It is important to remember that this is a service apartment and not a hotel. Many amenities and redundancies at a hotel are not available here. You need to communicate your special requests well in advance. Staff try their best to accommodate.

This place is right across a couple of busy hotels and restaurants. The entry road is always crowded and a bit noisy.

The hotel was located at a main city where everything was so nearby. The place was so safe to stay as the guards and all was so protective. The rooms were so spacious and the service was excellent. Mr.Sakib, I really have to thank this person so much as he was so much helpful through out my stay. Even before I fly down dhaka, he was so much more helpful to guide me throughout. His service was excellent. Who ever wants to go and stay there should definitely reach him out. One of the best staff there. I would definitely return back to this same place if I’m visiting dhaka again for sure.

Nothing, everything was simply awesome

We liked how well-maintained, clean and spacious the deluxe studio was. The staff are always there for you no matter what time of the day and night it is. They are quite pro and well-mannered boys with never prying into your business. They are respectful to your privacy. It was so nice of Nazmus Asking I believe his name was, to arrange breakfast for us past the breakfast hours. This little things stands out from the rests.

There was nothing to dislike. :) Just a feedback, the water flow for the drainage on the floor can be re-imagined. Maybe a mop provided in the bathroom can be a good start. If teas and kettle provided in the room, can take Jatra to the next level.

cozy room, good AC, good location.

they have a policy if a couple comes you have to show marriage certificate. we booked last minute and did not have our marriage certificate with us as we came from abroad. luckily I had a copy of a document to show proof. the rooms are located in a normal condo building 5th floor. initially it seems sketchy, but once on the 5th floor it was fine. need some sort of sign board outside the building.

Clean room, secure & very comfy bed. They have smart TVs in the room, so you can just log in to your Netflix/YouTube. Decent breakfast. They have two options: continental and local. For continental, they serve standard toast, eggs, butter, jam, fruits, juice, cake, and coffee to get you started for the day. You can order FoodPanda and other delivery services any time of the day - that is very convenient. This is an ideal service apartment. Don't expect hotel-style service.

The noise from the street can bother those who are not used to the Bangladeshi environment. It's only during rush hour that it gets noisy with all the honking of the cars. Having no option to park can bother some.

Service from Mamun and team was wonderful despite Ramzan going on. Bed and bathroom amenities were excellent.

Provision of tea and coffee in room should be available at this rate.

We had a choice of traditional Bangladeshi breakfast or continental. We chose the continental, so maybe our own fault, but it wasn't too exciting. A couple of slices of break, butter, jam and an egg. Followed by a plate of fruit and some juice. We ended up having breakfast across the street in a cafe instead. The two young gentlemen running the day to day operation, are super nice. They were always smiling and super helpful. They watched our luggage the last day when we were leaving, they even took our personal part of the luggage into their own place to keep it even safer.

Not sure where the swarm of mosquitos came from, all the windows were closed, but we both came out of there with some 20 bites each from overnight visitors. It would have been nice with something to sit in, apart from the bed. There was an office chair and a small desk, but one of us had to sit in the bed (or on the toilet :-) )

The management and staff went out of their way to take care of everything, in fact they they went above and beyond, so accommodating . The room was modern and very clean and comfortable. They provided us everything we needed immediately and professionally. We would stay there again, most definitely. Thanks!

The was nothing that we didn’t like, big comfortable rooms and beds, excellent bathroom and shower and lots of hot water. For the price and quality of personal service I would rate it excellent.

* I booked a Deluxe double room for 1 person * Big room, TV, refrigerator, good internett, and an excellent bathroom * The sweet recepcionist that helped me with a good driver/guide to visit Panam and surrounding areas * The hotel is in a safe area of Dhaka

* The breakfast. In Asia people eat local/warm food at the breakfast. I like just bread and coffee/milk (continental breakdast). But 1 think it was good for most Asians that were visiting the hotel.

Bedroom size was decent Toilets were clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and available whenever we needed. Complex had good security at the main door. Breakfast was decent.

They had no service for Cafe order like getting a barista coffee. There is no sign of the hotel outside the building. We had to drive around a few times. The hotel is just one floor in a building of other apartments. We were there during summer period and one day the lift smelt really bad. It was unable to breath in the lift. Other days it was fine.
