (sauna, jacuzzi, gym) so it is never boring. Food was delicious. The details like free mini bar, possibility of a late check out, tea time, water for traveling was what really made our stay exceptional. We will for sure be back.

As I sad, everything was amazing but just 2 things: - It would be great to have a bigger gym, it looked bigger on the photos but actually is very small and gets crowded very quickly. - Breakfast was very nice but we noticed that a lot of things were not refilled and more options like pancakes, salads or toasts/sandwiches would be better.

Everything was perfect, excellent amenities, fine dining - more like slow food menu, attentive staff. Our upgraded room unfortunately lacked balcony and the window could not be opened; after spending one night in it we informed the reception and were immediately moved to new room. Great plus is also summer plus card which entitles you to unlimited rides with lifts(plus other attractions) and very reasonable prices of drinks in restaurants, lobby and pool bar. We will definitely come back.

The façade is illuminated during night and lights run the whole length of the balcony railings. Sleeping with the doors and curtains open ( if you appreciate fresh mountain air in the summer) was a bit of a challenge, the room was bright almost as during the day. It is probably not a winter issue but in the summer it would be nice if the illumination is turned off at let's say eleven or midnight.

Staff was great, food was good (a la carte menu for dinner). Spa is well equiped with both nudist and non-nudist options (same offering in both). Location is amazing, right on the ski slope near the ski lift. Parking included in the price at least in the summer.

While the dinner was great I would love to have at least one drink included every night. Also breakfast was nice too, but a larger offering would be appriciated. The a la carte menu is good on both the dinner and breakfast, though.

It was last minute decision, 1 night stay only. We enjoyed it. - Warm, professional approach at reception, also across the hotel - Clean room, comfortable bed - Espresso machine in the room - Tasty food, good wine selection

- Our room had very small bathroom, some additional hooks for towels/bathrobe would help. - The hotel has only a few parking slots in front. The garage was available, you need to park in another hotel. Not a problem, it's just good to know. Unloading of stuff was smooth.

All around, we had an amazing stay. Have to specifically commend Ms. Artemis who accommodated a special request even though she was alone at check-in. Truly someone who goes above and beyond to ensure we were more than happy. Staff was great overall, very attentive and genuinely friendly - rare find in Europe. The food was excellent from presentation to taste. SPA was excellent, too. Nothing we disliked.
