Property was gorgeous! Staff were very friendly and super accommodating. The resort was very clean, relaxing, and comfortable.

There could have been a few more food items on the pool bar menu.

Very nice establishment, the rooms are large and spacious with a breathtaking view. The swimming pool is nice and clean and have 24hours / 7 access which is great when you are jet lagged. The beach is amazing, white sand , clean and offer various activities

However we expect more from a hotel of this standing! The staff at the reception was not pleasant. We asked for a late check out on our last day which was agreed with the reception , we put the sign do not disturb at the door but still had the housekeeper entering the room when we were asleep. And what was our surprise when we returned home to discover that the hotel had charged us $100 to keep our suitcases in a closet for 3 hours without telling us beforehand !!

I ended up at Goldwynn Resort & Residences by chance after an unfortunate first night elsewhere on the island. Italia at reception was incredibly patient, allowing me time to decide whether to book through Booking.com or directly with the hotel, answering all my questions thoroughly. Now, after six nights, I can genuinely say the stay has been outstanding. Goldwynn is truly all about the details. It felt like being a guest in someone's well-curated home, where every thoughtful touch had been anticipated. Upon arrival, I received a beach bag and two refillable metal water bottles, which became daily essentials. One of the faucets even dispensed filtered drinking water—a rare and much-appreciated amenity. The rooms are spotless and inviting, with plenty of space and everything you could wish for. As a frequent traveler, I can honestly say my studio room here has become a personal favorite. Everything felt brand new, and the kitchenette, complete with a high-end coffee machine, was an exceptional touch. Returning here after a day out was always a pleasure. Housekeeping made sure twice a day, that nothing was missing.

The pool view is nice, though I did miss the turquoise beach water found in other parts of the island. I didn't really use the beach there (lots of seaweed) but took a local ride to Paradise Island instead. Was super easy (and funny) to take the local Jitney, it picks you up/and drops you off directly from the main road/walkside next to the hotel. Compared to other five-star hotels I visited on the island (for lunch and dinner), I found the food and drinks at Goldwynn to be a bit pricier with smaller portions, but the quality was top-notch. For that reason, they still deserve a full five stars!

The room and view were amazing! The property is new and clean, it’s beautiful. The pool was way bigger than it looks in pictures. The beach wasn’t crowded and we liked how the towels were outside by the pool and we didn’t have to worry about bringing any down. They had kayaks, paddle boards and snorkels that we used and the kids really enjoyed the snorkeling most days we were there. Water is crystal clear and just gorgeous.

-Small issue that wasn’t even worth mentioning while there, but we prefer pillows that are more firm- we’re getting older and need the neck support. 😆 -Leaving!!

Stunning property in a gorgeous location. The staff are exceptional, warm, welcoming, attentive and friendly. Jerome at the beachfront is a superstar. Resident sea turtle, manatees and other fish species are incredible to interact with.

Food options and price of the main restaurant. Took the advice of others and stopped at a supermarket to purchase breakfast options before we arrived. That is a must. The lunch options are acceptable providing you’re staying for a few days. The dinner option is egregiously priced and poor value, which tainted an otherwise perfect experience

Nice design, quiet, classy. Beautiful beach, pretty pool, plenty of beach/pool chairs, good beach/pool bar service. Excellent restaurant although quiet when we ate there.

Very, very quiet in the evenings. A short taxi ride to the Hyatt round the bay with its jazz bar etc, but would have been nice to have a livelier bar in the hotel. Not clear what the point of the kitchenette was - to make use of it, it would have been good to understand where to buy provisions from - wasn’t clear. Possibly even provide an onsite grocery with basics (fresh bread, pastries, milk, bacon, etc.).

My partner and I loved everything about the property. The views were nice. The only thing I didn’t like was we had a gold view with the parking lot and street. It wasn’t the best gear cars driving and honking. It kind of took away from the vacation feel. But to upgrade to a better view was way too much for us since we booked so last minute. That view really was all we could afford at the moment.

Just the golf view with street and parking. Also it’s not all inclusive or adults only. It’s pretty exabyte worth it. I can’t imagine the cost if it was all inclusive. But this place is so beautiful I’m sure ppl would pay.

New with modern facilities,very comfortable. Lovely pool and well equipped gym.

Beautiful new Hotel. Very clean. Staff are friendly and professional. Private beach and infinity pool outstanding. Dinner was excellent.

Nothing to visit nearby on foot. You'd need to get an expensive taxi. Breakfast very expensive for what I received. Everything expensive but this is The Bahamas in general. Didn't like being mislead into attending a "brief" presentation about new rooms for future visits in exchange for a breakfast & vouchers, Don't bother. its a major sales pitch and I left before the end. Annoying.

Loved the staff. So friendly and welcoming. Loved the kitchen and high quality fixtures. Pool and "free" paddle boarding and snorkeling was fantastic!

Representation of the room on the golf course failed to mention the main highway in between. Probably would have spent the money on the beach front. The noise from the road was quite loud when the doors were open.
