Breakfast and the food in general are good. Staff from security to concierge waiters and housekeeping are very friendly and polite and very helpful. Top management check the "what I didnt like section below"

I had notified my arrival time which was 8AM and the usual thank you email followed letting me know the check in time is at 2PM but they will see what they can do: What you requested can't be arranged ahead of time but Hotel Sarina said they'll do their best to accommodate you upon arrival". No word that one day extra is needed to pay for early check in and it was later reduced to more than 50% of one night after discussions with the reception staff.

The room, staff , breakfast and comfort

They unfairly charge extraordinary exchange rate that amounted me tp pay 25% more USD than agreed. Right from the manager to the staff they parrot that it is the hotel policy. How can unfairly taking more money is a hotel policy failed me. I was supposed to pay 166 USD according to Booking.com and I paid 195 USD.

Receptionist are very helpful and professional, Staff shows high hospitality service, Location of hotel in near to many resturants , banani Road and gulshan Square.

The mattress was hard didn't feel much comfortable in my sleep , However they send soft cover which was fair enough but not as expected ، housekeeping needs more training concerning cleanliness of room

It's a business hotel at a prime location in Banani. Quite old property but well maintained. The staffs are quite helpful. Rooms are quite large and well done up. I was lucky to get a free upgrade because of my Genius Level with Booking.com. The breakfast is sumptuous & well spread out.

Major cons is that they do not allow any outside food inside the hotel. So in case you intend to try out something new, there is no option but to step out Food costs are way too high

It was a very good experience. Though Hotel is older they maintain it extremely well. The cleaning staff were thorough with my room every day and it was very clean. Breakfast was a great experience, Siphon, Rose, Arman, Munni all were so friendly and i was taken care of like it was my home. Ladies and Gents at the reception were extremely cooperative and attended to me with professionalism Security personnel remembered me and greeted me all the time especially Farzaan and Shahida Thank you all and keep it up

Small thing bit I would recommend to improve their English and that will help the international travelers experience

This hotel looks not great from the outside and is a bit hidden away so we had low expectations but we were pleasantly surprised by the interior which was really beautiful! The staff were always helpful and polite and we loved the little cafe inside too to grab quick breakfasts on the go! The room was nice and spacious if a bit dated - our view was of a burnt out building. We got a lovely welcome cookie bag in our room!

Not all staff are trained equal and this was disappointing! We had a very stressful airport journey where our pre booked taxi was cancelled and just by chance we were running late and asked to move the time to depart by 15 mins and were told there was no taxi booked for us. It is not acceptable to ask us to simply call an UBER - particularly since we had trouble with the uber app while we were in Dhaka. TRIPLE CHECK any important plans/ taxi's with the staff!

Fresh food around the clock. Good cafe in the lobby area. Perfect guest service.

The hotel is already running for some years, this you can see. But it’s not an issue at all.

Everything in the hotel is maintaining standards of 5 star hotel .Rooms , staff , location , restaurants all are perfect. This hotel is Great value for money I highly recommend for any one visiting Dhaka.

The only negative thing is The swimming pool is very small and was not clean .

BREAKFAST DEFINITELY TO BE IMPROVED. DULL IN DISHES, TASTE. NOT SO FRAGRANT AND SO INVITING. AS TO THE OTHER MEALS I LIKE INDIAN CUISINE BUT IT'S TOO MUCH !!!! LITTLE TEST OF OTHER CUISINES BUT THE REST INDIAN, INDIAN, INDIAN: BREAKFAST, LUNCH, DINNER !!!!! ANNOYING !!!

Nice staff. Instant assistance for anything. Fabulous food. Variety of food in breakfast. Overall a comfortable stay. My 3rd time stay. I strongly recommend this hotel for solo as well as family stay.
