The room was big with king size bed. It was clean. The room had a balcony with sofa and coffee table which was nice. Bathroom was clean with all facilities. The staff were very polite and helpful. Hotel location was very good.

It didn’t have a mini fridge as it was mentioned in Booking.com. I was late checking for 3 hours for which they charge half of the room charge and it was not mentioned to me when earlier I informed that I will check out late. That was disappointing. Room service was very slow. It mentioned 24 hours front deck service but my visitor came 6:45 in the morning and the front door was closed. They had to wait 15/20 minutes before someone came and opened the door.

We like the hotel environment Staff was very friendly specially the lady was in reception (forgot the name may be Troya) very polite, friendly and professional- made our stay more pleasant😊Thank you very much.

We have not good experience in the restaurant. The vegetable wasn’t cooked properly we did not eat but they charged!

Very good location to Dhaka airport, staff were very helpful and polite. Very attentative and friendly. Would definitely visit again and recommend friends and family.

Apartment don't have much options for food and restaurant not big enough.

Crown Palace Residency is good location and very convenient to Airport transfer. Staffs are friendly and helpful while our stay. Owner is good and kind hearted person to support in case of any requirements you needed in Dhaka.

I feel, if they add and give more option for break fast is quite good. Also need one hot or soft drink in the break fast menu. I feel difficulty using phone, because its kept very close to bed corner in my room...so in normal timing its inconvenient to attend the calls. Better they should arrange it in study table or near TV is fine.

The room was quite neat and clean. The service of the hotel was amazing and all the hotel staffs were quite friendly. Overall, it was a good stay here. Would certainly recommend it to others who wants to have a short stay here in Dhaka!

They were friendly and Staff behaviour was good, in the other hand they allowed us 2 hours late checkout on request.

We didn't get the room we booked with balcony. And The kettle and tea/coffee was missing in the room. Breakfast was limited!

Very good location, amazing staff who are extremely helpful. Lovely rooms with good facilities, air conditioning, complementary toiletries. Food was very good, chief would take requests and make me what I wanted! Staff always available at the end of the phone and willing to help.

If there could be more hot water for the shower, it would be great. (For me, the shower water was still cold... Maybe it depends on the person though...)
