The hotel was absolutely nice and clean and with amazing service, great location close to the airport and with a delicious restaurant. We were helped from first moment and got help in getting to the airport on the day of our departure. Room was clean and tidy. The restaurant has delicious food and lot of vegetarian option too. Breakfast buffet was rich and with lot of variety. During our stay personnel was lovely with us at all time, we were really glad to receive such a warm welcome.

Unfortunately my room was just underneath the restaurant so when personnel started preparing breakfast service very early in the morning I could hear every noise coming from upstairs. My colleague had a room on the same floor and slept perfectly, so I am sure that the issue is limited to very few rooms.

We LOVED the modern room (similar to good US hotels), the management, the staff, their services, the wonderful restaurant, and a great location in Dhaka! We are Americans of Bangladeshi origin. We travel all over the US and the world, so we can easily compare the accommodations, amenities, meals and services of any hotel. In July 2024, my brother and I stayed for 16 nights. We give Marino Royal Hotel in Uttara our highest rating for a boutique hotel! It is noteworthy that our stay coincided with the massive political disturbance in Bangladesh. Yet, the hotel service did not skip a beat, everything went flawlessly for us! The hotel management, the staff from the front desk to housekeeping to the on-premises restaurant exceeded our expectation even during the difficult period in Dhaka. Our experience began with the Manager Mr. Anwar Hossain who promptly responded to my questions that I messaged from the US while booking the room. The housekeeping staff looked after our every need from cleaning the room meticulously to providing fresh towels to stocking the refreshments in our room refrigerator. The restaurant on the 10th floor is beautifully appointed with exceptionally attendant wait staff; and the 40-item breakfast buffet (included in our room price) is to die for – extremely flavorful variety of dishes! We want to give a special thankyou to Chef Peter and his staff for planning and executing a special dinner for a party we threw for my sister's family in the hotel's restaurant. The dinner party was phenomenal!!! We felt extremely safe with the security arrangements at this hotel. In future, we expect to stay at this hotel again during our visits to Dhaka when my wife will accompany me to visit my sister’s family who lives nearby in Uttara. Honestly, there isn't anything that we felt could be improved upon to enhance our stay. That says a lot! Bravo!

The buffet breakfast was excellent. It was great not to have to hunt for food in the morning, and there was an excellent range of Bangladeshi and western options. The restaurant also had a nice view over the airport .

The room is cramped.

This is an underrated hotel close to the airport with impeccable service and features. Extremely impressed with my overnight stay. Furniture was modern, everything seemed clean and fresh. The customer service was top notch. Everyone spoke English. The breakfast was high quality. The view from the 10th floor restaurant was beautiful. The restaurant was 24 hours.

One area that could be improved is communication between staff and their experience as a hotel of dealing with booking.com bookings. But still the service was great nonetheless.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The workers are very polite and helpful. Breakfast is common, but the restaurant is very hygiene clean and food was tasty. We have been met at the airport and transferred after check out as well. Airport is about 10 mins by car. Near the hotel there are a few stores to buy some food and souvenirs. Thank you!

Simply supply of additional water at the room should not be charged. Hotel rent is already very high for supplying additional bottles of water again asking money is not good for the hotel. Really I got surprised when they sent hotel boy to conveying the message to me. I disagreed to take water. Even tea/ coffee for only one time stock kept in the room is not a good hotel quality. Please take all these issues.

The rooms were well furnished and very clean. Staff were friendly and despite the location near the airport we couldn't hear any planes taking off or landing. The breakfast service was good.

Nothing, it met my expectations.

The breakfast was good, there were rice, noodles, cereal, pancakes on offer. Much better range than I expected.

There was some confusion amongst the staff on the facilities available. The person that handled my airport transfer told me that there was a spa and jacuzzi available, wheras the front desk told me there were only beds and restaurant/cafe and no additional facilities. I only saw the spa signposted on the last day

All the staff are very good and polite

I booked a royal suite but it doesn’t look like a family suite

The rooms were clean, spacious, and of a high standard for Bangladesh. Room service was great.

Mosquitos in the rooms stopped us having a good nights sleep.
