Friendly pleasant staff, excellent daily room service, rich breakfast local & international dishes, very good laundry service, organized & economic airport pick up & drop-off. Safe & great place to stay.

I was tired and devastated by my experience at the shah jalal International airport and Started to hate Bangladesh on my arrival day.. Then, I came to my hotel Platinum Residence and I met Iqbbal the the front of desk manager who seem to be studying hotel management at Dhaka Uni I also met Sabbir from the kitchen amd Raju who is like the care taker in the Hotel these three young man made my day. They are the real Bangladeshis kind, warm hearted and made me feel what real Bangladesh is all about. May God bless them them all, they understood my my pain, my day and acted accordingly to make me feel good. Now I feel good at the luxurious setting of my room. These amazing three young Men made changes to the whole perception of how I take Banhladesh as a Whole. Amazing thank you Iqbal, Raju and Sabbir though you may not comprehend what you just did to your country.👏👏👏👏

Fabulous hotel, very modern, clean, and large rooms, with complete breakfast buffet included. Also a most excellent restaurant on the premises, where we ended on most evenings after a long day of sightseeing. The staff was very friendly and helpful - with a special shout out to all the restaurant staff (including Ms. Loboni and Mr. Mehedi) who truly went out of their way to make us enjoy all our meals there. Finally, strong WiFi in room and complimentary drinking water made our stay here very comfortable.

The hotel housekeeping policy was a bit intrusive... there is no need for the housecleaning staff to let us know that they did not clean the room when we have a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. As well, staff should not barge into the room to return the laundry if I am sleeping in bed - please respect the privacy of the guest, as the laundry could be checked and approved at a later time.

great staff, especially the breakfast staff. nice large room with good desk for working and intl power outlets. very hot water with excellent pressure. comfortable bed. good wifi signal. room was very clean. breakfast was fantastic with many options. airport is close by. small convenience store and restaurants are close.

wifi speed was ok but not great - still fine, tho. airport transfer is 1500 taka, but uber was 170 for CNG and 250 for car. i understand hotel transfer will cost more, but that's a pretty hefty markup.

A very nice one night stay in a location not too far from the airport. The organised pick up was easy and reliable, and we were dropped off the next day with no problems too. We are an unmarried couple and we were allowed to stay in the same room. The staff were really friendly and welcoming towards us, and we appreciated our bags being taken up to our room on arrival. Breakfast was also very tasty and we had a chat with the chef who was a lovely man. Overall, highly recommend for a one night airport stay in Dhaka.

I loved how clean it was and the large bed. Staff were extremely accommodating and the food was good too. Handy to have a restaurant when staying with young children

Bed was comfortable initially but eventually felt hard against my hip and got uncomfortable to sleep on the last few days. Thicker mattress would be ideal in these situations but it wasn’t a big deal

The way they handled right from the beginning including the pickup from the airport to drop back, they have done very neatly and I appreciate each and every staff for their behaviour and their dedication towards their work

Very clean and comfortable hotel in a decent location close to the airport, The staff were friendly and the room tariff price was reasonable. The rice and curries that were available were very tasty. Hotel is located in a very nice location close to a lot of attractions and very good restaurants and food places. All in all I would reccomend this hotel and I definetly would stay here again as it is very good for the price you are paying and clean and comfortable.

Breakfast buffet items could do with a bit of improving as it wasn't great. The items in the dining menu are on the pricier side than most other hotels I have been to.

Third time for me there, rooms are perfect, restaurant is good and personnel ultra nice and efficient. I highly recommend the place, very good choice in Uttara !

There are no real common spaces except the restaurant, and the breakfast might offer a little more options for European tastes :-), but no real drawbacks there.

Breakfast buffet gives many good choices to begin the day with good service and lots of variety including fresh fruit.

Sometimes the staff is almost too attentive. They want to carry my bags all the time. Also the check in and check out process is sometimes cumbersome, especially if several are leaving at one time.
