We have not good experience in the restaurant. The vegetable wasn’t cooked properly we did not eat but they charged!

Everything was impeccable. From your staff to the service you provided was much beyond my expectations. And your Chef's cooking was just wow. I loved everything your Chef prepared for us during our short impromptu stay at your hotel. I hope to return soon.

Crown Palace Residency is good location and very convenient to Airport transfer. Staffs are friendly and helpful while our stay. Owner is good and kind hearted person to support in case of any requirements you needed in Dhaka.

I feel, if they add and give more option for break fast is quite good. Also need one hot or soft drink in the break fast menu. I feel difficulty using phone, because its kept very close to bed corner in my room...so in normal timing its inconvenient to attend the calls. Better they should arrange it in study table or near TV is fine.

Apartment don't have much options for food and restaurant not big enough.

The room was quite neat and clean. The service of the hotel was amazing and all the hotel staffs were quite friendly. Overall, it was a good stay here. Would certainly recommend it to others who wants to have a short stay here in Dhaka!

Very good location, amazing staff who are extremely helpful. Lovely rooms with good facilities, air conditioning, complementary toiletries. Food was very good, chief would take requests and make me what I wanted! Staff always available at the end of the phone and willing to help.

They were friendly and Staff behaviour was good, in the other hand they allowed us 2 hours late checkout on request.

We didn't get the room we booked with balcony. And The kettle and tea/coffee was missing in the room. Breakfast was limited!

If there could be more hot water for the shower, it would be great. (For me, the shower water was still cold... Maybe it depends on the person though...)

I worked with comfort and ease of access. They also allowed me to check-in early and check-out late without extra charges. That was excellent.

Very thin /poorly closing connecting door to a next door bedroom, which made it noisy as the occupants felt like they were in my room! Breakfast was very 'ordinary' and basic
