I like their concern about clients'privacy and the facilities they provide. I also felt like home. I liked their room service and bar service as well. I also liked that they maintain professional behaviors. They gave us an extra 30 min before check out.

I didn't like the way the front desk manager was looking at us with judgemental eyes. I also needed to wait for 10 min in the lobby before check in, even though I booked through Booking.com. I didn't like that they charged for extra water bottles on the check out day.

Lack of variety for breakfast. It is supposedly an international hotel, there should be more than one option of breakfast.

The staff was fantastic and very accommodating. the room was large, and a complimentary upgrade was provided which was a nice touch. Comfy bed and really good power shower. The wifi was surprisingly fast and was great for WFH as I do. I have not tried the food at the hotel, so cant comment on that. Plenty of choices around for local food. Its on a busy street, so good transport options at your doorstep at the same time its Dhaka, so mind the traffic. Despite this, the hotel is very secure. A good business hotel for short stays. highly recommended.

Comfortable beds, large room, very friendly and helpful staff, ok breakfast. Definitely place to be if you need place to be in Dhaka.

They should get better coffee for the breakfast, cleaning seems to be problem in whole country, room it's not cleaned like European standard, but it's still good. No bugs.

The quite environment

There wasn't any microwave. Hence, I couldn't warm my food before having them. And the property said they had a bathtub attached with a private bathroom but eventually there wasn't one!

The location was good for new comers in dhaka.

There are no manual lock inside the room entrance door.

I have enjoyed a lot. The room and services was much remarkable. I suggest to improve more quality food that matches with the price. The food i had was not that much attractive compare to pricing. Otherthan I am too happy to have the room and facilities and behavior.
