I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was clean and spacious, with modern amenities and a comfortable bed. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

The hospitality of the staff was more than my expectation. They were responsive and very fast to resolve any issue. In fact hotel service is open all 24 hours. I should specially mention about the Manager Rupok Bhai. He was very friendly, active, and helpful. According to budget I highly recommend the Hotel Civic Inn. Would love to visit again.
Well, it seems everything is perfect according to budget. But I would suggest to take care of Toiletries a bit more and also I will request to maintain some International standards. Especially they should take care about door locks from inside of the room which will increase the privacy of the travelers.

Preferable location. Staffs are well behaved. Rooms are clean and nicely furnished. They had a renovation done and redecorated the rooms.

the location is near to the places i plan to go. uber ride only cost not more than 200 taka to every place i go. staffs very friendly and helpful. breakfast in bed included.
the interior kinda wornout 😬 and need refurbish. the single bed mattress is too hard 😂 like a cardboard. but didn’t mind much as we went out most of the time.

Friendly helpful staff. Efficient pick up and drop off for airport. Made us a takeaway breakfast when had to leave so early for a flight.
