I like my room was very nice and comfortable. The bed and pillows were the highlight of my trip. They gave me what I needed a quiet space to rest. It is right across from the beach, so I walked over early swin and right back in time for breakfast. I love the fact that you can see the ships entering and leaving ort with a clear view. The walk to the stores and market was easy and shopping was good. I was able to get some work done as well. Awesome. The staff was super friendly and very nice and courteous. Thanks for being my new hang out. PS I last visited Nassau 1997.

The staff was very helpful, especially Shaniqua. She exceeded everyone’s expectations. The room was properly cleaned everyday. The beds were comfortable. The place is very close to all fish fry places and restaurants.

The breakfast was horrible: exactly the same everyday, and not just tasteless and unhealthy but gross too. Tuna salad and fruits were tasty but those would go fast. Absolutely no veggies. The beach was very unkept and dirty; rocks everywhere.

The breakfast was honestly pretty good. We got there early each morning and everything was hot and fresh. A different variety each morning as well!

I wish there were more options for rooms with patios / balconies on a higher floor. Also the pool bar was closed unfortunately.

I would have liked to have early checkin. I was there around 12pm, and the room wasn't ready, but the staff wasn't communicative enough. At 3, the room still wasn't ready. When I asked what was going to be done about it, another person stepped in and changed the room. I had to ask if it was same size and view. The staff could have explained and showed a little.more customer service.

Rooms was clean and neat,the beach was great nice clear waters and friendly people their was lots to do.the breakfast was very good every morning it was a variety of dishes every day we totally enjoy it.

More activity in the hotel like a happy hour by the pool or even a Bingo night where we would be able to have a glass of wine or a drink and win some money to take back home lol .

Not one of these anonymous and big hotels. The Holiday Inn Nassau is a budget hotel, located downtown Nassau, close to the beach (less than 50 meters). It is charming for its staff, people at front desk as well as all service people. I personally like the open and friendly athmosphere, guests like you and me. The facility is not brand new, but management is ivesting in maintenance and refurbishment. Rooms are really clean, include a fridge and coffee maker. All equipment was working fine.

The staff was AMAZING Especially Renaldo who checked us in. He was very attentive gave us a room facing the ocean. Helped us with a taxi. And did everything with a smile. We also were checked in early which was great! Breakfast was also very good.

There was nothing not to like.

The breakfast was great and the location is one of the best.

I like the location of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. Looking forward for my next vacation stay at Holiday Inn in Toronto Canada.

The daily breakfast was well-stocked and good. Nice beach directly across the street and an excellent beach just a 15 minute bus ride away. Quick walk to the Straw Market and downtown Nassau. Overall a wonderful location!

Quiet perfect room for one person and breakfast quite enough good

On the first day, my back feels itchy and rash happened because of bedsheets i think, I wish more cleaniness. I have very hypersensitive skin allergy. but it quite alright with my cream on the next day.
