Everything is fine and incredible. Breakfast buffet was a superb just like the mini version of 5* buffet. Everyone is do their best for make the guest happy.

When I arrived , hotel elevator is not functioned. They told me that within small time will brings, once elevator fixed. Waited more than half an hour , then checked with the front desk that time they told their elevator is not works, therefore they told that tommorow will give the bags.. So I went to the lobby and took my bags, luckily no body don't care me even not ask for a help too.

Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. It is also a good location within easy reach of the airport

The behavior of the staff was very good. Also, the breakfast menu had a variety of items and 24-hour restaurant service, which is not usually available in all hotels. I got a lot of help from Mr. Rana, Rizwan, and other staff. Moreover, all the staff listened to all our requests and did it properly. Top-notch in terms of safety and security.

The rooms are a bit dated and probably need renovation. Cleaning is ok but needs some improvement, in my opinion. Rooms need to be somewhat soundproofed.

I liked the fact that the hotel is located nearby Hazrat Shahjahal Airport and my trip was to settle some marital matters which I managed to get it done on time as the office was also located nearby, there was nearby retail shops, street food (my favourite restaurant nearby was Kacchi Briyani!) as well as mini shops next to the hotel that allows BKash withdrawal.

That my room wasn't soundproof, for 3 nights I stayed there, always hear loud music but it's bearable, I still managed to get some sleep. So this wasn't too much of a problem for me.

I really appreciated that the hotel was well-lit, and the walls were brightly colored. Unlike 90% of the other hotels I've stayed in in Bangladesh, which tend to have dark walls and dimly lit rooms, this one was a pleasant change. I particularly dislike poorly lit bathrooms, and this hotel had good lighting there too. One of the standout features was the hotel's restaurant, which offered 24-hour service and had an extensive menu to choose from. The complimentary all-you-can-eat breakfast that came with the room was generous. However, I would have liked to see a greater variety of fruits beyond bananas and pineapples. Even canned fruit and a bit of yogurt would have been a welcome addition. What truly set this place apart was the exceptional staff. They made me feel special, and even the owner personally extended a warm display of hospitality. It's a real gem of a hotel.

It was a bit distant from my preferred shopping location; however, the recently opened metro system did help reduce the hassle of dealing with the terrible traffic.

The staff were excellent. Always greeted with a warm smile. And provided most helpful service at all times. The free airport shuttle was always available when I required. The bed was comfortable & room was spacious. I also found the room was quiet at night. I stayed here off & on throughout a months travel in Bangladesh & always felt comforted when arriving back in Dhaka to know I would be staying at the Civic. Very good value compared to other options. The location is close to a wide range of restaurants & a short cycle rickshaw journey from the Uttara North Metro station, from where you can journey south to Old & Central Dhaka.

The hot meal options at breakfast varied, some days good some days not so good. Admittedly the hotel is showing its age a bit, but the helpfulness & friendliness of the staff certainly outweigh this. New linen would go a long way to making the stay much better.

I recently stayed at White Palace Hotel and had a great experience. The customer service was world class and the staff was very attentive to my needs. The hotel is easily accessible from the airport and is surrounded by many amenities, including supermarkets, shopping centers, restaurants, buying houses, banks, and multinational companies. The hotel also features state-of-the-art safety and security equipment, including fire and smoke detectors, electronic door locks, and CCTV surveillance. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-notch hospitality and amenities.

The room is a bit dated, but the hotel’s close proximity to the airport and drop-off service make it an excellent option for catching a flight, especially late at night. The staff is very friendly specially Mr Bappy was so cordial and the stay is hassle-free.

With a morning transfer flight, I picked this hotel for its proximity to the airport. Though the room wasn’t very large, it was exceptionally quiet. The terminal is just a 10-minute drive away, and the hotel is also near an outlet mall and a metro station.

To catch our early flight, we selected the White Palace Hotel, located close to the airport and offering a transport service to the terminal for only BDT 500. The room was spotless and the environment was very clean.Great Choice for a Morning Flight
