We loved the fact it was right next to the airport which we required to fly out early next day. Everything looked brand new. Staff were very attentive and professional looking. Picked us up at the airport with a suit on- Ekramul was the only one that stood out in the crowd, made us easy to spot him immediately. Mr Faruk Ahmed- the supervisor was very helpful at the reception check out time. Restaurant food was good, but there may be some items not available all the time.

The additional beds given were very hard. The other ones were ok. I slept in the additional one, so it was quite uncomfortable. Otherwise, my children slept on the other one, and i heard no complaints from them. In fact, they said they had good sleep.

What I appreciated the most was the cleanliness, especially of the bathroom, because this is what normally bothers me when staying at hotels in Bangladesh. Also, the room was simple, comfortable and clean. Hotel staff are very helpful, and responded quickly whenever I needed assistance. Overall, I felt that they have higher level of management, and would like to stay again if I have a chance : )

There was nothing that I really didn't like. But I felt that inside the kitchen of the restaurant was a bit lively (a lot of loud talking)..

Great welcome, spacious and comfortable room, nice view from the 8th floor, really nice rain shower. Everything in the room /hotel that needed explaining was explained right from the start.

Transfer to the airport did turn out not to be free after having been communicated otherwise. I did not challenge this though, and maybe there was a misunderstanding in how I came to the hotel (only one way transfer is free). The price was 700BDT which I found reasonable (CNG would usually ask 300BDT for the distance - and you'd have to find them first).

I had a fantastic experience during my stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. Specially, the senior Manager Mr. Moksedul Hassan, He has a very good personality & Help me a lot during my stay in there. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. I especially appreciated the smooth airport pickup service and the convenient location close to the airport. The food at the hotel restaurant was also delicious. Overall, a great value and a memorable stay. Highly recommended!

The friendliest bunch of staff i've ever met on holiday , out of the 60 countries i've been to in the world🌎 Extremely friendly and professional service from the staff at the hotel, including the management. Shajol was the reception staff member who was exceptionally brilliant. He looked after every need during my stay and would go above and beyond to make sure my needs were met here in Bangladesh Dhaka. Thank you sir 😊 hope to visit again soon.

No fire safety systems in place nor firefighting equipment and no fire evacuation plan . No sprinkler system nor smoke alarms/ fire suppression system throughout the property.

Close to the airport, available transport, nice staff, and a relatively good breakfast.

I had to wait to get my room ready even though I was there at 4:00 p.m. The room phone didn't work, and apparently, the TV didn't work either. I couldn't take a shower because the shower head was literally like a kid's water gun. The most annoying thing was the traffic sounds. I don't know why there was no wall on the street side, it was a thin metal/cardboard wall, I can see the sunlight through the space between plates.

I had a great experience at the hotel Grand Vistana. All the staff was really cordial. I would like to specially mention Mr.Sajol who provided extraordinary service. The room was neat and clean with all the amenities and the food was delicious too. I had dinner in the hotel restaurant and the breakfast was included which was served to my room upon my request. The hotel provided me with airport pickup and dropoff. The location was perfect - as i wanted to be close to the airport.

The hotel was very clean and the bed was comfortable to sleep on. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from a new shopping mall that has a very good international food court with great tasting food / options. The hotel is also close to the airport and provides a good taxi service for a small fee.

There wasnt much to do in the surrounding area of the hotel and Dhaka traffic is always bad when travelling long distances. The mall was the only positive in terms of surrounding area.

Tucked off a side street to a busy main road, the Grand Vistana is a haven of quiet, spacious and well-appointed rooms which are clean, secure and excellent value. A super restaurant serves well prepared fresh produce and an excellent buffet breakfast. Friendly and efficient staff, fast free wi-fi, excellent airport shuttle service.

The hot water was too hot! But that might have been down to me not being able to work the shower properly.

The staff amazing and the best … top hospitality… all staff well trained and professional… they never let you do anything by yourself… they meet and greet at all times… first time in Bangladesh and had best service and best people overall… I recommend this Amazing Hotel to all family and friends…
