I recently stayed at the Six Seasons Hotel in Dhaka and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is well located by the river, offering a peaceful setting while still being conveniently situated within the city. I was given a corner room on a higher floor, which provided an excellent view—definitely one of the highlights of the stay. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I’d like to especially thank Mr. Shagatom, Ms. Tuli, and Mr. Raghu for their warm hospitality and attentive service. Their professionalism made a strong impression. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good variety of options to start the day well. I also appreciated that the hotel provides complimentary bottled water daily—an important assurance given the tap water situation in Dhaka. The hotel itself is relatively small in scale, which gives it a more intimate and personalized feel. While the interior decoration shows some signs of age, everything is clean and well maintained, contributing to a comfortable atmosphere.

One note for international travelers: the hotel uses a marked-up exchange rate for billing in local currency, which may result in paying more than expected. It’s something to be aware of when settling your bill.

Front desk staff was very friendly...... particularly Mr.Nahid and one other person (I think Jamil something) helped make my check-in process smooth.

My mum and I had a wonderful stay at Six Seasons. Our hotel room was spotlessly clean and the staff were so caring towards my mum who has a disability and considerate about meeting her needs. They made sure to have a wheelchair ready for her and they helped us with providing an accessible room for her. They were also very supportive with my attempts to converse with them in Bengali. :-) The breakfast buffet is great and you will be spoiled for choice. It will give you plenty of energy for a day of exploring Dhaka. Finally even though we had checked out of the hotel a few days before, Rajib from Six Seasons very kindly helped us get our taxi when we bumped into him again a couple of days later at the airport. If you know how hectic Dhaka Airport is, you'll know that this kind of help is invaluable!

It would be great if there were a few more accessible rooms or even a couple of things to make showering easier for people who struggle with balance, like sticky rubber mats so the shower floor isn’t slippery. While we asked for a quiet room, the hotel is in the centre of Dhaka so we had to accept that there will be a lot of noise at night time.

The location is ideal—convenient yet peaceful, making it perfect for both business and leisure travelers. Whether it was room service, housekeeping, or front desk support, every member of the team was courteous and efficient. It’s clear that guest experience is a top priority here. The hotel was very nice, clean and spacious room, thanks to them they upgraded my room and were very nice and friendly. Good variety in breakfast menu, and the staff at the breakfast were very kind and helpful, especially Rajun. At the front desk, they always were willing to help, Rana and Safyet Thank you. I have arrived early and they had prepared my room earlier than the checkin time. The view from the room was really nice, and generally everything was comfortable.

Great, friendly and accomodating staff. Tanvir and Mitu at reception were very professional and went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. Room was excellent with plenty of space and all amenities. Quiet location, but close enough to centre to facilitate meetings. Good selection of food at breakfast and options for evening meals. Great rooftop pool. Plenty of space to accommodate casual meetings in the lobby.

The gym was limited in size if busy, but at quiet times there are plenty of options and equipment for training.

The full toiletry set was provided. The room was clean and was very impressed by the work desk, with all the work station. The staff at reception were extremely polite and provided us with all the necessary information required. The staff at breakfast were equally helpful and ensured we had everything we needed. The swimming pool on the roof top with the high rise building view was fascinating as you witness the country developing constantly.

The sushi were unfortunately a bit dry... and I found it sad to learn that the food that cannot be served anymore ends up in the trash... it could also be given to some people in need, animals or be used to produce biogas. Just saying :)

I had a comfortable stay at the Hotel, which is in a quite area and away from the din and the noise of the Traffic chaos. The location of the property was super-good, and the hotel staff full of smiles. The staff made every effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Special mention goes to Mr Safayet and Mr Moin, for their super-friendliness. The Breakfast option was good, and the variety was sufficient to cater to all tastes. I am looking forward to my next stay at the hotel, and would strongly recommend this hotel to all the travelers to Dhaka, looking for a comfortable hotel at a convenient location. Everyone was very welcoming. The customer service goes above and beyond. The front desk help me with anything I needed. It is in a great location. Everything you need is in walking distance. A driver can be arranged to for transport. The breakfast was good with many options. I felt very safe and would definitely stay here again! They provide you with all the office supplies you would need and a fruit platter.

I would replace the carpet in the rooms on the 6th floor to match the nice wooden flooring on the 8th floor.
