The behave of the stuffs as well as the cleanliness of the entire anterior along with the rooms was fantastic The Receiptionist was very polite and humble and gave us a wonderful hospitability I don't know her name but she should deserve a raise in her salary for her extraordinary efforts! * Experienced mosquito problem at night * No bedside sockets or lamps * Hairdryer and moisturizers were not available * Gymnasium was closed * Would be a complete package if there was a swimming pool.

Really nice hotel close to the airport and shoppings, also excellent safe food, quick prepared, great staff. Room clean, maintained and bed good for sleeping.

Lights over the bed need fix but nothing serious.

Everything was good but as weather is hot they should provide ref in the room. Thank you

Wonderful, helpful staff. Helped me with my luggage and arranged me a taxi to the airport. Food was good and the room was perfect and comfy with a balcony included. Only 10 minutes from the airport in a quiet, residential area. It was perfect hotel for a layover in Dhaka.

Service was as good could improve a little compelled to say about the breakfast has to be 1 of the best I've had could've been a bit hotter but still was good

The rooms were not the same as the photo as advertised however it was clean maybe the bathroom needed updating overall ok

The staff behavior was fantastic 😊 especially Marriyum she's really so helpful I would like to thank her
