The hotel is in an excellent location, and the staff is very polite and helpful. Breakfast and the restaurant are decent. There’s a small gym—basic but usable for a simple workout. The facilities are clean and feel safe.

It turns out that the premium rooms aren’t as modern as the standard ones. They’re larger but noticeably older. Next time, I’ll opt for a standard room instead. In my room, only one outlet was functional, while the rest were broken. The mattresses are a major downside here—my back isn’t too happy about it.

I liked many things in Zabeer hotel and it starts from the main gate with the greetings of the security staff (two persons all time 24/7). I appreciated a lot the warm welcoming of Ms irma and Mr. Ihsan Habib, the professionalism of the team in the reception and in particular Ms Afroza Akter Lamia, the housekeeping team commitment, all the waiters who made me feeling like at home and the unforgettable Chef Saif and his team serving the rooftop restaurant with a large variety of food including the surprise: Moroccan fish tagine.

Nothing all was good.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Very clean. Comfortable bed. Good restaurant. Good location. We could leave our luggage in the hotel while going on a 5 day trip. Alcoholic drinks are available. Good value for money!

On Friday we were surprised that no alcoholic drinks were available.

Very good friendly kind staff. The service is excellent. High-quality room at the highest level, excellent sound insulation, very good furniture and renovation, the feeling of a new hotel! Hotel of Radisson level or better.

I didn’t find any shortcomings

Nice convenient hotel near Dhaka international and local airports, pleasant and helpful staff and good food and within walking distance of the airport if you prefer to avoid the hassle of taxis or the Tom Tom drviers.

Was amazing stay, the waiters the best and profesional people, in fact there was a ladie slim and black hair that she was so kind with us and our customers, take care of she, there is not much people on this way.

Great friendly staff, accommodated my short stay. Provided pick up and drop off from airport, excellent service. Will definitely stay here again.
