My colleagues and family were staying at The Margaritaville. (Way too expensive for me) I needed somewhere near Fish Fry, walking distance to The Margaritaville and downtown area. This hotel, for the price was perfect. Basic room but very comfortable bed, easy air con system (on/off button). Shower worked, staff were nice. Other than sleeping here, I spent little time at the hotel. There were other single guests who were friendly. Easy walk to Fish Fry, lovely walk along the Beach road every day to catch up with my family. I heard other guests complaining that there was no bottled water, hair dryer, safe etc in the rooms. You get what you pay for. This hotel was a fraction of the price other chain hotels were charging in this area. My 3 nights here cost less than 1 night anywhere nearby. Would definitely stay here again as I don’t think you will find anywhere cheaper with such a clean comfy room and effective air con.

I was happy, the description of the room was accurate. It’s a basic clean hotel, no luxuries but no exorbitant price either!

Grounds are well kept, clean, and pretty. Staff is affable. Rooms are suitably large and well equipped. Excellent shower water temperature and pressure. AC is good. Pool is clean. This place reminds me of classic NJ Shore motel. We cooked daily in the little kitchen. Wifi can be spotty just like anywhere. Security makes regular rounds. Ample parking. Breakfast is available (not included). Happy hour by the pool at night. Water stations are available to refill potable water containers. I had a garden view suite and enjoyed my ornamental fountain. Walking distance to a general store.

All advertised amenities are present and functional. Comment only: U wouldn't have minded a hot tub, but it was January when I visited. I don't think you'd miss it the rest of the year.

The room rate was much cheaper than many other hotels in the area. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was cold. The included WiFi was very fast. The shower had plenty of hot water and great water pressure. The room was very clean. but there were some things that could be renovated. The room had a refrigerator, microwave, and cable TV. There was a nice pool and a place to refill your water bottles. There was a bus stop about a third of a mile away from the hotel. I found the bus system to be very informal and not the easiest to use, so I walked to the cruise port and Paradie Island and almost everywhere I wanted to go. The taxis are much easier to use than the buses, but be prepared to pay a healthy amount like $30-40 one way,

The shower within my room wasn't very wide, at maybe something like 18", so I had to stand sideways to fit. There also weren't any hooks or racks to hang your towel for drying.

What I liked the most about the property was the people. Patrick cab driver which is associated with the hotel is AMAZING. He made sure I was taken to my destination safely and on a timely matter. He was kind, helpful and resourceful. I would HIGHLY recommend everyone to ask for Patrick in your stay. I felt safe and well taken care off. He took me to different places, recommended places to go and showed me around. This was my first trip alone and patrick was able to deliver outstanding customer service. I would Definitely come back. The staff at the hotel are very nice and friendly.

The property isn’t far from downtown but would of liked for it to be closer.

It was peacefully , the breakfast staff was very helpful an kind. The rooms was clean an nice.

The air-condition was not working properly. The security guard came to look at it and was very rude and disgusting about the situation. We called the front deck and the only thing was side is sorry. They didn't evening consider the fact that we had a young baby in the room. An it was extremely hot. No fan or nothing. They didn't evening say let me give you a different room knowing that was spent money to stay there and a young baby was involved.

1. Staff are Excellent 2. Very Clean, comfortable and secure 3. Close to( within walking distance ) Saunders Beach, Restaurant District, Down town and I believe with more time Paradise Island 4. Extremely well priced 5. Everyday a Free get together at the pool 6. at a cost a very well stocked Breakfast 6. a Grocery/Liquor store 5 min walk 6. we had a kitchenette wit a small patio. We did rebook for our return trip and the only complaint is that we didn't stay longer. Very relaxing

Honestly at this price I couldn't ask for more. That may be partially because of the wonderful Staff.

the staff are OUTSTANDING!! courteous, helpful, kind. The room and all of the grounds were very clean and well kept. the staff work very hard to make this an excellent place to stay and they truly succeed in their goal. i want to especially thank Jarvis who went out of his way to help us. he was so professional and friendly, always with a smile and carried our luggage up stairs. He made us feel important. the grounds are beautiful and the pool was so refreshing during a hot afternoon. i highly recommend Colony Club and will stay here again next time we are in Nassau. it's the type of place where you feel like family and you want to return.

nothing - everything was great!

Everything was great! It was as I expected. The only minor issue is I had no towels when we arrived (and I was wondering if maybe they don't provide them), but they gave them to us the next day. The breakfasts were good and there was some variety. The front desk and other staff was super friendly and helpful. Their recommendation for a driver was great. I bought a book from him on Amazon.

I like that I got a free upgrade to a nicer, bigger room!!!! I absolutely loved that room! It was clean, spacious, and had amenities needed to cook and a seating area to eat. Additionally, it had a beautiful quiet porch area with a patio set that can be used to entertain visitors, hang out, or just sit and read a good book. I would definitely stay here again!!!

Very clean and within walking distance of the fish fry and botanical gardens. Helpful and courteous staff, breakfast and cocktails included with the stay. Our room included a small kitchen and could sleep 6. While we were there only a few days, we felt like we could have settled in for a few weeks!

Not much to say negatively. Don’t expect resort level maintenance but everything works and, again, is spotlessly clean. If you need polished marble floors and brass fixtures, this isn’t the place for you. However, if you can live with simple functional furnishings that are kept up, there is great value here for the money.
