Amazing location. Beautiful beach and tons of different pools to choose from for variety throughout our stay. I appreciated that families with small children tended to stay at the Grand Hyatt pools, but that even on those pools has spaces that were mainly adult. Vibe at the SLS was fun and lively. Rooms were very quiet and well appointed. Great WiFi. Property was gorgeous. Lots of restaurants to choose from. The staff were the best. Every single person was professional and friendly. They really went above and beyond in several situations to accommodate wherever they could. Also the fried chicken sandwich at Bungalow was amazing.

All the restaurants were pretty expensive. I’m a New Yorker and even by my standards food options were all relatively pricey. The ability to find snacks and bottled water and other essentials were limited and all also pricey. Shopping options were also limited. There were very high end shops and boutiques but no name brand retail stores that I could really spend the day browsing. I also would’ve liked a fridge in my room and the bathroom curtain for a door situation wasn’t my favorite. This is all nitpicking. The property and rooms were in general exceptional and what I would expect at a resort.

I loved the BUNGALOW POOL BAR staff... Irie Prince Cory were awesome The drinks were amazing.. That Pear mojito is 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

I spent 800+ for a spot in PRIVILEGE POOL and was denied an umbrella because it didnt work visually. They changed my server 3 different times. My food was over I literally took 2bites and finally got a server who refused to remove it from my bill... LITERALLY 2 BITES

That there are additional charges for lounge chairs, not just as expected for cabanas. We were excited to try out the pretty Baja Bay infinity pools as they are quieter but not enough to spend hundreds to do so.

Fantastically organized place with many options of activities and food.

Rude and unwelcoming personel. Most of them are hardly ever smile and act as the job is a punishment

Bahamas is always a great time, we had fantastic weather the entire trip the staff is always smiling and friendly. The food is always delicious!

Really disappointed in the treatment on the beach, service is lacking, not many servers. We had to wait in a line to always get drinks on the Grand Hyatt side. However there service at SLS beach was much better. Also the cabanas are a problem we were charged for the bed and others weren't. At check out, I did mention this to the manager and they did rectify it by removing the charge. Atleast they are very reasonable and solved this issue at the end :)

The property is stunning, made out for everyone, family, couple or friends. Great amenities and service, very nice environment. Hands up for receptionist, very friendly, outgoing and helpful. We absolutely loved the room set up and views!

We liked everything except few things. Breakfast hostess very moody the same applies to the sea food restaurant by the beach- hostess very rude. Manager didn’t impressed us either. The air conditioning at the restaurant was low and I was very cold and asked to be seated outside and was ignored. Asked manager and she never got back to ask or try to apologies. We didn’t come back. However most of the waiting staff, pool staff, lifeguards, towel staff super friendly and nice.

We had a pretty great time at SLS. We love the property because it has multiple pools and waterpark, which was really fun. We hit the waterpark a couple of times. It was me and my friend (2 females in 30s). It was nice being at the SLS pool because there were minimal children. However, we are disappointed to see that privilege pool was not open every day.

Privilege pool wasn’t open every day. Things closed pretty early like midnight. Staff wasn’t always very happy to help you. Taxes and surcharges and prices in general were incredibly high.

The property looked exactly like the pictures. It was beautiful. The whole feel was very modern and hip.

It was a little difficult at first to figure out the SLS side of where everything was at first since there are three hotels connected, but once you figure it out it wasn’t a big deal.

Spacious and clean room with very comfortable bed. Nice beach and location. Housekeeping staff is very responsive.

Toilet in the room has no actual door. Music too loud and too much of the same type around pools and beach - could have some more quiet areas with different/relaxing or no music. Staff at restaurants check-in can be quite dismissive: even with reservation had to wait 30 minutes to be seated for dinner. Food is generally overpriced, even if quality is ok. The hotel offers minimal and incomplete information on excursions, which are overall poorly organized
