Staff was very friendly and helpful, easy checkout process as well. Right beside the airport so the location is very good. The neighborhood is quiet and secure as well.

The beds could be a little bit cleaner, but it was okay!

The most important factor for me when I rate a hotel is the behaviour and response of the Staff, followed by the Facilities and the Cleanliness. On this count Hotel Blue Castle scores very high. Any inconvenience or minor deficiency in service is made up for this friendly behaviour.

I think it is important for the staff not to over-commit or over-promise, specially when they know about their weaknesses. It's better to be transparent with the guest instead of raising their expectations on services.

Location of the Hotel is Good, close the Airport, all the shopping centers, eating places, medicines, general stores, Bank, Money exchange places are so close, within walking distances. Hotel comes with a Restaurant, Services, Taste and Price of the Food all are A+ just exceptional - simply superb. I had booked the hotel for one night but ended up extending for additional days because their services were simply superb. The Driver came to the Airport to pick me up. The Hotel Manager Md Abdullah kept in touch with me via WhatsApp before the start of the journey and kept on assuring me that I will have a nice stay in the Hotel plus I will be picked up from the Airport and he was right. EXCELLENT Hotel, Exceptional Services, Staff Members are out of the world - I thank you ALL the Staff of Blue Castle. God Bless you all !!!

Few Extra Towels would have been nice.. But when I needed extra towels, the Manager Md Abdullah immediately sent me the new towels, so it is really not an issue. If something is not right, then all it takes is - a phone call to the Front Office and it will be taken care of immediately

I like location of this property, very reasonable price, very close to the Airport, good food & option to take food nearby, good staff and good hospitality.

Everything is good. The behave of front desk and every staff are very friendly. Hotel is clean and cozy and very secured. Value for money. Specially their food is tasty and served food quantity is huge!

The location showed in Google map is wrong, that's why I was in trouble to find the exact location

Located near to the Dhaka airport Had good eateries available nearby The staff were courteous and helped me throughout my stay As I was in a hurry to reach and my cab was getting late to reach, the hotel management sent their own car to drop me at airport that too without any charges

Ventilation for the rooms was not good
